本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种高耐磨高弹性橡胶脚垫,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:有机硅橡胶5-15份、丙烯腈40-70份、硼酸锌10-20份、钛铁30-50份、重质碳酸钙1-15份、硫化橡胶1-10份、有机氟聚合物5-15份、氧化锌1-5份、丙烯酸乙酯15-25份、热分解石墨5-15份、苯乙烯10-25份、钨0.1-2份、钛0.5-2份、钴0.1-1.5份、防老剂0.5-5份、增塑剂0.5-2.5份。
进一步地,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:有机硅橡胶10份、丙烯腈50份、硼酸锌15份、钛铁40份、重质碳酸钙8份、硫化橡胶6份、有机氟聚合物9份、氧化锌3份、丙烯酸乙酯15-25份、热分解石墨5-15份、苯乙烯15份、钨1份、钛1份、钴0.8份、防老剂3份、增塑剂1.5份。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明提供的产品不仅满足脚垫的基本使用需要,而且大大提高了产品的耐磨性能,弹性好,抗氧化,耐腐蚀,大大延长了产品使用寿命。

作为本发明的优选方案,本发明由以下重量份数的原料制成:有机硅橡胶10份、丙烯腈50份、硼酸锌15份、钛铁40份、重质碳酸钙8份、硫化橡胶6份、有机氟聚合物9份、氧化锌3份、丙烯酸乙酯15-25份、热分解石墨5-15份、苯乙烯15份、钨1份、钛1份、钴0.8份、防老剂3份、增塑剂1.5份。
