本发明提供了一种补水保湿面膜，其通过优选多种护肤物质并进行配比，具有较强吸收力，可有效补水保湿，保持皮肤弹性，本发明还提供了一种补水保湿面膜的制备方法；其包含以下重量份组分：水220份~250份，甘油9份~13份，卡波姆0.3份~0.6份，尿囊素0.04份~0.08份，聚二甲基硅氧烷1份~4份，水解蚕丝0.03份~0.08份，矿油1份~4份，三乙醇胺0.4份~0.7份，羟苯甲酯0.2份~0.6份，羟苯丙酯0.2份~0.6份。

一种补水保湿面膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及日化品技术领域，具体为一种补水保湿面膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
保湿是女人一生都要做的功课，缺水就会发黄、长斑、长皱纹、松弛，因此，水分是女人不可缺少的，但是人类皮肤衰老过程和衰老的成程度与所处的环境、年龄和人的心情紧密相关，以及外界气候环境的变化和刺激，会导致人体的皮脂、水分分泌逐渐减少，皮肤保存水分的能力会下降，从而促使皮肤越来越干，皮肤表皮的角质层增厚，产生皮肤角质化、干裂、皮肤的表面就会变得粗糙，失去弹性，抵抗力减弱，细菌侵入导致皮肤病的发生。
发明内容
针对上述问题，本发明提供了一种补水保湿面膜，其通过优选多种护肤物质并进行配比，具有较强吸收力，可有效补水保湿，保持皮肤弹性，本发明还提供了一种补水保湿面膜的制备方法。
其技术方案是这样的，一种补水保湿面膜，其特征在于：其包含以下重量份组分：水220份~250份，甘油9份~13份，卡波姆0.3份~0.6份，尿囊素0.04份~0.08份，聚二甲基硅氧烷1份~4份，水解蚕丝0.03份~0.08份，矿油1份~4份，三乙醇胺0.4份~0.7份，羟苯甲酯0.2份~0.6份，羟苯丙酯0.2份~0.6份。
优选地，所述补水保湿面膜包含以下重量份组分：水235.5份，甘油10份，卡波姆0.5份，尿囊素0.05份，聚二甲基硅氧烷2份，水解蚕丝0.05份，矿油2份，三乙醇胺0.5份，羟苯甲酯0.25份，羟苯丙酯0.25份。
所述补水保湿面膜的制备方法，其特征在于：其包括以下步骤：
（1）、将上述原料中的水、甘油、卡波姆、尿囊素投入水相锅中，加热至90℃，物料完全熔化，并以680r/min ~890 r/min恒温搅拌8分钟~11分钟；
（2）、油相处理，将上述原料中的聚二甲基硅氧烷、水解蚕丝、矿油、三乙醇胺、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯投入油相锅，加热至90℃，物料完全熔化，并以680r/min ~890r/min恒温搅拌8分钟~11分钟；
（3）、冷却、出料，将所述步骤（1）中水相处理后的原料和步骤（2）中油相处理后的原料混合物抽至反应罐中，以1200r/min ~2200r/min转速搅拌至水相与油相混合均匀后，均质2分钟~3分钟，再以680r/min ~890r/min转速匀速搅拌28分钟~31分钟；然后开启冷却水进行冷却，边搅拌边冷却至38℃后出料。
本发明的有益效果是，该补水保湿面膜配方合理，制作方法简单，在配方中添加了甘油、水解蚕丝、尿囊素、聚二甲基硅氧烷等原料，可起到密集补水的效果，并易被皮肤吸收，从而延缓衰老，保持皮肤弹性。
具体实施方式
实施例一
一种补水保湿面膜，其包含以下重量份组分：其包含以下重量份组分：水220份，甘油9份，卡波姆0.3份，尿囊素0.04份，聚二甲基硅氧烷1份，水解蚕丝0.03份，矿油1份，三乙醇胺0.4份，羟苯甲酯0.2份，羟苯丙酯0.2份，其中各组分通过型号为ACS-30的电子秤称量。
其制备方法步骤是：
（1）、将上述原料中的水、甘油、卡波姆、尿囊素投入水相锅中，加热至90℃，物料完全熔化，并以680r/min恒温搅拌8分钟；
（2）、油相处理，将上述原料中的聚二甲基硅氧烷、水解蚕丝、矿油、三乙醇胺、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯投入油相锅，加热至90℃，物料完全熔化，并以680r/min恒温搅拌8分钟；
（3）、冷却、出料，将所述步骤（1）中水相处理后的原料和步骤（2）中油相处理后的原料混合物抽至反应罐中，以1200r/min转速搅拌至水相与油相混合均匀后，均质2分钟，再以680r/min转速匀速搅拌28分钟；然后开启冷却水进行冷却，边搅拌边冷却至38℃后出料。
实施例二
一种补水保湿面膜，其包含以下重量份组分：水235.5份，甘油10份，卡波姆0.5份，尿囊素0.05份，聚二甲基硅氧烷2份，水解蚕丝0.05份，矿油2份，三乙醇胺0.5份，羟苯甲酯0.25份，羟苯丙酯0.25份。
其制备方法步骤是：
（1）、将上述原料中的水、甘油、卡波姆、尿囊素投入水相锅中，加热至90℃，物料完全熔化，并以720 r/min恒温搅拌9分钟；
（2）、油相处理，将上述原料中的聚二甲基硅氧烷、水解蚕丝、矿油、三乙醇胺、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯投入油相锅，加热至90℃，物料完全熔化，并以720 r/min恒温搅拌9分钟；
（3）、冷却、出料，将所述步骤（1）中水相处理后的原料和步骤（2）中油相处理后的原料混合物抽至反应罐中，以1500r/min转速搅拌至水相与油相混合均匀后，均质2.5分钟，再以720r/min转速匀速搅拌29分钟；然后开启冷却水进行冷却，边搅拌边冷却至38℃后出料。
实施例三
一种补水保湿面膜，其包含以下重量份组分：水245份，甘油12份，卡波姆0.55份，尿囊素0.06份，聚二甲基硅氧烷3份，水解蚕丝0.07份，矿油3份，三乙醇胺0.6份，羟苯甲酯0.35份，羟苯丙酯0.35份。
其制备方法步骤是：
（1）、将上述原料中的水、甘油、卡波姆、尿囊素投入水相锅中，加热至90℃，物料完全熔化，并以840 r/min恒温搅拌10分钟；
（2）、油相处理，将上述原料中的聚二甲基硅氧烷、水解蚕丝、矿油、三乙醇胺、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯投入油相锅，加热至90℃，物料完全熔化，并以840r/min恒温搅拌10分钟；
（3）、冷却、出料，将所述步骤（1）中水相处理后的原料和步骤（2）中油相处理后的原料混合物抽至反应罐中，以1800r/min转速搅拌至水相与油相混合均匀后，均质2.5分钟，再以840r/min转速匀速搅拌30分钟；然后开启冷却水进行冷却，边搅拌边冷却至38℃后出料。
实施例四
一种补水保湿面膜，其包含以下重量份组分：水250份，甘油13份，卡波姆0.6份，尿囊素0.08份，聚二甲基硅氧烷4份，水解蚕丝0.08份，矿油4份，三乙醇胺0.7份，羟苯甲酯0.6份，羟苯丙酯0.6份。
其制备方法步骤是：
（1）、将上述原料中的水、甘油、卡波姆、尿囊素投入水相锅中，加热至90℃，物料完全熔化，并以890 r/min恒温搅拌11分钟；
（2）、油相处理，将上述原料中的聚二甲基硅氧烷、水解蚕丝、矿油、三乙醇胺、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯投入油相锅，加热至90℃，物料完全熔化，并以890r/min恒温搅拌11分钟；
（3）、冷却、出料，将所述步骤（1）中水相处理后的原料和步骤（2）中油相处理后的原料混合物抽至反应罐中，以2200r/min转速搅拌至水相与油相混合均匀后，均质3分钟，再以890r/min转速匀速搅拌31分钟；然后开启冷却水进行冷却，边搅拌边冷却至38℃后出料。
本发明中甘油，具有保湿作用；
三乙醇胺，通过与卡波姆等中和，形成稳定的高分子结构，达到增稠和保湿的应用效果；
水解蚕丝，即水解蚕丝蛋白，水解蚕丝中含大量胶原蛋白和弹力纤维，氨基酸、核糖、核酸等营养成份，它与人体胶原蛋白完全相同，能被肌肤完全吸收，促进细胞再生，紧致细胞间隙距离，提升肌肤柔韧度和紧致度；
尿囊素，可促进组织生长，细胞新陈代谢，软化角质层蛋白，使皮肤柔软且富有弹性，并有美丽的光泽；
聚二甲基硅氧烷，具有润滑性能、保湿性、抗紫外线的作用，透气性好，具有明显的防尘功能，对于增加皮肤的柔软性也有不错的效果；
羟苯丙酯，具有杀菌防腐的作用。

Claims (3)

1.一种补水保湿面膜，其特征在于：其包含以下重量份组分：水220份~250份，甘油9份~13份，卡波姆0.3份~0.6份，尿囊素0.04份~0.08份，聚二甲基硅氧烷1份~4份，水解蚕丝0.03份~0.08份，矿油1份~4份，三乙醇胺0.4份~0.7份，羟苯甲酯0.2份~0.6份，羟苯丙酯0.2份~0.6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种补水保湿面膜，其特征在于：所述补水保湿面膜包含以下重量份组分：水235.5份，甘油10份，卡波姆0.5份，尿囊素0.05份，聚二甲基硅氧烷2份，水解蚕丝0.05份，矿油2份，三乙醇胺0.5份，羟苯甲酯0.25份，羟苯丙酯0.25份。
3.采用如权利要求1所述的补水保湿面膜的制备方法，其特征在于：其包括以下步骤：
（1）、将上述原料中的水、甘油、卡波姆、尿囊素投入水相锅中，加热至90℃，物料完全熔化，并以680r/min ~890 r/min恒温搅拌8分钟~11分钟；
（2）、油相处理，将上述原料中的聚二甲基硅氧烷、水解蚕丝、矿油、三乙醇胺、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯投入油相锅，加热至90℃，物料完全熔化，并以680r/min ~890r/min恒温搅拌8分钟~11分钟；
（3）、冷却、出料，将所述步骤（1）中水相处理后的原料和步骤（2）中油相处理后的原料混合物抽至反应罐中，以1200r/min ~2200r/min转速搅拌至水相与油相混合均匀后，均质2分钟~3分钟，再以680r/min ~890r/min转速匀速搅拌28分钟~31分钟；然后开启冷却水进行冷却，边搅拌边冷却至38℃后出料。
