Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems, the present invention has been made to provide a method and apparatus for preventing telecommunication fraud on a smart terminal that overcomes or at least partially solves the above problems.
According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for preventing telecommunication fraud on a smart terminal, wherein the method comprises:
presetting one or more conditions for starting input limiting operation, wherein one condition corresponds to one input limiting operation;
judging whether any condition for starting input limiting operation is met;
and if so, executing corresponding input limiting operation on the intelligent terminal, so that the user cannot input corresponding content on the intelligent terminal, and further preventing the user from being cheated.
Optionally, the one or more conditions for initiating the input limiting operation include:
the intelligent terminal operates in an old man mode;
or,
the intelligent terminal operates in a child mode.
Optionally, the one or more conditions for initiating the input limiting operation include:
the short message received by the intelligent terminal comprises a telecommunication fraud characteristic;
or,
the call content of the incoming call or the outgoing call of the intelligent terminal comprises the telecommunication fraud characteristics.
Optionally, the determining whether the condition that "the short message received by the intelligent terminal includes the message fraud feature" is satisfied includes:
and matching the content of the short message received by the intelligent terminal with a preset telecom fraud feature library, and determining that the short message contains telecom fraud features when a matching item exists.
Optionally, the determining whether the condition that the "content of the incoming call or outgoing call of the intelligent terminal includes the fraud feature" is satisfied comprises:
and converting the call voice into characters, matching the converted characters with a preset telecom fraud feature library, and determining that the call content contains telecom fraud features when matching items exist.
Optionally, the input limiting operation comprises one or more of:
forbidding inputting all contents on the payment page;
forbidding inputting a numerical value larger than a preset value in an amount input box of the payment page;
input of content is prohibited at a specific information input box of the page.
Optionally, the specific information input box includes one or more of:
a personal information input box;
an account number input box;
a password input box;
and a verification code input box.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
and outputting corresponding prompt information on the intelligent terminal when judging that any condition for starting the input limiting operation is met.
Optionally, the method is performed by an input method application installed on the intelligent terminal.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided an apparatus for preventing telecommunication fraud on a smart terminal, wherein the apparatus comprises:
the device comprises a condition setting unit, a condition setting unit and a control unit, wherein the condition setting unit is suitable for presetting one or more conditions for starting input limiting operation, and one condition corresponds to one input limiting operation;
a judging unit adapted to judge whether any one of conditions for starting the input restricting operation is satisfied;
and the input limiting unit is suitable for executing corresponding input limiting operation on the intelligent terminal when the judging unit judges that any condition for starting the input limiting operation is met, so that the user cannot input corresponding content on the intelligent terminal, and the user is prevented from being cheated.
Optionally, the one or more conditions for initiating the input limiting operation include:
the intelligent terminal operates in an old man mode;
or,
the intelligent terminal operates in a child mode.
Optionally, the one or more conditions for initiating the input limiting operation include:
the short message received by the intelligent terminal comprises a telecommunication fraud characteristic;
or,
the call content of the incoming call or the outgoing call of the intelligent terminal comprises the telecommunication fraud characteristics.
Optionally, the judging unit is adapted to match the content of the short message received by the intelligent terminal with a preset telecom fraud feature library, and determine that the short message includes a telecom fraud feature when there is a matching item.
Optionally, the determining unit is adapted to convert the call voice into text, match the converted text with a preset telecom fraud feature library, and determine that the call content includes the telecom fraud feature when there is a matching item.
Optionally, the input limiting operation comprises one or more of:
forbidding inputting all contents on the payment page;
forbidding inputting a numerical value larger than a preset value in an amount input box of the payment page;
input of content is prohibited at a specific information input box of the page.
Optionally, the specific information input box includes one or more of:
a personal information input box;
an account number input box;
a password input box;
and a verification code input box.
Optionally, the input limiting unit is further adapted to output corresponding prompt information on the intelligent terminal when the judging unit judges that any condition for starting the input limiting operation is satisfied.
Optionally, the apparatus is integrated in an input method application installed on the smart terminal.
According to the one or more conditions for presetting the start input limit operation, one condition corresponds to one input limit operation, whether any condition for starting the input limit operation is met is judged, if yes, the corresponding input limit operation is executed on the intelligent terminal, and the user cannot input corresponding content on the intelligent terminal. The method can especially prevent old people and children with low fraud prevention ability from being deceived by telecommunication.
The foregoing description is only an overview of the technical solutions of the present invention, and the embodiments of the present invention are described below in order to make the technical means of the present invention more clearly understood and to make the above and other objects, features, and advantages of the present invention more clearly understandable.

Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a method for preventing telecommunication fraud on a smart terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step S110, one or more conditions for starting the input restriction operation are preset, and one condition corresponds to one input restriction operation.
In an embodiment of the present invention, different conditions may correspond to different input limit operations.
Step S120, determining whether any condition for starting the input restriction operation is satisfied.
And step S130, if the content is satisfied, executing corresponding input limiting operation on the intelligent terminal, so that the user can not input corresponding content on the intelligent terminal.
In the method shown in fig. 1, after the telecommunication fraud on the intelligent terminal is found in time, the input operation of the user is limited, so that the user cannot input personal information or perform a transfer operation, and the property security and the personal information security of the user are protected. The method can especially prevent old people and children with low fraud prevention ability from being deceived by telecommunication.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the one or more conditions for starting the input limiting operation in step S110 of the method shown in fig. 1 specifically include a and/or B:
A. the intelligent terminal operates in an old man mode; the old man mode can be set in the intelligent terminal, the setting is not needed on the intelligent terminal used by the old man by default, and corresponding input limiting operation can be executed when the condition of starting input limiting is directly met.
B. The intelligent terminal runs in a child mode, wherein the child mode can be set in the intelligent terminal, the intelligent terminal used by children by default does not need to be set, and corresponding input limitation operation is directly executed when the condition of starting input limitation is met.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the one or more conditions for starting the input limiting operation in step S110 of the method shown in fig. 1 include the following C and/or D:
C. the short message received by the intelligent terminal comprises a telecommunication fraud characteristic;
D. the call content of the incoming call or the outgoing call of the intelligent terminal comprises the telecommunication fraud characteristics.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the input limiting operation may be initiated if any one or more of conditions A, B, C, D are met.
In an embodiment of the present invention, in the step S120 of the method shown in fig. 1, determining whether any condition for starting the input restriction operation is satisfied includes:
c1, matching the content of the short message received by the intelligent terminal with a preset telecom fraud feature library, and determining that the short message contains telecom fraud features when there is a matching item.
In one embodiment of the present invention, in the step S120 of the method shown in fig. 1, the determining whether any condition for starting the input restriction operation is satisfied includes:
d1, converting the call voice into text, matching the converted text with a preset telecom fraud feature library, and determining that the call content contains telecom fraud features when matching items exist.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the executing of the corresponding input restriction operation on the intelligent terminal in step S130 of the method shown in fig. 1 specifically includes one or more of a, b, and c:
a. forbidding inputting all contents on the payment page;
b. forbidding inputting a numerical value larger than a preset value in an amount input box of the payment page; for example, input of an amount greater than 200 dollars is prohibited to keep losses within a small range.
c. Forbidding to input contents in a specific information input box of the page; the specific information input box comprises one or more of the following:
(c1) a personal information input box, wherein the personal information mainly comprises: name, gender, date of birth, valid credential number, etc.
(c2) An account number input box, wherein the account number mainly comprises: bank account, payment treasure, application account with payment function such as WeChat, and the like.
(c3) Password input box, wherein, the password mainly includes: bank account password, payment treasure, WeChat and other application account passwords with payment functions.
(c4) A verification code input box, wherein the verification code mainly comprises: when transactions such as transfer and payment are carried out, the operator sends a verification code used for completing the transactions to the user in a short message form, or the operator sends the verification code used for authorizing a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card or a bank card to the user in the short message form.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the method shown in fig. 1 further comprises: and outputting corresponding prompt information on the intelligent terminal when judging that any condition for starting the input limiting operation is met. The user is prompted that telecommunication fraud may exist, further reducing the possibility of the user being deceived.
In one embodiment of the invention, the method steps shown in FIG. 1 are performed by an input method application installed on the intelligent terminal. Some users may not have security software installed, especially on mobile phones used by the elderly. But must install the input method application. Therefore, the method can be popularized and applied to a wider range by being integrated into input method application, so that more people can be protected.
Fig. 2 shows a block diagram of an apparatus for preventing telecommunication fraud on a smart terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, wherein the apparatus 200 for preventing telecom fraud on the intelligent terminal comprises:
a condition setting unit 210 adapted to preset one or more conditions for starting an input restriction operation, one condition corresponding to one input restriction operation;
a judging unit 220 adapted to judge whether any one of the conditions for starting the input restricting operation is satisfied;
and an input limiting unit 230 adapted to perform a corresponding input limiting operation on the smart terminal when the judging unit judges that any one of the conditions for starting the input limiting operation is satisfied, so that the user cannot input a corresponding content on the smart terminal, thereby preventing the user from being cheated.
The device shown in fig. 2 limits the input operation of the user after the telecommunication fraud on the intelligent terminal is discovered in time, so that the user cannot input personal information or perform a transfer operation, thereby protecting the property security and the personal information security of the user. The method can especially prevent old people and children with low fraud prevention ability from being deceived by telecommunication.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the one or more conditions for starting the input restriction operation, which are preset by the condition setting unit 210, include a and/B:
A. the intelligent terminal operates in the old man mode, wherein the old man mode can be set in the intelligent terminal, and the setting is not needed on the intelligent terminal used by the old man by default, so that the condition of starting input limitation is directly met.
B. The intelligent terminal runs under the child mode, wherein the child mode can be set in the intelligent terminal, and the condition of starting input limitation is directly met without setting on the intelligent terminal used by children in a default mode.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the one or more conditions for starting the input limiting operation, which are preset by the condition setting unit 210, include:
C. the short message received by the intelligent terminal comprises a telecommunication fraud characteristic;
D. the call content of the incoming call or the outgoing call of the intelligent terminal comprises the telecommunication fraud characteristics.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the determining unit 220 is adapted to match the content of the short message received by the intelligent terminal with a preset telecom fraud feature library, and determine that the short message includes a telecom fraud feature when there is a matching item.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the determining unit 220 is adapted to convert the call voice into text, match the converted text with a preset telecom fraud feature library, and determine that the call content includes the telecom fraud features when there is a match.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the input limiting operation performed by the input limiting unit 230 includes one or more of the following:
a. forbidding all contents such as money amount, personal information, account, password, verification code and the like to be input on the payment page;
b. forbidding inputting a numerical value larger than a preset value in an amount input box of the payment page; if the input of money larger than 200 yuan is prohibited, the property loss is reduced.
c. Input of content is prohibited at a specific information input box of the page.
In one embodiment of the invention, the specific information input box includes one or more of the following:
(c1) a personal information input box; in particular one or more of the following: a name input box, a gender input box, a date of birth input box, a valid certificate number input box, a home city input box, a work unit input box, etc.
(c2) An account number input box; for example: bank account input boxes, application account input boxes with payment functions such as payment treasures and WeChat, and the like.
(c3) A password input box; the method mainly comprises the following steps: a bank account password input box, a payment treasure, a login password input box of an application account number with a payment function such as WeChat and the like.
(c4) A verification code input box; wherein, the identifying code mainly includes: when transactions such as transfer and payment are carried out, the operator sends a verification code used for completing the transactions to the user in a short message form, or the operator sends the verification code used for authorizing a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card or a bank card to the user in the short message form.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the input limiting unit 230 is further adapted to output a corresponding prompt message on the intelligent terminal when the determining unit determines that any condition for starting the input limiting operation is satisfied. Thereby prompting the user that telecommunication fraud is possible and further reducing the possibility of the user being cheated.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus shown in fig. 2 is integrated into an input method application installed on the smart terminal. Some users may not have security software installed, especially on mobile phones used by the elderly. But must install the input method application. Therefore, the device is integrated into the input method application to obtain wider popularization and application range, so that more people can be protected.
In summary, according to the present invention, when one or more conditions for starting input limiting operation are preset, one condition corresponds to one input limiting operation, whether any one of the conditions for starting input limiting operation is satisfied is determined, if so, executing corresponding input limiting operation on the intelligent terminal to ensure that the user can not input corresponding content on the intelligent terminal, thereby preventing the user from being cheated, and ensuring that the user can not be cheated by the telecommunication system when the user is judged to be telecom fraud, or the intelligent terminal works in the old man mode or the child mode, can output corresponding prompt information on the intelligent terminal, and the input limiting operation is started, and the input of sensitive information such as personal information, account numbers, passwords, verification codes and the like in a designated page or application by a user is limited through the input method application of the intelligent terminal, so that telecommunication fraud is prevented, and the property safety and the personal information safety of the user are ensured.
It should be noted that:
the algorithms and displays presented herein are not inherently related to any particular computer, virtual machine, or other apparatus. Various general purpose devices may be used with the teachings herein. The required structure for constructing such a device will be apparent from the description above. Moreover, the present invention is not directed to any particular programming language. It is appreciated that a variety of programming languages may be used to implement the teachings of the present invention as described herein, and any descriptions of specific languages are provided above to disclose the best mode of the invention.
