本发明属于蔬菜种植技术领域,具体为一种无土栽培水仙的方法。
背景技术
无土栽培,国际无土栽培学会(ISOSC)定义:凡是用除天然土壤之外的基质为作物提供水分、养分、氧气的栽培方式。无土栽培具有提高蔬菜产量和品质、省肥、省水、省工、病虫害少等优越性,有着十分广阔的发展前景。无土栽培要求最佳的根际环境,一般采用无土育苗方法培育幼苗,定植后,因根系发育好,根际环境和无土栽培相适应,定植后不伤根,易成活。水培是无土栽培中发展迅速的一个领域,具有生长整齐、生育期短、商品性好等优点,已广泛应用于绿叶蔬菜的高效规模化生产。但是,无土栽培作物根系对病原微生物的抵御能力较弱。基质栽培中,如果对基质消毒不彻底,作物极易感染病虫害;水培中根系一旦感染病害往往随营养液的流动而迅速扩散。其次温室内高温、高湿,有利于病原菌的生长,也易诱发病虫害。所以在无土栽培作物生产过程中,如果控制得不好,有时病虫害的发生甚至要比土壤种植更严重。在无土育苗和栽培过程中均需要使用营养液,特别是水培,大多营养液的一次性废弃,即对环境造成一定的污染,也是对水和肥料的极大浪费。由于营养液配方中大量使用硝酸盐,导致水培蔬菜产品中的硝酸盐含量偏高。
生物质产业是近几年刚刚兴起的朝阳产业,是人类实现可持续发展的必由之路。生物质能源沼气工程,是解决“三农”问题的新途径和实现能源多元化、保护环境的重要措施。沼气发酵技术是我国规模化饲养畜禽粪便无害化处理和资源化利用的主要技术途径,但生物质发酵后产生大量沼液的消纳问题已限制了沼气发酵技术的推广发展。特别是沼液,因不能合理利用,已对环境造成了二次污染。为实现沼气工程的可持续发展,应当合理利用生物质发酵残留物,带来更广泛的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。
无土栽培分为两类:营养液栽培,即使用水和化学肥料配制的营养液的无土栽培方式;有机无土栽培,即不使用营养液,而使用洁净的有机基质如草炭、有机堆肥、有机浸提物的栽培方式。随着植物营养研究以及农业生态系统中资源开发与利用研究的科技进步,使我们从“传统土壤栽培”到“无机营养液无土栽培”再到“有机无土栽培”。目前国内外仍广泛应用无机营养液无土栽培,有机无土栽培有着无限的发展前景,还需我们的大力推广,促使耗能型无机农业走向有机农业。
发明内容
本发明提供一种无土栽培水仙的方法,以有机质为主料,对水仙进行无土栽培,为水仙提供适宜生长环境,结合水肥滴灌的管理方法,使得水仙长势旺盛,缩短采收周期,提高产率,保障质量。
本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明的无土栽培水仙的方法,包括以下步骤:
A、准备基质:按以下重量份准备基质:动物粪便3-5份、米酒糟2-4份、豆粕3-5份、蛭石粉15-18份、秸秆粉3-5份、珍珠岩粉13-15份、甘蔗渣10-20份、玉米渣5-10份、花生壳5-10份、蚕豆皮1-2份、木糠10-20份、锯末15-20份、松木皮5-30份、海藻肥2-8份、草木灰2-5份、茶叶渣2-5份、烟草1-2份、中药渣2-3份、壳聚糖3-6份、甘油1-2份、EM 菌剂1-2份、尿素10-20份、磷酸二氢钾3-5份、氢氧化锶0.2-0.5份、亚硒酸钠0.1-0.2份;
B、选择种仔:选择形体硕大,鳞茎高6cm以上,围径15cm以上,形态端正,均匀,根盘小而坚实,两圈根原基无残损,外观良好,皮膜颜色金黄有光泽,健壮、无明显的病虫斑块的种仔,掰去侧茎供第一周期栽培用, 掰折时防止撕裂种仔根盘;用40%的福尔马林100倍液浸泡3-5分钟,或用0.1%的升汞水浸泡半小时消毒;再用0.1%的三氯杀螨醇浸泡5-10分钟,捞出后晾干待种;
C、种仔的阉割:阉割在植前2-3天进行,阉割时,用15cm长、2cm宽的专门阉割刀从种仔底细部两侧鳞芽盘上0.8-1.2厘米处进刀,剔除中心芽两侧的侧小芽,阉割时既要剔除侧小芽,又要完整地保护中心主芽,同时还要避免伤及鳞茎;
D、种植管理:将基质平铺在用网状载体作承载的种植床上,铺成3-10cm厚的基质层,将阉割后的种仔插入基料层中,在种仔周围的基质上撒一层薄石灰粉,然后疏盖3-5厘米厚稻草;种仔插入深度为种仔刚好被基质覆盖,行距7-12cm,株距5-8cm,播种后随即浇水,保证通风、温度和光照;当花苞绽开两朵时,即可剪取葶花上市;
E、水肥管理:出苗和抽葶阶段每天浇水1-2次,谢花阶段每1-2天浇水一次,冷天遇浓霜时,在日出之前喷水洗霜;每隔5-7天用沼液喷淋一次,沼液中添加沼液重量0.05-2%的L-天门冬氨酸螯合锶、0.5-1%的酒石酸络合铜、0.5-1%的蔗糖络合铁、0.5-1%的蔗糖络合锌、0.5-1%的蔗糖络合锰、0.5-1%的蔗糖络合镁、0.5-1%的腐殖酸硅肥、0.5-1%的腐殖酸钠、0.5-1%的腐植酸镁、0.5-1%的腐植酸锌、0.5-1%的腐植酸尿素铁;在水仙的整个生长期中,隔3-7天将新的基质直接撒于基质层表面上;
F、采收:当水仙叶片枯萎后,基质层呈现干裂时,即可采收水仙的鳞茎,采收的鳞茎用黏土封盖鳞茎盘后,进行倒置晾晒,待护泥干燥后,将鳞茎送入库房贮存。
所述的步骤A中中药渣为甘草、罗布麻、山楂、菊花、夏枯草、钩藤、紫草、麻黄、红花、雪莲、大芸、贝母、肉苁蓉、泽泻或牛膝提取加工后的废渣中的至少一种。
所述的步骤B、C中浇水采用喷淋的方式。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明采用有机生态型无土栽培技术代替一般的无机营养液栽培,具有提高作物的产量与品质、减少农药用量、产品洁净卫生、节水节肥省工、利用非可耕地生产等特点。此外,本发明水仙无土栽培方法还具有以下特有的特点:
①本发明用有机固肥取代传统的营养液,以各种有机肥、无机肥的固体形态直接混施于基质中,作为供应栽培作物所需营养的基础,在作物的整个生长期中,隔几天分若干次将新鲜的基质直接追施于旧基质表面上,以保持养分的供应强度和新鲜度;
②本发明采用有机基质栽培及施用有机肥,不仅各种营养元素齐全,其中微量元素更是供应有余,因此在管理上主要着重考虑氮、磷、钾三要素的供应总量及其平衡状况,大大地简化了操作管理过程;
③由于本发明无土栽培不使用营养液,从而可全部取消配制营养液所需的设备、测试系统、定时器、循环泵等设施,大幅度降低无土栽培设施系统的一次性投资;
④本发明无土栽培与使用无机营养液相比,其肥料成本降低60-80%,从而大大节省无土栽培的生产成本;
⑤本发明的无土栽培系统排出液中硝酸盐的含量极少,对环境无污染,水仙产品洁净卫生。
另外,本发明的基质中,中草药渣、烟草、茶叶中中含有大量营养成分,且具有一定的杀菌驱虫效果,并且能够促进植物生长。
本发明施用沼液作为有机肥载体,沼液中含有N、P、K等常量元素,还含有多种微量元素、水解酶、氨基酸、有机酸、腐殖酸、生长素、赤霉素、B族维生素、细胞分裂素及某些抗菌素等生物活性物质,是一种养分含量全面、速效养分丰富、肥效稳长的有机肥,同时又是一种广谱性的“生物农药”。在无土栽培蔬菜中,沼液作为有机液态肥能够充分地给予养分,提高蔬菜产量和品质,减缓病虫害的发生。
本发明在沼液中添加了L-天门冬氨酸螯合锶、酒石酸络合铜、蔗糖络合铁、蔗糖络合锌、蔗糖络合锰、蔗糖络合镁、腐殖酸硅肥、腐殖酸钠、腐植酸镁、腐植酸锌、腐植酸尿素铁有机微量元素,研究表明,L-天门冬氨酸对细胞有很强的亲和力,可作为金属离子的载体,助其进入细胞内,是新一代微量元素添加剂之一,具有补充氨基酸和微量元素的双重功效。L-天门冬氨酸螯合锶的结构属左旋结构,即是可被生物膜所识别的具有光学活性的化合物结构,且水溶性较好,良好的水溶性是锶元素被吸收的前提条件,同时又有适中的脂溶性,以保证较容易地穿透细胞膜。将L-天门冬氨酸螯合锶应用于肥料,对水仙的生长有一定的促进和增产作用。蔗糖络合铁、酒石酸络合铜、蔗糖络合锰、蔗糖络合锌、蔗糖络合镁具抗分解性,形成的微量元素络合物在土壤环境中稳定,易于被植物根系吸收和利用,持效期长,相对于传统的铁肥、铜肥、锰肥、锌肥和镁肥具有易吸收、安全、高效的特点,能及时补充由于微量元素缺乏而导致的植物各种缺素症,迅速激活植物生长发育性能,增产增收。腐植酸镁、腐植酸锌、腐植酸尿素铁分别在补充土壤缺镁、缺锌、缺铁上有良好的效果。腐殖酸的存在还可以提高农药的药效、抑制残毒。
本发明的水仙无土栽培方法具有投资省、成本低、用工少,易操作和产品高产优质的显著特点,本方法为水仙提供适宜生长环境,结合水肥滴灌的管理方法,使得水仙长势旺盛,缩短采收周期,提高产率,保障质量,是一种有机与无机农业相结合的高效益低成本的简易无土栽培方法,有利于推出应用。

D、采收:当水仙叶片枯萎后,基质层呈现干裂时,即可采收水仙的鳞茎,采收的鳞茎用黏土封盖鳞茎盘后,进行倒置晾晒,待护泥干燥后,将鳞茎送入库房贮存。

A、准备基质:按以下重量准备基质:动物粪便3kg、米酒糟2kg、豆粕3kg、蛭石粉18kg、秸秆粉3kg、珍珠岩粉13kg、甘蔗渣16kg、玉米渣8kg、花生壳8kg、蚕豆皮1.6kg、木糠16kg、锯末18kg、松木皮20kg、海藻肥5kg、草木灰5kg、茶叶渣2kg、烟草1.6kg、麻黄药渣0.5kg、红花药渣0.5kg、雪莲药渣0.5kg、大芸药渣0.5kg、壳聚糖6kg、甘油1.6kg、EM 菌剂1.6kg、尿素16kg、磷酸二氢钾3kg、氢氧化锶0.5kg、亚硒酸钠0.16kg;
B、选择种仔:选择形体硕大,鳞茎高6cm,围径16cm,形态端正,均匀,根盘小而坚实,两圈根原基无残损,外观良好,皮膜颜色金黄有光泽,健壮、无明显的病虫斑块的种仔,掰去侧茎供第一周期栽培用,掰折时防止撕裂种仔根盘;用40%的福尔马林100倍液浸泡3分钟,或用0.1%的升汞水浸泡半小时消毒;再用0.1%的三氯杀螨醇浸泡8分钟,捞出后晾干待种;

1.一种无土栽培水仙的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、准备基质:按以下重量份准备基质:动物粪便3-5份、米酒糟2-4份、豆粕3-5份、蛭石粉15-18份、秸秆粉3-5份、珍珠岩粉13-15份、甘蔗渣10-20份、玉米渣5-10份、花生壳5-10份、蚕豆皮1-2份、木糠10-20份、锯末15-20份、松木皮5-30份、海藻肥2-8份、草木灰2-5份、茶叶渣2-5份、烟草1-2份、中药渣2-3份、壳聚糖3-6份、甘油1-2份、EM 菌剂1-2份、尿素10-20份、磷酸二氢钾3-5份、氢氧化锶0.2-0.5份、亚硒酸钠0.1-0.2份;
B、选择种仔:选择形体硕大,鳞茎高6cm以上,围径15cm以上,形态端正,均匀,根盘小而坚实,两圈根原基无残损,外观良好,皮膜颜色金黄有光泽,健壮、无明显的病虫斑块的种仔,掰去侧茎供第一周期栽培用,掰折时防止撕裂种仔根盘;用40%的福尔马林100倍液浸泡3-5分钟,或用0.1%的升汞水浸泡半小时消毒;再用0.1%的三氯杀螨醇浸泡5-10分钟,捞出后晾干待种;

E、水肥管理:出苗和抽葶阶段每天浇水1-2次,谢花阶段每1-2天浇水一次,冷天遇浓霜时,在日出之前喷水洗霜;每隔5-7天用沼液喷淋一次,沼液中添加沼液重量0.05-2%的L-天门冬氨酸螯合锶、0.5-1%的酒石酸络合铜、0.5-1%的蔗糖络合铁、0.5-1%的蔗糖络合锌、0.5-1%的蔗糖络合锰、0.5-1%的蔗糖络合镁、0.5-1%的腐殖酸硅肥、0.5-1%的腐殖酸钠、0.5-1%的腐植酸镁、0.5-1%的腐植酸锌、0.5-1%的腐植酸尿素铁;在水仙的整个生长期中,隔3-7天将新的基质直接撒于基质层表面上;
F、采收:当水仙叶片枯萎后,基质层呈现干裂时,即可采收水仙的鳞茎,采收的鳞茎用黏土封盖鳞茎盘后,进行倒置晾晒,待护泥干燥后,将鳞茎送入库房贮存。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无土栽培水仙的方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤A中中药渣为甘草、罗布麻、山楂、菊花、夏枯草、钩藤、紫草、麻黄、红花、雪莲、大芸、贝母、肉苁蓉、泽泻或牛膝提取加工后的废渣中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无土栽培水仙的方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤D、E中浇水采用喷淋的方式。
