本发明公开了一种塑料发泡剂,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:十二烷基苯磺酸钠10‑12份、苯磺酰肼5‑15份、滑石粉10‑20份、偶氮二甲酰胺10‑12份、三氟丙烯6‑10份、松香树脂10‑20份、碳酸氢钠6‑8份、除臭剂1‑3份、粘土粉7‑9份、碳酸钙3‑5份、十二烷基磺酸钠6‑8份、水60‑100份,本发明提高了发泡的均匀性,提高了加工出来塑料的质量和均匀性。

技术领域
本发明涉及发泡剂技术领域,具体而言涉及一种塑料发泡剂。
背景技术
所谓发泡剂就是使对象物质成孔的物质,它可分为化学发泡剂和物理发泡剂和表面活性剂三大类。化学发泡剂是那些经加热分解后能释放出二氧化碳和氮气等气体,并在聚合物组成中形成细孔的化合物;物理发泡剂就是泡沫细孔是通过某一种物质的物理形态的变化,即通过压缩气体的膨胀、液体的挥发或固体的溶解而形成的;发泡剂均具有较高的表面活性,能有效降低液体的表面张力,并在液膜表面双电子层排列而包围空气,形成气泡,再由单个气泡组成泡沫。

本发明提出一种塑料发泡剂,可以针对多种塑料进行发泡,发泡效果好,通用性较高。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种塑料发泡剂,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:十二烷基苯磺酸钠10-12份、苯磺酰肼5-15份、滑石粉10-20份、偶氮二甲酰胺10-12份、三氟丙烯6-10份、松香树脂10-20份、碳酸氢钠6-8份、除臭剂1-3份、粘土粉7-9份、碳酸钙3-5份、十二烷基磺酸钠6-8份、水60-100份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:十二烷基苯磺酸钠10份、苯磺酰肼5份、滑石粉10份、偶氮二甲酰胺10份、三氟丙烯6份、松香树脂10份、碳酸氢钠6份、除臭剂1份、粘土粉7份、碳酸钙3份、十二烷基磺酸钠6份、水60份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:十二烷基苯磺酸钠11份、苯磺酰肼10份、滑石粉15份、偶氮二甲酰胺11份、三氟丙烯8份、松香树脂15份、碳酸氢钠7份、除臭剂2份、粘土粉8份、碳酸钙4份、十二烷基磺酸钠7份、水80份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:十二烷基苯磺酸钠12份、苯磺酰肼15份、滑石粉20份、偶氮二甲酰胺12份、三氟丙烯10份、松香树脂20份、碳酸氢钠8份、除臭剂3份、粘土粉9份、碳酸钙5份、十二烷基磺酸钠8份、水100份。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料发泡剂,其特征在于,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:十二烷基苯磺酸钠10份、苯磺酰肼5份、滑石粉10份、偶氮二甲酰胺10份、三氟丙烯6份、松香树脂10份、碳酸氢钠6份、除臭剂1份、粘土粉7份、碳酸钙3份、十二烷基磺酸钠6份、水60份。
