Abstract
本发明公开了一种简易的立式压裁机。通常情况的立式压剪机体积较大，不够灵活，裁剪过程中需要较大的人力进行按压，特别是针对硬质塑料管，使用者既费力又不好使力，并且整体较重，非常不便。一种简易的立式压裁机，包括底座，其特征在于:所述底板上设有固定架，固定架左侧安装有摇把，与摇把连接的杆件构成偏心装置，在固定架右侧偏心机构末端固定有裁剪刀。本发明利用四杆机构的特点，巧妙地改变杆件的长度，实现偏心功能，使该装置可以更为省力方便地裁剪物体。

本发明涉及一种简易的立式压力裁剪机。
背景技术
通常情况的立式压剪机体积较大，不够灵活，裁剪过程中需要较大的人力进行按压，特别是针对硬质塑料管，使用者既费力又不好使力，并且整体较重，非常不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种体积较小，方便操作的压力裁剪机，
包括底座，所述底座上设有固定架，固定架左侧安装有摇把，与摇把连接的杆件构成偏心装置，在固定架右侧偏心机构末端固定有裁剪刀。
偏心机构为四杆传动装置，包括摇把、一号连杆、二号连杆、三号连杆和裁切导杆，裁切导杆末端安装有裁剪刀。
固定架、摇把和偏心机构的材料为轻质铝合金材料。
摇把杆件要比一号连杆长。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明结构简单，体积较小，方便操作。

具体实施方式
本发明所采用的的技术方案是，一种简易的立式压力裁剪机，包括底座1，其特征在于:所述底座1上设有固定架2，固定架2左侧安装有摇把3，与摇把3连接的是一号连杆4，与一号连杆4相连的是二号连杆5，与二号连杆5相连的是三号连杆6，另外与二号连杆5相连的是裁切导杆7，在裁切导杆7末端固定有裁剪刀8。
在使用时，仅需转动摇把就可以带动偏心机构将裁切导杆上的裁剪刀压至最下方，被裁剪的物体很容易就被切开了。

1.一种简易的立式压裁机，其特征在于，包括底座，其特征在于:所述底座上设有固定架，固定架左侧安装有摇把，与摇把连接的杆件构成偏心装置，在固定架右侧偏心机构末端固定有裁剪刀。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种简易的立式压裁机，其特征在于：所述偏心机构为四杆传动装置，包括摇把、一号连杆、二号连杆、三号连杆和裁切导杆，裁切导杆末端安装有裁剪刀。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种简易的立式压裁机，其特征在于：固定架、摇把和偏心机构的材料为轻质铝合金材料。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种简易的立式压裁机，其特征在于：摇把杆件要比一号连杆长。
