本发明涉及一种环保型粘合剂,其组成成分按重量份数计如下:氯化丁基橡胶60‑80份、丁晴橡胶30‑40份、环氧树脂15‑20份、二甲苯18‑22份、异氰酸酯22‑28份、琼脂10‑20份、乳化剂15‑25份、白炭黑5‑10份、水30‑40份,粘结效果好,环保无毒副作用。

一种环保型粘合剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种粘合剂,尤其涉及一种环保型粘合剂。
背景技术
减震在汽车中有较广泛的应用,比如副车架衬套、液压衬套、曲轴扭转减振器、动力吸振器动力吸振器。这些元件的材质大部分为金属,通过在金属表面粘接橡胶,无疑能达到良好的减震效果。
现在市面上已经有多种橡胶金属粘合剂。比如CN93114420.5公开了一种单涂层橡胶-金属粘合剂。该粘合剂含有含卤聚烯烃、芳香族亚硝基化合物、聚马来酰亚胺化合物和金属氧化物。再比如CN200710188735.1公开了一种用于高弹体的粘合剂。该粘合剂包含至少一种交联剂:多亚硝基化合物、多亚硝基前体、以及他们的混合物。这些粘合剂虽然粘接效果良好,但是其中含有亚硝基化合物或铅盐对环境有较大的危害,而本粘合剂中的组分不含有上述两种物质。本粘合剂是通过热硫化的方式粘接未硫化的天然橡胶/丁苯橡胶-金属。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对以上弊端提供一种环保型粘合剂,粘结效果好,环保无毒副作用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种环保型粘合剂,其组成成分按重量份数计如下:
氯化丁基橡胶60-80份
丁晴橡胶30-40份
环氧树脂15-20份
二甲苯18-22份
异氰酸酯22-28份
琼脂10-20份
乳化剂15-25份
白炭黑5-10份
水30-40份。
上述一种环保型粘合剂,其中,所述氯化丁基橡胶、丁晴橡胶、环氧树脂的重量份数比为4:2:1。
上述一种环保型粘合剂,其中,所述乳化剂按重量份数计由N,N′-双十六酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠5-8份、丁酸香叶酯3-6份、硫酸铝铵2-5份混合制备而成。
上述一种环保型粘合剂的制备方法,其制备方法为:
(1) 将上述各组分在120-130℃的温度下搅拌3-4h直至混合均匀得混合物;
(2) 将混合物研磨1h后过滤即可得粘合剂。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明使用特殊的组分,制得的粘合剂粘结效果提高50%以上,环保无毒副作用,安全可靠。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明。
实例一:
一种环保型粘合剂的制备方法,其制备方法为:
(1)按重量份数计将N,N′-双十六酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠6份、丁酸香叶酯4份、硫酸铝铵3份混合制备得乳化剂;
(2)按重量份数计将氯化丁基橡胶70份丁晴橡胶35份、环氧树脂17份、二甲苯20份、异氰酸酯25份、琼脂15份、乳化剂20份、白炭黑7份、水35份在125℃的温度下搅拌4h直至混合均匀得混合物;
(3)将混合物研磨1h后过滤即可得粘合剂。
实施例二
一种环保型粘合剂的制备方法,其制备方法为:
(1)按重量份数计将N,N′-双十六酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠5份、丁酸香叶酯3份、硫酸铝铵2份混合制备得乳化剂;
(2)按重量份数计将氯化丁基橡胶60份丁晴橡胶30份、环氧树脂15份、二甲苯18份、异氰酸酯22份、琼脂10份、乳化剂15份、白炭黑5份、水30份在120℃的温度下搅拌3h直至混合均匀得混合物;
(3)将混合物研磨1h后过滤即可得粘合剂。
实施例三
一种环保型粘合剂的制备方法,其制备方法为:
(1)按重量份数计将N,N′-双十六酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠8份、丁酸香叶酯36份、硫酸铝铵5份混合制备得乳化剂;
(2)按重量份数计将氯化丁基橡胶80份丁晴橡胶40份、环氧树脂20份、二甲苯22份、异氰酸酯28份、琼脂20份、乳化剂25份、白炭黑10份、水40份在130℃的温度下搅拌4h直至混合均匀得混合物;
(3)将混合物研磨1h后过滤即可得粘合剂。

1.一种环保型粘合剂,其特征为,其组成成分按重量份数计如下:
氯化丁基橡胶60-80份
丁晴橡胶30-40份
环氧树脂15-20份
二甲苯18-22份
异氰酸酯22-28份
琼脂10-20份
乳化剂15-25份
白炭黑5-10份
水30-40份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种环保型粘合剂,其特征为,所述氯化丁基橡胶、丁晴橡胶、环氧树脂的重量份数比为4:2:1。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种环保型粘合剂,其特征为,所述乳化剂按重量份数计由N,N′-双十六酰基乙二胺二丙酸钠5-8份、丁酸香叶酯3-6份、硫酸铝铵2-5份混合制备而成。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种环保型粘合剂的制备方法,其特征为,其制备方法为:
(1) 将上述各组分在120-130℃的温度下搅拌3-4h直至混合均匀得混合物;
(2) 将混合物研磨1h后过滤即可得粘合剂。
