技术领域
本发明涉及运动器材的调节装置,尤其涉及在普拉提运动器材中,与使用者的手或脚拉动的拉动结构互相连接的装置。因此,本发明所提出的调节装置用于普拉提运动器材;该调节装置可以向任何方向旋转,轻易地调节距离和高度。
背景技术
做运动是现今发达社会必不可少的活动。现在,不是只有专业运动员才会做运动,不同年纪和社会阶层的人都会做运动,例如年轻人、老年人、城镇居民、农夫、家庭主妇等等。因此,市面上有不同的运动器材,让人在任何地方都可以做运动。普拉提运动器材是最近40年间出现的运动器材之一。
普拉提运动器材作为其中一种运动器材,其特征之一是它原本是一种物理治疗器材,渐渐才变成一种运动器材。这种运动器材不会令使用者过度疲劳,相反它提供很好的塑身塑形效果。这种运动器材具有很多不同的结构和配置。一些这种运动器材使用时是站着的、坐着的或者躺着的,从而锻炼某一组肌肉如腰部、手臂和腿部。现有技术中几乎所有的普拉提运动器材都设计成固定不动的状态,让使用者躺在、坐在或者倚着器材,从而做出不同的动作。有些普拉提运动器材会额外提供扶手杆,让使用者抓住,或者把它们绑在脚上,从而锻炼手臂和腿部肌肉。很多这些扶手杆都设有弹性弹簧器件,因此可以很好地做出锻炼手臂的动作。可是,因为这些扶手杆固定在普拉提运动器材的一个固定点上,它们不能对所有使用者都发挥同等功效。此外,也没有弹性调节系统,让使用者在不同的位置上运动。
现有技术中的国际申请WO2008008820公开了一种普拉提运动器材上的装置,让使用者根据其所在的位置调节扶手杆。该国际申请公开的结构使得连接普拉提运动器材的扶手杆可以旋转地调节至不同角度、高度和距离。可是,要实现该结构的调节并不容易。由于旋转角度的调节是通过榫销实现的,对于女性使用者来说要拔插榫销实现所需的调节是尤其困难的。从上述公开申请中应用到所述调节机构的器材可见,其旋转角度的调节是困难的,而且扶手杆所连接的机构也是没有效率的配置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要公开一种结构,其应用于运动器材的调节装置上,并且可以固定在任何类型的普拉提运动器材。这种结构使旋转角度容易调节,扶手杆可以容易地接合和移除。
本发明装置的特征在于,其可以架设于任何类型的普拉提运动器材,并且十分便利和具有弹性地调节旋转角度。
本发明装置的进一步特征在于,除了装置相对于普拉提运动器材的旋转角度、高度和距离可调节之外,紧固角度也可以调节。
本发明装置的进一步特征在于,紧固孔形成于圆柱管上,与现有技术中把扶手杆和调节机构绑定的凸起状紧固孔相比,圆柱管更便于使用。

本发明用于运动器材的调节装置可用于任何种类的普拉提以及类似运动的运动器材或物理治疗设备。可是,为了更清晰地示出本发明,本发明只会提供一部分的示例图,而说明书也只是参考这些示例图而写成的。不过,本发明不应受这些示例图所限制。图1-4示出普拉提运动器材。图中示出本发明的调节装置3安装于普拉提运动器材主体1的侧壁2。可是,若有需要,调节装置3可以安装于普拉提运动器材主体1的任何位置或安装于其它运动器材的主体上。调节装置3通过调节装置3上设置的凸缘4安装于普拉提运动器材主体1上。调节装置3的凸缘4类似于现有技术中已知的凸缘4。凸缘4通过螺孔4a和螺钉与普拉提运动器材的侧壁2连接。本发明的重点如图5-7所示,涉及凸缘4的内部结构以及连接环5的连接体6连接凸缘4的连接方案。此外,本发明的重点也在于紧固装置8如何紧固垂直臂8,以及连接臂9的结构。这些将于下面有所描述。

连接体6上开设了臂座6c,使垂直臂8与连接体6连接。臂座6c留有空隙,使垂直臂8可以在臂座6c中轻易活动。为了把臂座6c保持在所需的调节位置,连接体6的端部对应臂座6c开设了一螺孔6i。连接紧固器7的紧固螺钉7a以及紧固螺钉7a端部的紧固杆7b伸进螺孔6i。紧固螺钉7a可以用任何组合方式(例如焊接、螺接、拧紧或紧配合等等)与紧固器7连接,又或者在生产时与紧固器一体生产出来。紧固杆7b设置在紧固螺钉7a的前方。当紧固器7旋转以致紧固螺钉7a旋转时,紧固螺杆7b移动穿过螺孔6i,伸进垂直臂8的紧固座8a中,从而紧固垂直臂8。因此,垂直臂8被稳固。但若有需要,垂直臂8也可以在臂座6c中自由活动。为了可以在臂座6c中旋转垂直臂8,除了往来活动外,垂直臂8每旋转90度的不同表面上均开设有紧固座8a。因此,伸进臂座6c的垂直臂8的轮廓呈一正方形。此形状也可以是六边形,或者如所述的正方形,而所述的紧固座8a向不同的角度的设置。垂直臂8的端部设有一连接臂座8b,用于把对应连接臂9端部的连接臂凸起件9a伸进其中。连接臂9供普拉提或其它运动器材使用的弹簧或弹性绳索固定于其上。因此,设有弹簧固定孔9c,提供让弹簧连接的地方(图中未有示出弹簧)。连接臂9基本上呈管状,管内被充填,或者中空。连接臂9一端的直径大小使其可以伸进连接臂座8b。要完成此部份的安装,把连接臂凸起件9a伸进连接臂座8b,然后使用紧固螺帽或紧固节片9b紧固连接臂凸起件9a。连接臂9由臂延伸部9e构成,臂延伸部9e为管状,其内部被填充或中空。臂延伸部9e的外部由臂套9d所覆盖。弹簧固定孔9c穿过臂套9d和臂延伸部9e。因此,固定弹簧时不会像现有技术一样影响连接臂9的外观。
本发明用于运动器材的调节装置可用于任何类型的运动和物理治疗设备,但主要用于普拉提运动器材。调节装置3的凸缘4和连接体6之间的连接使得连接体6以致于垂直臂8和连接臂9能被简易和快速地调节。此外,垂直臂8和连接体6之间的连接使得垂直臂8可以向任何所需的角度连接,从而使它不只于往来移动,也可以旋转移动。至于连接臂9与垂直臂8之间的连接改善了美观程度,也能使弹簧(图中未示)固定连接臂9。因此,任何年龄层和任何健康状况的使用者都可以通过本发明进行调节。
Claims (7)
1.运动器材的调节装置,其特征在于:包括凸缘(4);凸缘(4)上的凸缘凸起件(4d),其安装后从调节装置外面看不见,并且保持于运动器材的侧壁(2)内;凸缘凸起件(4d)上按预定距离设置的多个调节孔(4b);也包括一连接体(6),其设有通道(6a),通道(6a)让一压力杆(6d)和一压力弹簧(6h)伸进其中;也设有一销座(6b)放置一压力销(6g);所述压力杆(6d)包括一调节凸起件(6e)和一压力臂(6f);所述压力销(6g)与所述压力臂(6f)连接,当所述压力销(6g)受压时,其向所述压力杆(6d)施加压力,从而向所述调节凸起件(6e)施加压力,使所述调节凸起件(6e)向内推;安装时,所述连接体(6)设于所述凸缘(4)的座体(4c)内,所述调节凸起件(6e)设于所述凸缘凸起件(4d)上的一个调节孔(4b)中,使所述连接体(6)连接凸缘(4);所述通道(6a)的宽度和深度供所述压力杆(6d)可移动地容置于其中;也包括让连接体(6)穿过的连接环(5);与连接体(6)连接的垂直臂(8),使得垂直臂(8)可以朝往来方向以及旋转地调节;以及与垂直臂(8)连接的连接臂(9)。
2.如权利要求1所述的调节装置,其特征在于:所述连接体(6)也设有放置垂直臂(8)的臂座(6c),以及供紧固螺钉(7a)和紧固杆(7b)伸进去的螺孔(6i)。
3.如权利要求1所述的调节装置,其特征在于:连接环(5)包括一销孔(5a)。
4.如权利要求1所述的调节装置,其特征在于:安装时,连接体(6)保持于连接环(5)中以及压力销(6g)保持于销孔(5a)中。
5.如权利要求1所述的调节装置,其特征在于:紧固器(7)包括紧固螺钉(7a)和紧固杆(7b)。
6.如权利要求1所述的调节装置,其特征在于:垂直臂(8)伸进臂座(6c)的部分具有正方形、六边形或圆形的外轮廓;垂直臂(8)上设有紧固座(8a);紧固座(8a)供紧固杆(7b)伸进其中;垂直臂(8)的端部包括一连接臂座(8b);连接臂凸起件(9a)伸进连接臂座(8b)中。
7.如权利要求1所述的调节装置,其特征在于:包括连接臂(9)中的臂延伸部(9e);臂延伸部(9e)的内部被填充或中空;臂套(9d)环绕所述臂延伸部(9e);弹簧固定孔(9c)穿过臂延伸部(9e)和臂套(9d);连接臂凸起件(9a)伸进连接臂座(8b);紧固螺帽或紧固节片(9b)使连接臂凸起件连接至垂直臂(8)。
