本发明涉及一种船用防火风闸,更确切地说,是一种船用防火风闸的闸板密封装置。
背景技术
船用防火风闸是一种常见的船用消防设备,通常处于两个防火区域之间,用于隔断火源,切断火势蔓延。现有的防火风闸包含多个可转动的闸板,闸板安装在一安装框架上,并通过外置机构来控制闸板的转动方向,从而控制风闸的开度。现有的风闸在闭合时,闸板的顶部与底部无法实现密封,影响风闸的密封性能。

一种船用防火风闸的闸板密封装置,所述的船用防火风闸的闸板密封装置包含一水平设置的密封基面,所述的密封基面的两侧边缘分别设有一条状的密封柱条,所述的密封柱条包含一对纵向设置的第一密封侧板,所述的第一密封侧板的顶部分别设有一倾斜设置的第二密封侧板,所述的第二密封侧板的顶部之间设有一楔形的密封柱头,所述的第一密封侧板、所述的第二密封侧板和密封柱头构成一五边形的中空的密封腔体。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的船用防火风闸的闸板密封装置为硅胶一体成型。
本发明的船用防火风闸的闸板密封装置具有以下优点:使用时,使用者可以将该硅胶一体成型的密封装置分别粘贴于闸板的上下两侧,当闸板转动关闭后,密封基面的两侧的密封腔体能有效密封闸板与安装框架之间的空隙,密封效果好,成本低廉,效果明显,实用性强。

该船用防火风闸的闸板密封装置1为硅胶一体成型。
使用时,如图1和图2所示,使用者可以将该硅胶一体成型的密封装置1分别粘贴于闸板的上下两侧,当闸板转动关闭后,密封基面2的两侧的密封腔体34能有效密封闸板与安装框架之间的空隙,密封效果好,成本低廉,效果明显,实用性强。
