The invention provides an outdoor casing of an air conditioner.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an embodiment of an outdoor enclosure of an air conditioner according to the present invention; fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view a-a of fig. 1.
In an embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the outdoor unit casing 100 of the air conditioner includes a supporting layer 110, and a noise reduction layer 120 disposed inside the supporting layer 110 and configured to absorb noise generated when the outdoor unit of the air conditioner operates and to buffer vibration generated when the outdoor unit of the air conditioner operates, wherein the noise reduction layer 120 is formed by compounding multiple layers of materials.
According to the technical scheme, the noise reduction layer 120 formed by compounding multiple layers of materials is arranged on the inner side of the supporting layer 110 of the outdoor unit casing 100 of the air conditioner, so that noises of different frequency bands generated by the outdoor unit of the air conditioner during operation can be effectively isolated, and vibrations of different frequency bands generated by the outdoor unit of the air conditioner during operation can be effectively buffered, so that the mute operation of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is realized, and the influence on user experience caused by the noises and vibrations generated by the operation of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is avoided.
Preferably, the noise reduction layer 120 includes a vibration prevention layer 121 adhered to the support layer 110 and used for buffering vibration generated when the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is operated. Because the compressor of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner can generate vibration of different frequency bands when in operation, the vibration of the compressor in a low frequency band can be effectively buffered by arranging the shockproof layer 121, and further, the problem that the outdoor shell 100 of the air conditioner generates vibration when the compressor is in operation is avoided; in addition, the anti-vibration layer 121 can also play a role in buffering when the outdoor unit casing 100 of the air conditioner is extruded by external force, thereby avoiding the problem that the outdoor unit casing 100 of the air conditioner is deformed due to extrusion by external force.
Specifically, the vibration-proof layer 121 is made of butyl rubber. The butyl rubber has the characteristic of absorbing low-frequency vibration, so that the low-frequency vibration generated when the outdoor unit of the air conditioner operates can be effectively buffered. Obviously, the design is not limited to this, and the damping layer 121 may be made of other viscoelastic materials.
Preferably, the noise reduction layer 120 includes a first soundproof layer 122 adhered to a surface of the vibration prevention layer 121 facing away from the support layer 110, for absorbing middle and high frequency noise generated when the outdoor unit operates and buffering middle and high frequency vibration generated when the outdoor unit operates. So set up for the vibrations of the well, high band that the air conditioner produced when the operation to and the noise of well, high band all are cushioned and absorbed by first puigging 122, thereby realized air condensing units's silence work, provide a quiet, comfortable environment for the user, improved user's experience.
Further, the first soundproof layer 122 is made of a porous material. The porous medium material comprises ceramic, gypsum, graphite, carbon foam and the like, the first sound insulation layer 122 is made of one or more of the ceramic, the porous material has sound insulation and shock absorption effects, when vibration waves or sound waves are transmitted to the interface of two media, reflection and refraction can occur, due to the existence of the pores in the porous material, the possibility of reflection and refraction is increased, and diffraction can also be increased, so that the porous material can play a role in wave resistance, and thus, the sound waves and the vibration waves can be effectively attenuated, and the sound insulation and shock absorption effects are achieved; the porous material also has a low specific density and a high specific strength, so that the mass of the noise reduction layer 120 can be reduced while the strength of the noise reduction layer 120 is ensured.
Preferably, the noise reduction layer 120 further includes a second soundproof layer 123 adhered to a surface of the first soundproof layer 122 facing away from the vibration-proof layer 121, for absorbing low-frequency noise generated when the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is operated and damping low-frequency vibration generated when the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is operated. Therefore, low-frequency noise and low-frequency vibration generated during operation of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner are absorbed and buffered by the second sound-insulating layer 123, so that silent operation of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is further realized, a quiet and comfortable environment is provided for a user, and user experience is improved.
Further, the second soundproof layer 123 is made of felt and/or glass wool. In this embodiment, the second sound insulation layer 123 is made of a felt as an example, the felt has a tight structure and small pores, so that the sound wave of low-frequency noise generated when the outdoor unit of the air conditioner operates can be well attenuated, and the sound insulation effect is further realized; and, the felt still has elasticity, so, can cushion the vibrations that the air condensing units operation produced. Obviously, the present design is not limited thereto, and the second soundproof layer 123 may be made of other materials having functions of absorbing low frequency sound waves and damping low frequency vibration.
Preferably, the vibration prevention layer 121, the first soundproof layer 122, and the second soundproof layer 123 are bonded by glue. So set up for the equipment of noise reduction layer 120 is more convenient, swift.
Preferably, the support layer 110 is made of a galvanized sheet. The galvanized sheet has the characteristics of high strength and corrosion resistance, so that the service life of the outdoor casing of the air conditioner is prolonged.
Preferably, the support layer 110 and the noise reduction layer 120 are bonded by glue. The arrangement makes the connection between the support layer 110 and the noise reduction layer 120 more secure, and also facilitates the production and manufacture of the outdoor unit casing 100.
The present invention further provides an air conditioner (not shown), which includes an air conditioner outdoor housing 100, and the specific structure of the air conditioner outdoor housing 100 refers to the above embodiments, and since the air conditioner employs all technical solutions of all the above embodiments, at least all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments are achieved, and no further description is given here.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications and equivalents of the present invention, which are made by the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings, or directly/indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
