本发明涉及一种沙发布,属于布料领域。
背景技术
沙发具有良好的舒服性和美观性,已成为许多家庭必不可少的一样家具。随着沙发生产技术的发展,以及消费者对沙发性能要求的提高,沙发的款式也越来越多元化。例如沙发制造中所用到的纺织布料即沙发布,其品种也越来越多,如仿麻布、复合布、压花布、真丝布等等。其中真丝具有手感柔软、厚实,弹性优异,保温、吸湿和透气性能佳,外观高档大方等优点,采用真丝制成的沙发布在中高档沙发中应用极为广泛。
申请号为201320361240.5的发明专利公开了一种沙发布,包括相互叠合的基布层和绒毛层,基布层上设置有若干个连接部一,绒毛层上设置有与连接部一一一对应的连接部二,连接部一和与该连接部一相对应的连接部二可拆卸连接。该沙发布具有清洗方便、可靠性好等优点。但是绒毛层由于容易滋生细菌,而且夏天透气性差,在温度高的时候不是特别适用。而冬天人体排汗量减少,绒毛层也不容易脏,不需要经常拆洗,即使拆洗也存在褪色问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种沙发布,不仅清洗方便,不易褪色,而且透气性好,表面纹理感强烈,适合夏天使用。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种沙发布,包括表层和固定在表层下方的底层,所述表层由纱线单元平纹编织而成,所述纱线单元由涤纶纤维和阳离子纱合股形成,所述底层为透气网布。
优选的,所述阳离子纱为阳离子改性涤纶长丝。
优选的,所述透气网布是由苎麻纤维束编织而成的网状结构。
优选的,所述苎麻纤维束的截面为方形。
优选的,所述透气网布的网格面积在0.16mm²-0.25mm²。
优选的,所述纱线单元穿过透气网布的网格把透气网布缝合在表层下方。
通过采用上述技术方案,阳离子纱是用在聚酯切片中引入了带有极性基SO3Na的间苯二甲酸二甲酯而纺制的一种新型涤纶产品,其外观与普通涤纶长丝无区别,但是由于采用了离子改性,不仅大大改善了纤维的吸色性能,而且降低了结晶度而使染料分子易于渗透,使得纤维容易染色,吸色率提高,吸湿性也有改善;这种纤维既保证阳离子易染,同时又可增加纤维的微孔,提高纤维上染率、透气性、吸湿性,从而进一步适应聚酯纤维的仿真丝化;通过仿真丝化可使织物柔软透气、舒适、抗静电、常温常压可染,而且由于其是常温染色,在经常清洗中具有不易褪色的特点。涤纶纤维具有极优良的定形性能。涤纶纤维经过定形后生成的平挺、蓬松形态或褶裥等,在使用中经多次洗涤,仍能经久不变。
纱线单元由涤纶纤维和阳离子纱合股形成,能够兼具两者的优良性能,经常清洗不易褪色、变形,阳离子纱染色后与纯白的涤纶纤维编织形成的纹理感,具有强烈的视觉冲击,不易使人疲劳。
在表层下方设置透气网布,既实现了表层透气的功能,人们久坐不热,而且透气网布能够增加沙发布与沙发本体的接触摩擦力,使沙发布能够有效的附着在沙发上。透气网布能够方便的渗透水,因此清洗沙发布时只要在水里稍微搅拌一下就能达到去污的功效,适合夏天使用。

具体实施方式
一种沙发布,包括表层1和固定在表层1下方的底层2,表层1由纱线单元3平纹编织而成,纱线单元3由涤纶纤维3b和阳离子纱3a合股形成,底层2为透气网布。阳离子纱3a为阳离子改性涤纶长丝。阳离子纱3a是用在聚酯切片中引入了带有极性基SO3Na的间苯二甲酸二甲酯而纺制的一种新型涤纶产品,其外观与普通涤纶长丝无区别,但是由于采用了离子改性,不仅大大改善了纤维的吸色性能,而且降低了结晶度而使染料分子易于渗透,使得纤维容易染色,吸色率提高,吸湿性也有改善;这种纤维既保证阳离子易染,同时又可增加纤维的微孔,提高纤维上染率、透气性、吸湿性,从而进一步适应聚酯纤维的仿真丝化;通过仿真丝化可使织物柔软透气、舒适、抗静电、常温常压可染,而且由于其是常温染色,在经常清洗中具有不易褪色的特点。涤纶纤维3b具有极优良的定形性能。涤纶纤维3b经过定形后生成的平挺、蓬松形态或褶裥等,在使用中经多次洗涤,仍能经久不变。
纱线单元3由涤纶纤维3b和阳离子纱3a合股形成,能够兼具两者的优良性能,经常清洗不易褪色、变形,阳离子纱3a染色后与纯白的涤纶纤维3b编织形成的纹理感,具有强烈的视觉冲击,不易使人疲劳。
在表层1下方设置透气网布,既实现了表层1透气的功能,人们久坐不热,而且透气网布能够增加沙发布与沙发本体的接触摩擦力,使沙发布能够有效的附着在沙发上。透气网布能够方便的渗透水,因此清洗沙发布时只要在水里稍微搅拌一下就能达到去污的功效,适合夏天使用。
其中,透气网布是由苎麻纤维束2b编织而成的网状结构。苎麻纤维吸湿透气性是棉纤维的3-5倍左右,同时含有叮咛,嘧啶,嘌呤等有益元素,具有抑菌、透气、凉爽、防腐、防霉、吸汗等功能,同样数量的细菌在显微镜下观察,细菌在棉、毛纤维制品中能够大量繁衍,而苎麻制品上的细菌在24小时后被杀死75%左右。这是因为苎麻纤维含有叮咛、嘧啶、嘌呤等微量元素,对金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌等起到抑制效果,具有天然抑菌、防螨、防臭功能。经试验证明,经50次反复洗涤后,其灭菌效果仍达98%以上,可有效遏止纺织品的细菌、螨虫二次污染问题。苎麻纤维有其独有的活性空腔导汗纤维结构可以使吸入的汗液渗透到空腔内并快速导出,让它具备了优越的透气性和传热性,吸水多而散湿快,有着让人非常惊喜的凉爽感。
其中,苎麻纤维束2b的截面为方形。方形截面的苎麻纤维束2b由于带有棱边,能够进一步增加沙发布与沙发本体的表面摩擦力,实现沙发布在沙发上不易滑动的特点。
其中,透气网布的网格2a面积在0.16mm²-0.25mm²。透气网布的网格2a面积太大容易降低透气网布的强度和摩擦系数,而太小则不利于透气以及清洗。在这个数值范围内能够跟有效的平衡两种情况。
其中,纱线单元3穿过透气网布的网格2a把透气网布缝合在表层1下方。透气网布可以采用粘结的方式固定在表层1下方,但是这样一来不仅降低了透气性,而且易剥落,采用纱线单元3缝合的形式,能够使透气网布比较牢固的固定在表层1下方,而且不影响透气和清洗。

1.一种沙发布,其特征是:包括表层和固定在表层下方的底层,所述表层由纱线单元平纹编织而成,所述纱线单元由涤纶纤维和阳离子纱合股形成,所述底层为透气网布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的沙发布,其特征是:所述阳离子纱为阳离子改性涤纶长丝。
3.根据权利要求2所述的沙发布,其特征是:所述透气网布是由苎麻纤维束编织而成的网状结构。
4.根据权利要求3所述的沙发布,其特征是:所述苎麻纤维束的截面为方形。
5.根据权利要求4所述的沙发布,其特征是:所述透气网布的网格面积在0.16mm²-0.25mm²。
6.根据权利要求5所述的沙发布,其特征是:所述纱线单元穿过透气网布的网格把透气网布缝合在表层下方。
