本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现上述目的。一种快烧保温陶瓷饭煲，其特征在于，在陶瓷内胆和陶瓷保温套之间设有凹凸通道。
所述凹凸通道是在陶瓷保温套内壁设置的凹凸圈形成。
所述凹凸通道是在陶瓷内胆外侧设置支撑点与陶瓷保温套相互配合而成。
