and sending a request for quitting the internet surfing package applied by the terminal to a core network server of the internet surfing package applied by the terminal, allocating an IP address for the terminal and sending the IP address to the terminal.
In the system of the present invention, the access server is further configured to:
judging that the updated current position in the position updating message is not in the range of the searched signing position and the updated current position in the last position updating message is in the range of the searched signing position, and sending an internet request for switching to an internet package applied by a terminal to a core network server of the position package;
the core network server of the location package is further configured to:
and sending an internet surfing request to a core network server of the internet surfing package applied by the terminal, and releasing the IP address allocated to the terminal.
In the system of the present invention, the access server is further configured to:

the access server searches a signing position corresponding to the terminal identifier in the position Internet surfing request in a preset corresponding relation between the terminal identifier and the signing position, judges that the current position in the position Internet surfing request is within the range of the searched signing position, and sends an Internet surfing request for switching to the position package to a core network server of the position package;
the core network server of the position package allocates an Internet Protocol (IP) address for the terminal and sends the IP address to the terminal, and sends a request for quitting the internet package applied by the terminal to the core network server of the internet package applied by the terminal;
when the access server cannot find the signing position corresponding to the terminal identifier in the position internet request in the corresponding relationship, or judges that the current position in the position internet request is not within the range of the found signing position, the method further comprises the following steps:
and the access server sends a message indicating that the position internet access request fails to the terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to the method:
the terminal sends the corresponding relation to the access server;
the access server searches the received terminal identification in the preset terminal identification, stores the corresponding relation and returns a message indicating success to the terminal.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein when the access server cannot find the received terminal identifier from the preset terminal identifiers, the method further comprises:
and the access server returns a message indicating failure to the terminal.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the terminal sends a position updating message to the access server at regular time; wherein the location update message comprises a terminal identifier and an updated current location;
the access server searches the signing position corresponding to the terminal identification in the position updating message in the corresponding relation, judges that the updated current position in the position updating message is in the range of the searched signing position and the updated current position in the last position updating message is not in the range of the searched signing position, and sends a network access request for switching to the position package to a core network server of the position package;
and the core network server of the position package sends a request for quitting the internet-surfing package applied by the terminal to the core network server of the internet-surfing package applied by the terminal, allocates an IP address for the terminal and sends the IP address to the terminal.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein when the access server determines that the updated current location in the location update message is not within the range of the found subscription location and the updated current location in the last location update message is within the range of the found subscription location, the method further comprises:
the access server sends an internet access request for switching to the internet access package applied by the terminal to a core network server of the location package;
and the core network server of the position package sends an Internet access request to the core network server of the Internet access package applied by the terminal, and releases the IP address allocated to the terminal.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein when the access server does not receive the location update message from the terminal within a preset time, the method further comprises:
the access server sends a request for quitting the position package to a core network server of the position package;
and the core network server of the position package releases the IP address distributed to the terminal.
7. A terminal, characterized in that the method according to any of claims 1-6 is used, at least comprising:
the first sending module is used for sending a position internet access request to the access server; the position internet access request comprises a terminal identifier and a current position;
the first receiving module is used for receiving the internet protocol IP address of the core network server from the position package.
8. The terminal of claim 7, wherein the first sending module is further configured to:
sending a corresponding relation between a terminal identifier and a signing position to the access server;
the first receiving module is further configured to:

11. An access server, comprising at least:
the second receiving module is used for receiving a position internet access request from the terminal; the position internet access request comprises a terminal identifier and a current position;
the searching module is used for searching the signing position corresponding to the terminal identifier in the position internet request in the preset corresponding relation between the terminal identifier and the signing position;
the judging module is used for judging that the current position in the position internet request is within the range of the searched signing position and sending a first notification message to the second sending module;
the second sending module is used for receiving the first notification message and sending an internet access request for switching to the position package to a core network server of the position package;
searching the corresponding relation for a signing position corresponding to the terminal identification in the position internet request, and sending a second notification message to the second sending module;
or, the judging module is further configured to:
judging that the current position in the position internet request is not in the range of the searched signing position, and sending a second notification message to the second sending module;
the second sending module is further configured to:
and receiving the second notification message, and sending a message indicating that the position internet access request fails to the terminal.
12. The access server of claim 11, wherein the second receiving module is further configured to:
receiving the corresponding relation from the terminal;
the lookup module is further configured to:
searching the received terminal identification in the preset terminal identification, storing the corresponding relation, and sending a third notification message to the second sending module;
the second sending module is further configured to:
and returning a message indicating success to the terminal after receiving the third notification message.
13. The access server of claim 12, wherein the lookup module is further configured to:
the received terminal identification cannot be found in the preset terminal identification, and a fourth notification message is sent to the second sending module;

judging that the updated current position in the position updating message is in the range of the searched signing position and the updated current position in the last position updating message is not in the range of the searched signing position, and sending a fifth notification message to the second sending module;
the second sending module is further configured to:
and receiving the fifth notification message, and sending an internet access request for switching to the location package to a core network server of the location package.
15. The access server of claim 14, wherein the module is further configured to:
judging that the updated current position in the position updating message is not in the range of the searched signing position and the updated current position in the last position updating message is in the range of the searched signing position, and sending a sixth notification message to the second sending module;
the second sending module is further configured to:

receiving no position updating message from the terminal within a preset time, and sending a seventh notification message to a second sending module;

receiving an internet access request from the access server for switching to the internet access package applied by the terminal;

releasing the IP address allocated to the terminal;
