Abstract
The invention discloses a device for uniformly mixing dog manure, which comprises a roller for rolling a dog manure sample tube, wherein the center of the roller is provided with a shaft, the roller rotates around the shaft, and the shaft is connected and fixed with a connecting rod; the roller is connected to the driver through the connecting rod; the driver and the roller are positioned in the shell, and the instrument door is arranged outside the shell. The center of the roller 3 is provided with a shaft 11, the roller 3 can rotate around the shaft 11, the shaft 11 does not rotate, the shaft 11 is connected and fixed with the connecting rod 2, the connecting rod 2 is connected with the driver 1, the driver 1 is a linear reciprocating driving motor which moves back and forth 5 to 100 times per minute, driving voltage and power are matched with corresponding drivers, and a driving control device (comprising a singlechip for control, a switch and related circuits) is arranged. The driver 1 drives the connecting rod 2 to do linear reciprocating motion, so that the roller 3 can roll and squeeze the dog manure sample tube 9, and the dog manure sample tube 9 is a hose. The start switch 10 of the driver 1 is located at the contact position of the casing and the instrument door 4, the start switch 10 is a switch sensor, the instrument door 4 is started after being closed, and the instrument door 4 is stopped after being opened. As shown in fig. 2, a sample collection cassette 12 may be placed under the vial clip 8 in preparation for collection of the leakage. As shown in fig. 3, the instrument door 4 is connected with the host casing through a chain lock, the chain lock is connected with a control handle 5 outside the casing, and the opening and closing of the instrument door 4 is controlled through the control handle 5. The chain lock is divided into a hinge and a lock catch, the hinge is composed of two long metal sheets 14, one ends of the two long metal sheets 14 are connected through a movable buckle 13, the two metal sheets 14 can rotate around the movable buckle 13, the other end of one metal sheet is connected with the machine shell, the other end of the other metal sheet is connected with the instrument door 4 and is connected with the control handle 5 to be fixed into a whole, the two metal sheets do not rotate with each other, the connecting shaft can rotate around a machine shell hole, the connecting shaft penetrates through the machine shell hole to connect the metal sheets on the inner side of the machine shell with the control handle 5 on the outer side of the machine shell, and the connecting shaft rotates around the machine shell hole; the lock catch is in a door-bump or door-inhale type, the door-bump is that a pair of pulleys or round beads which are closed by a spring are fixed on the shell, a tadpole-shaped bump 15 with a wide tail end and a narrow root part is fixed on the instrument door 4, and the tadpole-shaped bump 15 is clamped between the pair of pulleys or round beads during locking. The door stopper is a magnet 16 fixed on the casing and locked by magnetic action. A lock hook can be arranged at the joint of the lower part of the instrument door 4 and the machine shell, which is beneficial to the disassembly, cleaning and disinfection.
When the device is used, firstly, the distance between the roller 3 and the instrument door 4 is adjusted according to the mixing requirement of a sample tube filled with the dog manure sample and the diluent, and the movement speed and time of the roller 3 are set; then, the dog manure sample tube 9 is placed into a sample tube clamp 8 for fixation, the instrument door 4 is closed, the driver 1 is started, and the roller 3 starts to roll and squeeze the dog manure sample tube 9 to mix samples; and (5) uniformly mixing to finish the Hu, and carrying out subsequent ELISA experiments.
