本发明公开了一种高效保湿防感染的医用棉签,由棉棒和裹在棉棒端部的复合纤维棉组成,该棉签用聚乳酸颗粒与细菌纤维素、微细二氧化硅气凝胶共纺制得的复合纤维棉取代传统的脱脂棉球,降低了生产成本,解决了脱脂棉固有的缺陷,对创面无不良影响,其表面修饰有聚多巴胺‑透明质酸聚合物,其能提高伤口的保湿性,减少伤口不适感,这种棉签具有良好的吸水性和透湿性,轻质高强,透气透湿,可有效改善了传统人工纤维使用的不适感,防止伤口感染,加速创面愈合。

技术领域
本发明涉及医用棉签技术领域,尤其涉及一种高效保湿防感染的医用棉签。
背景技术
医用棉签是一种十分常见的医疗护理用品,是将脱脂棉在塑棒、纸棒、木棒等材质的签杆上卷棉成型后得到,主要作用是消毒、取样等等,使用范围十分广泛。由于棉签直接与伤口接触,因此对脱脂棉的质量具有较高的要求,传统的医用棉签采用的脱脂棉多为棉花经碱液脱脂后得到,虽然其具有良好亲肤性和吸水性,然而由于采用的是天然棉花,容易滋生细菌,且生产成本偏高,导致市场上出现了不少的劣质脱脂棉制成的消毒棉签产品,直接影响到使用者的健康。
聚乳酸是一种以淀粉、纤维素等碳水化合物为原料,经水解、发酵、纯化、聚合后制备得到的可再生聚酯材料,即具有高分子树脂的加工性能,又具有生物材料的相容性,是一种理想的绿色高分子材料,在医疗领域主要用做手术缝合线、人造皮肤、人造血管、软组织填充剂、组织工程支架等等,由此可见,若用聚乳酸取代传统脱脂棉,将改善棉签的一些缺陷,获得性价比更高的产品,提升患者使用体验。然而由于聚乳酸表面具有较强的疏水性,需要对其进行改性处理。《表面接枝聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的聚乳酸纤维改性》一文在部分水解的聚乳酸纤维表面聚合接枝聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,获得了具有一定吸水性的改性聚乳酸纤维,但是这种方法不便于大规模化生产,且纤维的吸水性较之脱脂棉仍存在较大差距,需要做进一步的改性处理。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种高效保湿防感染的医用棉签。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种高效保湿防感染的医用棉签,由棉棒和裹在棉棒端部的复合纤维棉组成,所述的复合纤维棉由以下重量份的原料制成:聚乳酸颗粒15-20、细菌纤维素5-8、微细二氧化硅气凝胶1-2、透明质酸10-15、盐酸多巴胺5-8、Tris-HCl缓冲溶液适量、去离子水200-300。
所述的复合纤维棉的制备方法为:
(1)将聚乳酸颗粒与细菌纤维素、微细二氧化硅气凝胶混合,高速搅拌均匀后进行熔融纺丝,纺丝温度为225-235℃,纺丝速度为2000-4000米/分钟,制成平均粒径为1-10μm的复合聚乳酸纤维备用;
(2)先取100-150重量份的去离子水投入反应容器中,随后加入盐酸多巴胺,搅拌至其完全溶解后加入Tris-HCl缓冲溶液,调节体系pH值为8-8.5,随后分批加入步骤(1)制备的复合聚乳酸纤维,浸泡处理4-5d,备用;
(3)将余量的去离子水投入反应釜中,加入透明质酸,搅拌至其完全溶解,随后滴加Tris-HCl缓冲溶液,调节体系pH值为8-8.5,接着加入步骤(2)中浸泡处理后的复合聚乳酸纤维,继续浸泡处理20-30h,处理结束后取出,所得产物经水洗、干燥后经开棉、拌料、梳理、铺网,即得。
本发明的优点是:
(1)使用可再生可降解的复合聚乳酸纤维棉取代传统的脱脂棉球,降低了生产成本,解决了脱脂棉固有的缺陷,对创面无不良影响。
(2)将聚乳酸颗粒与细菌纤维素、微细二氧化硅气凝胶共混纺丝制备了一种新型的复合纤维,这种纤维具有良好的吸水性和透湿性,轻质高强,透气透湿,可有效改善了传统人工纤维使用的不适感,防止伤口感染,此外,这种复合纤维表面修饰有聚多巴胺-透明质酸聚合物,其能提高伤口的保湿性,减少伤口不适感,加速创面愈合。
(3)本发明的棉签生产过程简单高效,各个环节材料均可循环利用,对环境无不良影响。
具体实施方式
一种高效保湿防感染的医用棉签,由棉棒和裹在棉棒端部的复合纤维棉组成,所述的复合纤维棉由以下重量份的原料制成:聚乳酸颗粒15、细菌纤维素5、微细二氧化硅气凝胶1、透明质酸10、盐酸多巴胺5、Tris-HCl缓冲溶液适量、去离子水200。
其中复合纤维棉的制备方法为:
(1)将聚乳酸颗粒与细菌纤维素、微细二氧化硅气凝胶混合,高速搅拌均匀后进行熔融纺丝,纺丝温度为225℃,纺丝速度为2000米/分钟,制成平均粒径为10μm的复合聚乳酸纤维备用;
(2)先取100重量份的去离子水投入反应容器中,随后加入盐酸多巴胺,搅拌至其完全溶解后加入Tris-HCl缓冲溶液,调节体系pH值为8.3,随后分批加入步骤(1)制备的复合聚乳酸纤维,浸泡处理4d,备用;
(3)将余量的去离子水投入反应釜中,加入透明质酸,搅拌至其完全溶解,随后滴加Tris-HCl缓冲溶液,调节体系pH值为8.2,接着加入步骤(2)中浸泡处理后的复合聚乳酸纤维,继续浸泡处理20h,处理结束后取出,所得产物经水洗、干燥后经开棉、拌料、梳理、铺网,即得。
制备得到的复合纤维棉洁白柔软无色斑、异味,对其进行检测,检测结果为:
白度:85;水中可溶物(100ml)<0.5%:酸碱度:指示剂均不变色;吸水量:20g/g;符合医用棉签的要求。

Claims (2)

1.一种高效保湿防感染的医用棉签,由棉棒和裹在棉棒端部的复合纤维棉组成,其特征在于,所述的复合纤维棉由以下重量份的原料制成:聚乳酸颗粒15-20、细菌纤维素5-8、微细二氧化硅气凝胶1-2、透明质酸10-15、盐酸多巴胺5-8、Tris-HCl缓冲溶液适量、去离子水200-300。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高效保湿防感染的医用棉签,其特征在于,所述的复合纤维棉的制备方法为:
(1)将聚乳酸颗粒与细菌纤维素、微细二氧化硅气凝胶混合,高速搅拌均匀后进行熔融纺丝,纺丝温度为225-235℃,纺丝速度为2000-4000米/分钟,制成平均粒径为1-10μm的复合聚乳酸纤维备用;
(2)先取100-150重量份的去离子水投入反应容器中,随后加入盐酸多巴胺,搅拌至其完全溶解后加入Tris-HCl缓冲溶液,调节体系pH值为8-8.5,随后分批加入步骤(1)制备的复合聚乳酸纤维,浸泡处理4-5d,备用;
(3)将余量的去离子水投入反应釜中,加入透明质酸,搅拌至其完全溶解,随后滴加Tris-HCl缓冲溶液,调节体系pH值为8-8.5,接着加入步骤(2)中浸泡处理后的复合聚乳酸纤维,继续浸泡处理20-30h,处理结束后取出,所得产物经水洗、干燥后经开棉、拌料、梳理、铺网,即得。
