Description

Method for realizing called number completion, Vo L TE terminal, base station and system
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of IMS (IP multimedia subsystem) and IMS-based L TE voice service (Vo L TE), in particular to a method for realizing called number completion, a Vo L TE terminal, a base station and a system.
Background
Vo L TE is a standard scheme of L TE voice determined in 2010 by GSMA (global system for Mobile operator alliance). in the Vo L TE scheme, a native terminal with a built-in Vo L TE chip is attached to a L TE wireless network and an EPC core network and then is accessed to an IMS network of a telecom operator, and the IMS network is used as a core control network of Vo L TE to complete call control, traffic routing and service triggering of Vo L TE voice.
In IMS networks, calls are routed based on called Global format e.164 numbers (Global Number). For mobile numbers, the format of global number is (country code) + (net number) + (H0H1H2H3) + (ABCD); for fixed numbers, the global number format is (country code) + (area code) + (local number).
In order to keep consistency of user dialing habits and service experiences, the Vo L TE terminal will continue the dialing rules of the existing 2/3G mobile phone terminal, wherein the dialing mode of calling a fixed number is local number/(long distance prefix) + (area code) + (local number), and the dialing mode of calling a mobile number is network number) + (H)0H1H2H3) + (ABCD), not a global number. At this time, the country code and area code in the called number must be complemented for proper routing in the IMS.
In the process of implementing the present invention, the inventor finds that the called area code completion technology in the existing IMS at least has the following problems:
the IMS network follows the separation of call control and service control, the modified number belongs to a service function, and cannot be implemented on the call control network element CSCF, and in addition to the home control attribute of the IMS, 3GPP proposes a scheme of setting a called number completion Application Server (AS) in the home IMS network: the service edge access control (BAC) accessed by the user adds the phone-context field carrying the country code and the area number information in the Request-URI of the user call Request INVITE message, and completes the called number completion according to the phone-context by the home IMS network number completion AS. For example, a Beijing user roams to Shanghai, dials 50440045 number, and issues a Request-URI of "Tel: 50440045 ", and the shanghai BAC, after receiving the message, adds a phone-context parameter carrying the country code and shanghai area number +8621, where the Request-URI of the INVITE message is" Tel: 50440045, respectively; phone-context ═ 8621 ". The IMS network routes the INVITE message, returns to the home location for service triggering, and completes the called number by a number completion AS of the home location according to the phone-context parameter to form a Request-URI of' Tel: +862150440045 "to route the INVITE message to the shanghai 50440000 user. The specific implementation is shown in figure 1.
In the actual networking of the IMS, the BAC device usually adopts a provincial centralized deployment mode, and one BAC corresponds to the access of a plurality of local networks, in this case, the BAC cannot distinguish which local network the terminal accesses from, and cannot fill the corresponding area number in a phone-context.
In the prior 2/3G technology, when a mobile terminal makes a roaming call, if a dialed fixed number is in a local number format without an area number, a roaming Mobile Switching Center (MSC) supplements the area number of a roaming area before a called number according to the office direction of a Base Station Controller (BSC) (the BSC is locally deployed), and then routes and continues the roaming area number, the dialing method and the service experience are continued to Vo L TE service based on the continuity of the use habits of the user, if the called number is supplemented according to calling information based on the number completion method of the fixed access IMS, the called number can be supplemented correctly in a non-roaming scene, but when the user dials the local number in a roaming scene, the IMS network supplements the called number to the area number of a calling home area and continues to the home area number regardless of the IMS, and the roaming area number which the user originally wants to continue is the roaming area number, so that the routing error of the roaming call occurs, for example, the roaming user has no calling number L TE, dials a number in Shanghai, and continues to the Beijing area number 56, but if the called number is supplemented by Beijing number based on Beijing 861050440045, the Beijing H + 4625, the Beijing number which the calling error occurs.
In addition to the above problems, the existing AS-based number completion scheme needs the home IMS network to route all calls initiated by the terminal to the number completion AS in a service-triggered manner, which not only has an extremely high requirement on the performance of the AS and thus causes an increase in equipment cost, but also lengthens the path of call routing. Meanwhile, in order to complete the triggering of the user call to the AS, an iFC for number completion needs to be configured for each user, and the iFC is used to direct the call forwarding to the number completion AS, so that the user data configuration amount is very large, and the overhead of the home subscriber server HSS is also increased.
Namely, the IMS called number completion technology provided by 3GPP can realize that the called number is complemented according to the access location information of the terminal, but the specific BAC device deployment requirement does not conform to the actual networking scheme of the operator; the method for complementing the called number according to the calling information adopted by the operator in the actual networking can only complement the called area number as the home area number, and cannot be applied to the mobile terminal with the roaming characteristic. Meanwhile, the AS-based called number complementing method also brings about the deployment cost of high-performance equipment, complex data configuration and call routing detour.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to specific embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a method for completing called number completion according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method comprises the following steps:
in step 210, the country code and area code to which the Vo L TE terminal currently accesses the cell are obtained through the broadcasted system information.
For example, after the Vo L TE terminal is turned on/regains coverage/handover, it completes cell search, gets downlink synchronization, and then receives the system information broadcasted by E-UTRAN, Vo L TE receives the system information block SIB1 information, extracts Country Code and Area Code from the Country Code (Country Code) cell and Area Code (Area Code) cell, and compares the received Country Code and Area Code with the original Country Code and Area Code stored locally, and updates when there is a change, and does not change when there is no change.
Among them, system information broadcasting is an important function in L TE system, and is to broadcast system messages of E-UTRAN to terminals in a cell, so that the terminals can establish radio connection with a network by obtaining enough incoming information.
The system information is information at a cell level, which indicates some characteristics of a current cell or network and some common characteristics of users, regardless of a specific user. The system can identify the coverage area of the cell and give information of a specific channel by broadcasting corresponding system information in the cell, and the terminal can obtain some basic characteristics of the current network and the cell by receiving the cell system information. The system information is organized in system information blocks, SIBs, each SIB containing a set of parameters related to a certain function. The types of the SIB include 1 Master Information Block (MIB) and multiple SIBs, where MIB messages are broadcast on a Physical Broadcast Channel (PBCH), and the SIBs are issued by Radio Resource Control (RRC) messages of a Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH). The SIB1 is carried by a "SystemInformation Block Type 1" message, and the SIB2 and other SIBs are carried by a "SystemInformation (SI)" message.
The SIB1 carried in the System Information Block Type1 message is the most important System message except for the MIB, and includes Information required for UE cell access and scheduling Information of other SIBs. Main Information Elements (IE) of SIB1 include:
(1) a Cell access related information (Cell access related information) class, including:
public land Mobile Network (Public L and Mobile Network, P L MN) identification number P L MNIdentity of a Network, comprising a Mobile Country Code (MCC) and a Mobile Network Code (MNC), wherein resources of the MCC are uniformly distributed and managed by International Telecommunication Union (ITU), uniquely identify a country to which a Mobile subscriber belongs, 3 digits in total, and 460 in china.
(2) Tracking Area code tac (tracking Area code) class, which includes Cell id (Cell identity) and Cell Barred status (Cell Barred), indicates whether a user can camp on a Cell.
(3) Cell Selection information class (Cell Selection Info) indicating the minimum received power RSRP value that the Cell Selection accepts.
(4) The Scheduling Information class (Scheduling Information) indicates the transmission time and period of other SIBs.
The invention expands IE in SIB1, adds Country Code cell and Area Code cell in the relative information of cell access, wherein Country Code cell represents the Country Code of the current access cell, and Area Code cell represents the Area Code of the current access cell, thus obtaining the information of Country Code and Area Code in real time by system information broadcast when Vo L TE terminal is started to access, re-enters coverage or switches.
Under the condition that the country code and the area code are changed due to bit increasing or adjustment, the E-UTRAN initiates area code information updating through system information broadcasting, so that a user can obtain the updated country code and area code information in time.
In step 220, when the Vo L TE terminal dials, the called number is complemented to a global number format according to the country code and area code of the current access cell.
And the called number is complemented into a global number format according to the country code and the area code of the current access cell. The specific rule is as follows:
1) the called number in the Request URI is a local number, and the Vo L TE terminal complements the country code and area code.
2) The called number in the Request URI is net number + H0H1H2H3+ ABCD, VO L TE terminal complements the country code.
3) The called number in the Request URI is the domestic long distance prefix (0) + area code + local number or the domestic long distance prefix (0) + network number + H0H1H2H3+ ABCD, VO L TE terminal removes domestic long distance prefix and complements the country code.
At step 230, the Vo L TE terminal sends a call request to the called number in a global number format to route the called number to the home network.
In the embodiment, the country code and the area code of the current access cell of the Vo L TE terminal are transmitted to the terminal through the expanded system broadcast information, when the Vo L TE terminal dials, the called number is complemented into a global number format according to the country code and the area code of the current access cell, and the Vo L TE terminal sends a call request to the called number in the global number format so as to route the called number to the home network, thereby ensuring the correct connection of the Vo L TE terminal call, especially the roaming call, on the premise of not changing the IMS networking mode of an operator.
In addition, the invention does not need to deploy new network elements, saves equipment cost, reduces data configuration, shortens a call routing path, reduces the whole call delay of the Vo L TE terminal, ensures that the terminal can obtain the country code and the area code of an access place, particularly a roaming place in real time, thereby realizing the correct completion of the called number in the local number format under the roaming call scene, and has no special requirements on the equipment networking mode of an operator, particularly the access network elements such as BAC, P-CSCF and the like.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for completing called number completion according to another embodiment of the present invention. The method comprises the following steps:
in step 310, a country code cell and an area code cell are set in the system information block, and the country code and the area code to which the current access cell belongs are broadcast to the Vo L TE terminal.
The eNodeB configures the information of Country Code and Area Code corresponding to the local cell, and broadcasts the information of Country Code and Area Code to the Vo L TE terminal in the cell in the expanded system message broadcast SIB1, so that the terminal can establish wireless connection with the network by obtaining enough entering information, when the Area Code changes due to the rise or adjustment, the eNodeB updates the Area Code information and informs the terminal by updating the system message, for example, after the Vo L TE terminal is turned on/reacquires coverage/handover, the cell search is completed, downlink synchronization is obtained, then the system information broadcasted by E-UTRAN is received, the Vo L TE receives the SIB1 information, the Country Code and the Area Code are extracted from the cell of the Country Code and the cell of the Area Code, and the currently received Country Code and Area Code are compared with the original Country Code and Area Code stored locally, and are updated when the cell is changed, and the cell of the Area Code is not changed.
The System Information is organized in System Information Blocks (SIBs), each SIB containing a set of parameters related to a certain function. The SIB1 is carried by a "SystemInformationBlock Type 1" message, and the SIB2 and other SIBs are carried by a "SystemInformationBlockType 1" message.
The invention expands IE in SIB1, adds Country Code CountryCode cell and Area Code cell in the relative information of cell access, wherein CountryCode cell represents the Country Code of the current access cell, Area Code cell represents the Area Code of the current access cell, thereby obtaining the information of Country Code and Area Code through system information broadcast when Vo L TE terminal is started to access, re-enters coverage or switches.
At step 320, a request is received for the Vo L TE terminal to call the called number in a global number format that includes the country code and area number to which the current access cell belongs, and route the called number to the home network.
In the embodiment, a country code cell and an area code cell are set in a system information block, a country code and an area code which a current access cell belongs to are broadcasted to a Vo L TE terminal, a request that the Vo L TE terminal calls a called number in a global number format is received, the global number format comprises the country code and the area code which the current access cell belongs to, and the called number is routed to a home network.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for completing called number completion according to another embodiment of the present invention. The method comprises the following steps:
in step 410, a country code cell and an area code cell are set in the system information block and broadcast to the Vo L TE terminal.
The eNodeB configures the information of the country code and the area code corresponding to the cell, carries the information of the country code and the area code in the expanded system message broadcast SIB1, and broadcasts the information to the Vo L TE terminal in the cell, so that the terminal establishes wireless connection with the network by obtaining enough incoming information.
In step 420, the Vo L TE terminal obtains the country code and area code to which the Vo L TE terminal currently accesses the cell through the broadcasted system information.
When Vo L TE terminal receives SIB1 information, it extracts Country Code and Area Code from Country Code cell and Area Code cell respectively.
In step 430, it is determined whether the obtained country code and area code of the current access cell are the same as the country code and area code that have been locally stored, if so, step 440 is executed, otherwise, step 450 is executed.
At step 440, the current country code and area code information is maintained.
At step 450, the country code and area code information is updated.
When the Vo L TE terminal dials, the called number is complemented to a global number format according to the country code and area code to which the current access cell belongs, step 460.
The specific rule is as follows:
1) the called number in the Request URI is a local number, and the Vo L TE terminal complements the country code and area code.
2) If the called number in the Request URI is net number + H0H1H2H3+ ABCD, the VO L TE terminal complements the country code.
3) The called number in the Request URI is the domestic long distance prefix (0) + area code + local number or the domestic long distance prefix (0) + network number + H0H1H2H3+ ABCD, VO L TE terminal removes domestic long distance prefix and complements the country code.
At step 470, the Vo L TE terminal sends a call request to the called number in a global number format to route the called number to the home network.
When a user dials to initiate a call, the called number is completed according to different rules and the number format dialed by the user based on the locally stored country code and area code information, and the called number is routed to the home network.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a method for completing called number completion according to an embodiment of the present invention.

In step 502, the E-UTRAN sends a Master information Block MIB.
In step 503, the E-UTRAN transmits a system information block SIB1, wherein the information element IE of SIB1 carries the Country Code and the Area Code.
At step 504, the Vo L TE terminal extracts the country code and area code and stores it locally.
In step 505, the E-UTRAN transmits a system information block SIB.
At step 506, the RRC establishes a connection and the Vo L TE terminal initiates and completes L TE network attachment.
In step 507, the Vo L TE terminal initiates IMS APN bearer establishment.
The Vo L TE terminal completes authentication and registration in the IMS network in step 508.
In step 509 plus 510, the user dials 38080018 to initiate a call, and the Vo L TE terminal completes the called number by complementing the country code and area code, and then sends a call request with the called number in the format of global number after completing the complementing.

When Vo L TE terminal moves from Chengdu to Deyang:
and 514-516, in the process of boundary switching, receiving a system message broadcast issued by the E-UTRAN in Germany, analyzing and comparing by the terminal, and updating the locally stored country code and area code.
517 ~ 518, the user dials 38080018 and initiates the call, Vo L TE terminal completes the called number, the completion method is to complement the country code and area code, and after completion, the call request of the called party in the format of global number is sent.
Step 519 ~ 521, the call is routed to the home network, the home S-CSCF directly queries the electric ENUM to perform the called addressing routing, and the call is routed to the Deyang (0838)38080018 user.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a Vo L TE terminal for implementing called number completion according to the present invention, the Vo L TE terminal includes an obtaining module 610, a number completion module 620 and a calling module 630, wherein:
the obtaining module 610 is configured to obtain, through the broadcasted system information, a country code and an area code to which the Vo L TE terminal currently accesses the cell.
For example, Vo L TE terminal boots up/reacquires coverage/handover, completes cell search, acquires downlink synchronization, and then the acquisition module 610 receives system information broadcasted by E-UTRAN, Vo L TE receives system information block SIB1 information, extracts Country Code and Area Code from Country Code (Country Code) cell and Area Code (Area Code) cell, respectively, and compares the received Country Code and Area Code with the original Country Code and Area Code stored locally, updates when there is a change, and does not change when there is no change.
And a number completion module 620, configured to, when the Vo L TE terminal dials, complete the called number into a global number format according to the country code and area code of the current access cell.
The number completion module 620 completes the called number into a global number format according to the country code and area code of the current access cell.
A called module 630, configured to send a call request to the called number in a global number format, so that the called number is routed to the home network.
