Abstract
The invention provides a mobile terminal and an antenna structure thereof, wherein the antenna structure comprises a shell, and an FPC, a connecting part and an antenna which are sequentially arranged on the shell from bottom to top, a feeder line is arranged on the FPC, one end of the connecting part is electrically connected with the feeder line, and the other end of the connecting part is electrically connected with the antenna. The mobile terminal and the antenna structure thereof provided by the invention have the advantages that the antenna structure comprises the shell, the FPC, the connecting part and the antenna, the FPC is directly arranged on the shell and is electrically connected with the antenna through the connecting part, a support does not need to be used as a carrier of the antenna, the antenna structure is simplified, and the internal space of the mobile terminal is saved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of antennas of mobile terminals, in particular to a mobile terminal and an antenna structure thereof.
Background
The antenna is an electronic component necessary for the mobile terminal to perform radio communication, at present, the antenna of the mobile terminal is mainly a built-in antenna, and a structure of a bracket and an antenna is generally adopted in the built-in antenna industry, the antenna is fixed inside the mobile terminal through the bracket, but the bracket is used as a carrier of the antenna, on one hand, the bracket occupies more internal space of the mobile terminal, and on the other hand, the whole antenna structure becomes more complex.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the mobile terminal and the antenna structure thereof, which simplify the antenna structure and save the internal space of the mobile terminal.
The specific technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: the antenna structure comprises a shell, and an FPC, a connecting portion and an antenna which are sequentially arranged on the shell from bottom to top, wherein a feeder line is arranged on the FPC, one end of the connecting portion is electrically connected with the feeder line, and the other end of the connecting portion is electrically connected with the antenna.
Furthermore, the housing is provided with an accommodating part, and the FPC, the connecting part and the antenna are sequentially accommodated in the accommodating part from bottom to top.
Furthermore, the FPC is provided with a positioning hole, the antenna structure further comprises a first positioning column protruding from the bottom of the accommodating portion, the first positioning column corresponds to the positioning hole, and the first positioning column is used for being inserted into the positioning hole to be matched with the positioning hole to position the FPC on the shell.
Furthermore, a first threaded hole is formed in the antenna, the antenna structure further comprises a screw and a second positioning column arranged at the bottom of the accommodating part, a second threaded hole corresponding to the first threaded hole is formed in the second positioning column, and the screw is used for penetrating through the first threaded hole and the second threaded hole to fix the antenna on the shell.
Further, the FPC is parallel to the antenna.
Further, the connecting part is a spring sheet.
Furthermore, the connecting portion includes a first elastic arm and a second elastic arm extending from the first elastic arm in a bending manner, the first elastic arm is electrically connected to the antenna, and the second elastic arm is electrically connected to the FPC.
The invention also provides a mobile terminal which comprises the antenna structure.

The mobile terminal and the antenna structure thereof provided by the invention have the advantages that the antenna structure comprises the shell, the FPC, the connecting part and the antenna, the FPC is directly arranged on the shell and is electrically connected with the antenna through the connecting part, a support does not need to be used as a carrier of the antenna, the antenna structure is simplified, and the internal space of the mobile terminal is saved.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the specific embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided to explain the principles of the invention and its practical application to thereby enable others skilled in the art to understand the invention for various embodiments and with various modifications as are suited to the particular use contemplated. In the drawings, like reference numerals will be used to refer to like elements throughout.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, the mobile terminal provided in this embodiment includes a circuit board 1 and an antenna structure 2. The antenna structure 2 includes a housing 24, an FPC 21 and an antenna 23 sequentially disposed on the housing 24, and a connection portion 22 disposed between the FPC 21 and the antenna 23, wherein the FPC 21 is provided with a feeder line 100, and one end of the connection portion 22 is electrically connected to the feeder line 100 and the other end is electrically connected to the antenna 23. The casing 24 is a housing of the mobile terminal, the circuit board 1 is fixed on the casing 24, and the casing 24 is rectangular. The mobile terminal further comprises a camera 3, and the camera 3 is arranged on one short side of the shell 24 and electrically connected with the circuit board 1.
Specifically, the housing 24 is provided with a receiving portion 24a for receiving the antenna structure 2, and preferably, the receiving portion 24a is located on the other short side of the housing 24, that is, the antenna structure 2 and the camera 3 are located on two opposite short sides of the housing 24. The antenna 23 is disposed above the FPC 21, a first threaded hole 23a is disposed on the antenna 23, the antenna structure 2 further includes a screw 26 and a second positioning column 27 disposed on the housing 24, a height of the second positioning column 27 in a direction perpendicular to the housing 24 is greater than a height of the first positioning column 25 in a direction perpendicular to the housing 24, a second threaded hole 27a corresponding to the first threaded hole 23a is disposed on the second positioning column 27, and the screw 26 is used for being matched with the first threaded hole 23a and the second threaded hole 27a to fix the antenna 23 on the housing 24. Preferably, the antenna 23 is disposed in parallel with the FPC 21.
The connection portion 22 is disposed between the FPC 21 and the antenna 23, and one end of the connection portion 22 is electrically connected to the feeder line 100 and one end is electrically connected to the antenna 23. Preferably, the connecting portion 22 is a spring piece, and the material thereof is a conductive material, such as metal. The connecting portion 22 includes a first elastic arm 22a and a second elastic arm 22b bent and extended from the first elastic arm 22a, the first elastic arm 22a is electrically connected to the antenna 23, and the second elastic arm 22b is electrically connected to the feeder line 100. The second elastic arm 22b includes an arm 200 and a contact portion 201 extending from the arm 200 in an inclined manner, the arm 200 is disposed on the FPC 21 and used for fixing the connection portion 22 on the FPC 21, and the contact portion 201 is used for electrically connecting with the feeder line 100.
In the mobile terminal and the antenna structure 2 thereof provided by this embodiment, the antenna structure 2 includes the housing 24, the FPC 21, the connection portion 22 and the antenna 23, the FPC 21 is directly disposed on the housing 24 and electrically connected to the antenna 23 through the connection portion 22, and a support is not required to be used as a carrier of the antenna, so that the antenna structure is simplified, and the internal space of the mobile terminal is saved.
The foregoing is directed to embodiments of the present application and it is noted that numerous modifications and adaptations may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principles of the present application and are intended to be within the scope of the present application.
Claims (10)
1. An antenna structure is characterized by comprising a shell, and an FPC, a connecting part and an antenna which are sequentially arranged on the shell from bottom to top, wherein a feeder line is arranged on the FPC, one end of the connecting part is electrically connected with the feeder line, the other end of the connecting part is electrically connected with the antenna, the FPC is parallel to the antenna, and the connecting part is a spring piece; the connecting portion comprises a first elastic arm and a second elastic arm which is bent and extended from the first elastic arm, the first elastic arm is electrically connected with the antenna, the second elastic arm is electrically connected with the FPC, the second elastic arm comprises an arm body which is bent and extended from the first elastic arm and a contact portion which is obliquely bent and extended from the end portion, connected with the first elastic arm, of the arm body, the arm body is arranged on the FPC, the contact portion abuts against the surface of the arm body, and the contact portion is used for being electrically connected with the feeder line.
2. The antenna structure according to claim 1, wherein the housing is provided with a receiving portion, and the FPC, the connecting portion, and the antenna are received in the receiving portion in this order from the bottom up.

The antenna structure of claim 2, wherein the FPC is provided with a positioning hole, and the antenna structure further comprises a first positioning post protruding from the bottom of the accommodating portion, the first positioning post corresponding to the positioning hole, and the first positioning post being inserted into the positioning hole to position the FPC on the housing.

The antenna structure according to claim 2, wherein a first threaded hole is formed in the antenna, the antenna structure further includes a screw and a second positioning column disposed at the bottom of the accommodating portion, a second threaded hole corresponding to the first threaded hole is formed in the second positioning column, and the screw is used for passing through the first threaded hole and the second threaded hole to fix the antenna to the housing.

A mobile terminal is characterized by comprising an antenna structure, wherein the antenna structure comprises a shell, and an FPC, a connecting part and an antenna which are sequentially arranged on the shell from bottom to top, a feeder line is arranged on the FPC, one end of the connecting part is electrically connected with the feeder line, the other end of the connecting part is electrically connected with the antenna, the FPC is parallel to the antenna, and the connecting part is a spring piece; the connecting portion comprises a first elastic arm and a second elastic arm which is bent and extended from the first elastic arm, the first elastic arm is electrically connected with the antenna, the second elastic arm is electrically connected with the FPC, the second elastic arm comprises an arm body which is bent and extended from the first elastic arm and a contact portion which is obliquely bent and extended from the end portion, connected with the first elastic arm, of the arm body, the arm body is arranged on the FPC, the contact portion abuts against the surface of the arm body, and the contact portion is used for being electrically connected with the feeder line.
6. A mobile terminal according to claim 5, wherein the housing is provided with a receiving portion, and the FPC, the connecting portion and the antenna are sequentially received in the receiving portion from bottom to top.

The mobile terminal according to claim 6, wherein the FPC has a positioning hole, and the antenna structure further comprises a first positioning post protruding from a bottom of the receiving portion, the first positioning post corresponding to the positioning hole, and the first positioning post being inserted into the positioning hole to position the FPC on the housing.

The mobile terminal according to claim 6, wherein the antenna is provided with a first threaded hole, the antenna structure further comprises a screw and a second positioning column disposed at the bottom of the accommodating portion, the second positioning column is provided with a second threaded hole corresponding to the first threaded hole, and the screw is used for fixing the antenna on the housing through the first threaded hole and the second threaded hole.
9. A mobile terminal according to any of claims 5 to 8, further comprising a circuit board, wherein the FPC is electrically connected to the circuit board.
10. The mobile terminal according to any of claims 6 to 8, wherein the receiving portion is located on a short side of the housing.
