Abstract
The invention discloses a novel bird thorn preventing device, which comprises a base and thorns, wherein an inner sleeve is arranged on the top surface of the base, positioning holes are uniformly distributed on the top surface of the inner sleeve in a circular ring shape at intervals, one end of each thorn is provided with a ball head, the ball head end of each thorn extends into the positioning hole, an outer sleeve is sleeved outside the inner sleeve in a matched manner, the top surface of the outer sleeve is spherical, through holes are uniformly distributed on the top surface of the outer sleeve in a circular ring shape at intervals, each thorn penetrates out of the corresponding through hole upwards, pull rods are horizontally fixedly connected on the peripheral wall of the outer sleeve, sliding grooves are respectively and obliquely arranged on the two opposite side walls of the inner sleeve, positioning blocks are correspondingly arranged on the inner wall of the outer sleeve, and the pull rods are pulled to drive the outer sleeve to rotate so as to drive the positioning blocks to slide in the sliding grooves.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a novel bird thorn preventing device.
Background
The bird thorns are products for preventing birds from nesting in the electric power iron tower, are arranged at the upper part of the tower cross arm of the power transmission and transformation circuit equipment, and effectively prevent birds from fighting, staying and nesting right above the wire porcelain bottle strings, ensure the smoothness of the circuit and reduce the occurrence of power failure accidents. The old bird thorns are pressed in a bundling way, and are separated one by manpower when in use. Most cannot be in place and are time consuming. The folding is more inconvenient, people need to get close to the folding operation, and the thorn branch is extremely easy to hurt people.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a novel bird spike which can be automatically scattered and contracted without manually breaking off one by one, has obvious bird-repellent and anti-bird effects, does not hurt birds, and realizes harmony and coexistence of people and birds.
The novel bird thorn preventing device comprises a base and thorns, wherein an inner sleeve is arranged on the top surface of the base, positioning holes are uniformly distributed on the top surface of the inner sleeve in a circular ring shape at intervals, one end of each thorn is provided with a ball head, the ball head end of each thorn extends into the positioning hole, an outer sleeve is sleeved outside the inner sleeve in a matched manner, the top surface of the outer sleeve is spherical, through holes are uniformly distributed on the top surface of the outer sleeve in a circular ring shape at intervals, each thorn penetrates out of the corresponding through hole upwards, a pull rod is fixedly connected on the peripheral wall of the outer sleeve horizontally, sliding grooves are respectively arranged on the two opposite side walls of the inner sleeve in an inclined manner, and positioning blocks are correspondingly arranged on the inner wall of the outer sleeve and are pulled to drive the outer sleeve to rotate so as to drive the positioning blocks to slide in the sliding grooves.
The invention has novel and reasonable structure, and when in use, the long rod is used for pulling the pull rod to drive the outer sleeve to rotate so as to drive the positioning block to slide in the chute. Because the lower ends of the thorns are relatively fixed, the outer sleeve can rotate up and down along the axial direction of the inner sleeve under the action of the inclined chute, thereby driving the thorns to be in an upright or inclined state and completing the furling and spreading actions of the thorns. The invention has the advantages of quick installation and completion of the installation by one hand. The pull rod is only pulled to scatter and fold. The personnel dead time and the operation time are greatly reduced.
Drawings
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram showing the structure of the matched state of the bird-stab-preventing inner and outer jackets of the present invention;
FIG. 3 is a schematic view of the structure of the inner and outer bird-stab-preventing jacket in another mating state.
Detailed Description
A novel bird thorn preventing structure is shown in figures 1, 2 and 3, and comprises a base 5 and thorns 1, wherein an inner sleeve 4 is arranged on the top surface of the base 5, positioning holes are formed in the top surface of the inner sleeve 4 at intervals in a circular ring shape, one end of each thorn 1 is provided with a ball head, the ball head end of each thorn extends into each positioning hole, an outer sleeve 3 is sleeved outside the inner sleeve in a matched manner, the top surface of the outer sleeve 3 is in a spherical crown shape, through holes 2 are formed in the top surface of the outer sleeve at intervals in a circular ring shape, each thorn 1 penetrates out of the corresponding through hole 2 upwards, a pull rod 6 is horizontally fixedly connected to the peripheral wall of the outer sleeve 3, sliding grooves 7 are respectively arranged on two opposite side walls of the inner sleeve 4 in an inclined manner, positioning blocks 8 are correspondingly arranged on the inner wall of the outer sleeve 3, and the pull rod 6 is pulled to drive the outer sleeve 3 to rotate so as to drive the positioning blocks 8 to slide in the sliding grooves 7. Because the lower ends of the thorns are relatively fixed, the outer sleeve 3 can rotate up and down along the axial direction of the inner sleeve 4 under the action of the inclined chute 7, thereby driving the thorns 1 to be in an upright or inclined state and completing the furling and scattering actions of the thorns 1.
The positioning holes and the through holes are all inner and outer three circles which are arranged in concentric circles. The base 5 is C-shaped; the number of the pull rods 6 is two which are horizontally and symmetrically arranged.
