Background
At present, an oven mainly utilizes an electric heating pipe to heat a food waiting heating piece, the electric heating pipe is arranged outside an oven cavity, a grill for placing the food waiting heating piece is arranged in the oven cavity, and the heat of the electric heating pipe heats the food waiting heating piece in the oven cavity through thermal radiation.
Because the electric heating pipe is arranged outside the furnace chamber, part of heat is dissipated outside the furnace chamber and cannot be utilized, so that energy loss is caused, the energy utilization rate is low, and the heating efficiency of the whole oven is low.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The oven provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises an electric heating element 3 and a box body 1 with an oven cavity 11, wherein the electric heating element 3 is positioned in the oven cavity 11, as shown in fig. 1.
The specific type of the electric heating element 3 is selected according to actual needs, and the electric heating element 3 may be an electric heating element such as an electric heating tube, an electric heating rod or an electric heating plate, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
According to the oven provided by the embodiment of the invention, the electric heating element 3 is arranged in the oven cavity 11, so that the heat dissipated to the outer side of the oven cavity 11 is effectively reduced, the energy loss is reduced, the energy utilization rate is improved, and the heating efficiency of the oven is improved.

In the above oven, the grill 2 is located in the oven cavity 11, and the existing grill 2 can be adopted, or the grill 2 with other structures can be designed according to actual needs. The grill 2 can effectively increase the carrying area, thereby increasing the carrying capacity and improving the baking capacity of the oven. It will be appreciated that of the brackets 21 and the supports 22, only the support 22 may be selected for carrying the piece to be heated, and that both the brackets 21 and the supports 22 may be selected for carrying the piece to be heated, in particular depending on the shape of the brackets 21.
Further, the supports 22 are symmetrically distributed about the axis of the support 21.
The support 22 may be located on the inner periphery of the support 21 or on the outer periphery of the support 21. In order to facilitate the handling of the pieces to be heated, the support 22 is preferably located at the periphery of the support 21, as shown in fig. 5.
Preferably, the cavity 11 has a cylindrical shape and the supporter 21 has a circular ring shape as shown in fig. 2 to 5. In this way, the volume of the cavity 11 can be increased to the maximum, thereby increasing the load of the grill 2 and thus the baking amount of the whole oven. Of course, the oven cavity 11 may be rectangular or other shapes, the bracket 21 may be other annular, and the shapes of the oven cavity 11 and the bracket 21 are not affected, so long as the grill 2 is ensured to be placed in the oven cavity 11.
In order to facilitate placement of the heating element, the support 22 is recessed toward the bottom end of the cavity 11, as shown in fig. 4. Thus, the support 22 itself forms a recess, which facilitates placement of the piece to be heated, and also facilitates guiding of the liquid substance during heating for subsequent cleaning.
In the above-mentioned oven, the specific structure of the grill 2 may be designed according to actual needs. For simplicity of construction, the preferred bracket 21 comprises: the two ends of the connecting piece are fixedly connected with the two supporting rings respectively; wherein, the two ends of the supporting member 22 are fixedly connected with the two supporting rings, respectively, as shown in fig. 5.
It should be noted that, the two ends of the connecting piece are fixedly connected with the two supporting rings respectively, which means that one end of the connecting piece is fixedly connected with one supporting ring, and the other end of the connecting piece is fixedly connected with the other supporting ring.
The connecting pieces can be connecting rods, at least two connecting rods are preferentially selected at the moment, and the connecting rods are sequentially distributed along the circumference of the support ring. Of course, the connecting piece may be a hollowed-out plate, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Further, the support 22 includes: the two ends of the supporting longitudinal pieces are fixedly connected with the two supporting transverse pieces respectively; wherein, one end of the supporting cross member is fixedly connected with the supporting ring, as shown in fig. 5.
The two ends of the supporting longitudinal member are fixedly connected with the two supporting transverse members respectively, namely one end of the supporting longitudinal member is fixedly connected with one supporting transverse member, and the other end of the supporting longitudinal member is fixedly connected with the other supporting transverse member; the other end of the supporting cross piece is suspended.
In order to improve the support stability, the number of the support longitudinal members is at least two. Further, a gap is formed between two adjacent support longitudinal pieces, so that liquid substances can flow downwards during heating, and the pieces to be heated can be heated uniformly.
Preferably, the support 22 further comprises reinforcing ribs connected to the support longitudinal members. The shape, position and number of the heating ribs can be selected according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the invention is not limited to this. When the connecting piece is connected, one end of the reinforcing rib can be fixedly connected with the connecting piece, so that the stability of the grill 2 is further improved.
In order to facilitate cleaning the grill 2, taking and placing the to-be-heated member, the grill 2 is sleeved on the electric heating member 3, and one end of the grill 2 along the axial direction faces the mouth of the oven chamber 11; and the grill 2 is placed on the bottom surface of the cavity 11. Thus, the oven door 12 can be opened, and the grill 2 can be taken out from the oven mouth of the oven cavity 11, so that the taking and placing of the grill 2 are not influenced by the electric heating element 3, the taking and placing of the grill 2 are convenient, and the cleaning of the grill 2 and the taking and placing of the heating element are convenient.
In order to further increase the heating efficiency, the electric heating element 3 is located at the center of the cavity 11. Thus, the heat of the electric heating element 3 is emitted from the center of the furnace chamber 11, so that the energy loss is reduced, and the heating efficiency is further improved; meanwhile, the heating effect is improved. Further, the electric heating member 3 is also located at the center of the grill 2, facilitating uniform heating.
Preferably, the electric heating element 3 comprises: a first heating section 31 and two second heating sections 32; the first heating section 31 is in an open ring shape, and the two second heating sections 32 are respectively connected to two open ends of the first heating section 31, as shown in fig. 4. It is understood that open ring shape, meaning that the ring structure has an opening; the two open ends of the first heating section 31 refer to two ends of the opening of the first heating section 31; the second heating section 32 is for connection to a power source.
In the electric heating element 3, the first heating section 31 plays a main role in heating, and the heating angle and the heating range of the electric heating element 3 are increased due to the fact that the first heating section 31 is in the shape of an open ring.
Of course, the electric heating element 3 may be selected to have other shapes and structures, and the heating performance of the electric heating element may be maximized by adjusting the shape of the electric heating element 3.
The second heating section 32 may extend into the open annular interior of the first heating section 31 or may extend out of the open annular exterior of the first heating section 31. For ease of use, the second heating section 32 extends inwardly of the open loop shape of the first heating section 31, as shown in fig. 4.
When the electric heating member 3 is located at the middle of the grill 2, the axis of the bracket 21 is collinear with the axis of the first heating section 31.
The first heating section 31 may be in the shape of an open ring, or may be in the shape of an open polygon, and the specific shape of the open ring may be designed according to actual needs, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In order to improve the heating efficiency, the first heating section 31 is a serpentine tube. Of course, other shapes of the bent pipe of the first heating section 31 may be selected, and is not limited thereto.
Further, the oven further includes a driving part 5 for driving the electric heating element 3 to rotate, as shown in fig. 6 and 7. In this way, the electric heating element 3 is driven to rotate by the driving part 5 to generate disturbance to the internal heat of the oven cavity 11, and particularly when the grill 2 is sleeved on the electric heating element 3, the temperature of each point in the oven cavity 11 is more uniform, the uniformity is improved, the cooking performance of food is improved, and the energy utilization rate is improved.
In the above oven, the shape and structure of the electric heater 3 may be designed according to actual needs, as long as it can be rotationally driven by the driving member 5. Of course, the electric heating element 3 may be alternatively shaped and structured, and is not limited to the above embodiment.
The driving part 5 may be a driving part such as a motor or a rotary cylinder, and in order to simplify the structure, the driving part 5 is preferably selected to be a motor. The rotation speed of the electric heating element 3 driven by the driving member 5 is preferably selected to be low, and the specific value can be designed according to the actual requirement, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
The driving part 5 and the electric heating element 3 can be directly connected or indirectly connected. For ease of installation, an indirect connection is preferred, in particular the drive member 5 being connected to the electric heating element 3 by means of a connecting rod 4. When the electric heating element 3 comprises: when the first heating section 31 and the two second heating sections 32 are used, the driving part 5 is connected with the second heating sections 32 through the connecting rod 4. Of course, the driving member 5 may alternatively be connected to the electric heating element 3 through other connection members, and is not limited to the above-described embodiment.
For easy installation, the driving member 5 is provided on a rear side plate of the case 1, which is opposite to a mouth of the cavity 11.
When the grill 2 is sheathed on the electric heating element 3, one end of the grill 2 along the axial direction faces the mouth of the oven cavity 11; and the mounting position of the driving part 5 is convenient for taking and placing the grill 2 when the grill 2 is placed on the bottom surface of the oven cavity 11.
The case 1 mainly includes: a bottom plate, side plates 13, an upper cover plate 15, a furnace body, a front frame 16 and a furnace door 12; wherein, the bottom plate and the upper cover plate 15 are respectively connected with two ends of the side plate 13, the furnace body is connected with the side plate 13 through the front frame 16, and one end of the furnace door 12 is rotatably connected with the bottom plate; the side plate 13 includes: the rear side plate, the left side plate and the right side plate, and the inner cavity of the furnace body and the rear side plate form a furnace chamber 11.
Preferably, the driving part 5 is provided to the rear side plate through a mounting frame 6, thus facilitating the installation of the driving part 5. The specific structure of the mounting frame 6 is designed according to practical needs, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto. Specifically, the driving part 5 is mounted to the rear side plate by a mount 6 using a screw connection.
For convenience of using the oven, the case 1 is provided with a display panel 14, and the display panel 14 is used for displaying the working state of the oven. Further, the display panel 14 is disposed on the upper cover 15, the display panel 14 and the oven door 12 are disposed on the same side of the upper cover 15, and the display panel 14 is disposed above the oven door 12.
In order to facilitate the movement of the oven, the above-mentioned box 1 is provided with a handle structure 17, preferably the handle structure 17 is provided on the side panels 13 of the box 1. the grill (2) of the oven is positioned at the periphery of the electric heating element (3);
the grill (2) of the oven comprises: a bracket (21) having a ring shape, and a support member (22) fixed to the bracket (21); wherein the bracket (21) is sleeved outside the electric heating element (3); at least two supporting pieces (22) are sequentially distributed along the circumferential direction of the bracket (21);
the bracket (21) comprises: the two ends of the two support rings are fixedly connected with the connecting pieces of the two support rings respectively; wherein, both ends of the supporting piece (22) are fixedly connected with the two supporting rings respectively.
2. Oven according to claim 1, characterized in that the support (22) is located at the periphery of the bracket (21).

Oven according to claim 1, characterized in that said electric heating element (3) comprises: a first heating section (31) and two second heating sections (32); the first heating section (31) is in an open ring shape, and the two second heating sections (32) are respectively connected with two ends of the opening of the first heating section (31).
8. Oven according to any one of claims 1-7, characterized in that it further comprises a driving member (5) for driving the electric heating element (3) in rotation.
9. Oven according to claim 8, characterized in that the drive member (5) is provided at a rear side plate of the oven body (1), which rear side plate is opposite to the oven mouth of the oven cavity (11).
