Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of lamp light guide, in particular to an annular halation lamp. The light guide plate comprises an upper surface, a lower surface and a side surface, wherein the upper surface and the lower surface cover the light shielding device, the lower surface is provided with a plurality of accommodating cavities for accommodating light sources, and the side surface comprises an annular surface for emitting light to the upper surface direction; the light guide plate is made of transparent materials, and the outer surface of the light guide plate is provided with a white reflecting layer except the annular surface and the inner surface of the accommodating cavity. The annular halation lamp does not need to be matched with a light diffusion lampshade, so that a large amount of light loss is avoided, the number of light sources is reduced, the overall occupied space is small, the structure is simple, the light emission is uniform, and the manufacturing cost of the annular halation lamp is reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of lamp light guide, in particular to an annular halation lamp.
Background
The annular halation lamp is an automobile lamp capable of emitting a special-shaped annular halation effect and is applied to an automobile exterior trim luminous sign lamp and an automobile interior trim decorative lamp.
The existing annular halation lamp for the automobile is processed by densely arranging light-emitting diodes behind a luminous surface and then matching with a light diffusion lampshade to achieve the uniform halation luminous effect. The disadvantage of such a structure is that the light diffusion lamp shade needs to be matched, so that larger light loss is generated, and a larger number of light emitting diodes are needed to meet the brightness requirement of the annular lamp, so that the occupied space is large, and the manufacturing cost of the annular halation lamp is increased.

The technical problems to be solved by the invention are as follows: the annular halation lamp solves the problem that the existing annular halation lamp needs to be matched with a light diffusion lampshade by improving a light guide structure, so that larger light loss is generated.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the outer surface of the light guide plate is provided with the white reflecting layer except the inner surface of the containing cavity and the annular surface, the containing cavity is used as the light incident surface of the light guide plate, light of a light source enters the light guide plate through the light incident surface and is subjected to multiple diffuse reflection through the white reflecting layer on the inner surface of the light guide plate, and finally projected out of the annular surface, the white reflecting layer has high reflectivity, light loss can be reduced to the greatest extent, white can reflect visible light of all colors, the original luminous color of the light emitting diode is not interfered, the light is scattered and homogenized after multiple diffuse reflection in the light guide plate, and finally the light presents a halation effect on the annular surface; the annular halation lamp does not need to be matched with a light diffusion lampshade, so that a large amount of light loss is avoided, the number of light sources is reduced, the overall occupied space is small, the structure is simple, the light emission is uniform, and the manufacturing cost of the annular halation lamp is reduced.

Detailed Description

the light guide plate 1 is made of transparent materials, and the outer surface of the light guide plate 1 is provided with a white reflecting layer except the annular surface 12 and the inner surface of the accommodating cavity 11.
The outer surface of the light guide plate is provided with the white reflecting layer except the inner surface of the containing cavity and the annular surface, the containing cavity is used as the light inlet surface of the light guide plate, light rays of the light source enter the light guide plate through the light inlet surface, multiple diffuse reflections occur through the white reflecting layer on the inner surface of the light guide plate, the light rays are finally projected out of the annular surface, the reflectivity of the white reflecting layer is high, light loss can be reduced to the greatest extent, white light can reflect visible light of all colors, the original luminous color of the light emitting diode is not interfered, the light rays are scattered and homogenized after multiple diffuse reflections in the light guide plate, and finally the light rays show a halation effect on the annular surface; the annular halation lamp does not need to be matched with a light diffusion lampshade, so that a large amount of light loss is avoided, the number of light sources is reduced, the overall occupied space is small, the structure is simple, the light emission is uniform, and the manufacturing cost of the annular halation lamp is reduced.
Further, the accommodating cavity 11 is shaped as an inward concave arc.
As can be seen from the above description, the accommodating cavity is designed into an inward concave arc shape, so that the light generated by the light source is more uniformly projected into the light guide plate, and the brightness uniformity of the annular halation lamp is further improved.
Further, the light shielding device 2 comprises a light shielding plate 21 and a fixing seat 22, wherein the light shielding plate 21 covers the upper surface; the fixing base 22 covers the lower surface.
Further, the fixing base 22 is internally provided with a printed board assembly 3, the printed board assembly 3 is provided with a plurality of light emitting diodes 4, and the light source is the light emitting diodes 4.

the shading device comprises a shading plate and a fixed seat, and the shading plate covers the upper surface; the fixed seat covers the lower surface;
the printed board assembly is arranged in the fixing seat, a plurality of light emitting diodes are arranged on the printed board assembly, and the light source is a light emitting diode;
