Abstract
本发明公开了一种沉香新风空气净化器,包括净化器本体,所述净化器本体的新风进风口通过进风管与外界空气连通,进风管用于将外界空气输送至净化器本体的净化组件,所述净化器本体的污风出风口通过出风管与房间连通,出风管用于将室内的浑浊空气排放至室外;在所述净化器本体上设有沉香加热组件,所述沉降加热组件包括加热器,在所述加热器上开设有凹槽,在所述凹槽内设有用于放置沉香片的内锅,沉香片经加热产生的沉香香味通过出气孔与净化器本体的进风管连通;出气孔用于将沉香香味经进风管输送至房间。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化器领域,具体地说,特别涉及到一种沉香新风空气净化器。
背景技术
空气净化器是指能够吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物,有效提高空气清洁度的产品。在居家、医疗、工业领域均有应用,主要解决由于装修或者其他原因导致的室内、地下空间、车内空气污染问题。
现有的空气净化器的缺陷在于:
1、现有空气净化器的空气循环是将室内的浑浊空气经过滤处理后重新排放会室内,长时间的工作必然会导致室内空气质量的降低,影响人体健康。
2、现有空气净化器无法主动对室内空气的温度和湿度进行调节。
3、现有的空气净化器由于长时间不更换净化组件,其排放出的空气会带有异味,影响室内环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种沉香新风空气净化器,以解决现有技术中存在的问题。
本发明所解决的技术问题可以采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种沉香新风空气净化器,包括净化器本体,所述净化器本体的新风进风口通过进风管与外界空气连通,进风管用于将外界空气输送至净化器本体的净化组件,所述净化器本体的污风出风口通过出风管与房间连通,出风管用于将室内的浑浊空气排放至室外;
在所述净化器本体上设有沉香加热组件,所述沉降加热组件包括加热器,在所述加热器上开设有凹槽,在所述凹槽内设有用于放置沉香片的内锅,沉香片经加热产生的沉香香味通过出气孔与净化器本体的进风管连通;出气孔用于将沉香香味经进风管输送至房间。
进一步的,在所述净化器本体的内部还设有净化组件,所述净化组件包括温度调节模块、温度调节单元、湿度调节模块、湿度调节单元、单片机和过滤组件;
所述温度调节模块包括安装在进风管末端的温度传感器,所述温度传感器的检测端用于检测进风管内浑浊空气的温度,温度传感器的信号输出端与单片机的信号输入端连接,在所述单片机内预设有外界空气温度的预设值,单片机的控制信号输出端与温度调节单元连接;
所述湿度调节模块包括安装在进风管末端的湿度传感器,所述湿度传感器的检测端用于检测进风管内浑浊空气的湿度,湿度传感器的信号输出端与单片机的信号输入端连接,在所述单片机内预设有外界空气湿度的预设值,单片机的控制信号输出端与湿度调节单元连接;
所述过滤组件包括位于外侧的活性炭过滤层,在所述活性炭过滤层的内侧设有PM2.5过滤层,所述活性炭过滤层和PM2.5过滤层通过两端的连接端连为一体,在所述PM2.5过滤层的后侧依次安装有紫外杀菌灯、流光能净化器和负离子增氧机。
进一步的,在所述加热器的底部设有支架,在所述支架上安装有用于将沉香香味加速吹出的风机,所述净化器本体还具有与当前房间连通的出风口,在所述出风口处设有摇摆式出风结构,所述摇摆式出风结构包括安装在出风口处的风罩,在所述风罩上设有摇头扇,所述摇头扇的内部安装有风机和电机,在所述摇头扇的顶部设有顶盖。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1.通过设置用于将室外新鲜空气直接导入室内的进气管,长时间的工作也能保证室内空气质量,避免危害人体健康。
2.通过在进风管上设置温度调节组件和湿度调节组件,可主动对进入室内的新风进行温度和湿度的调节,提高了人体的舒适度。
3.通过在净化器本体上设置沉香加热组件,能保证室内充满沉香香味,体改了人体的愉悦度。
4.在净化器本体上设有摇摆式出风结构,可在短时间内将新鲜空气和沉香香味输送至房间各处。

参见图1,本发明所述的一种沉香新风空气净化器,包括净化器本体,所述净化器本体的新风进风口通过进风管与外界空气连通,进风管用于将外界空气输送至净化器本体的净化组件,所述净化器本体的污风出风口通过出风管与房间连通,出风管用于将室内的浑浊空气排放至室外;
参加图2,在所述净化器本体上设有沉香加热组件,所述沉降加热组件包括加热器1,在所述加热器上开设有凹槽,在所述凹槽内设有用于放置沉香片的内锅2,沉香片3经加热产生的沉香香味通过出气孔与净化器本体的进风管连通;出气孔用于将沉香香味经进风管输送至房间。
参见图3,在所述净化器本体的内部还设有净化组件,所述净化组件包括温度调节模块、温度调节单元、湿度调节模块、湿度调节单元、单片机和过滤组件;
所述温度调节模块包括安装在进风管末端的温度传感器,所述温度传感器的检测端用于检测进风管内浑浊空气的温度,温度传感器的信号输出端与单片机的信号输入端连接,在所述单片机内预设有外界空气温度的预设值,单片机的控制信号输出端与温度调节单元连接;
所述湿度调节模块包括安装在进风管末端的湿度传感器,所述湿度传感器的检测端用于检测进风管内浑浊空气的湿度,湿度传感器的信号输出端与单片机的信号输入端连接,在所述单片机内预设有外界空气湿度的预设值,单片机的控制信号输出端与湿度调节单元连接;
所述过滤组件包括位于外侧的活性炭过滤层,在所述活性炭过滤层的内侧设有PM2.5过滤层,所述活性炭过滤层和PM2.5过滤层通过两端的连接端连为一体,在所述PM2.5过滤层的后侧依次安装有紫外杀菌灯、流光能净化器和负离子增氧机。
参见图4,在所述加热器的底部设有支架,在所述支架4上安装有用于将沉香香味加速吹出的第一风机5,所述净化器本体还具有与当前房间连通的出风口,在所述出风口处设有摇摆式出风结构,所述摇摆式出风结构包括安装在出风口处的风罩6,在所述风罩上设有摇头扇7,所述摇头扇的内部安装有第二风机8和电机9,在所述摇头扇的顶部设有顶盖10。

1.一种沉香新风空气净化器,包括净化器本体,所述净化器本体的新风进风口通过进风管与外界空气连通,进风管用于将外界空气输送至净化器本体的净化组件,所述净化器本体的污风出风口通过出风管与房间连通,出风管用于将室内的浑浊空气排放至室外;
其特征在于:在所述净化器本体上设有沉香加热组件,所述沉降加热组件包括加热器,在所述加热器上开设有凹槽,在所述凹槽内设有用于放置沉香片的内锅,沉香片经加热产生的沉香香味通过出气孔与净化器本体的进风管连通;出气孔用于将沉香香味经进风管输送至房间;
在所述净化器本体的内部还设有净化组件,所述净化组件包括温度调节模块、温度调节单元、湿度调节模块、湿度调节单元、单片机和过滤组件;
所述温度调节模块包括安装在进风管末端的温度传感器,所述温度传感器的检测端用于检测进风管内浑浊空气的温度,温度传感器的信号输出端与单片机的信号输入端连接,在所述单片机内预设有外界空气温度的预设值,单片机的控制信号输出端与温度调节单元连接;
所述湿度调节模块包括安装在进风管末端的湿度传感器,所述湿度传感器的检测端用于检测进风管内浑浊空气的湿度,湿度传感器的信号输出端与单片机的信号输入端连接,在所述单片机内预设有外界空气湿度的预设值,单片机的控制信号输出端与湿度调节单元连接;
所述过滤组件包括位于外侧的活性炭过滤层,在所述活性炭过滤层的内侧设有PM2.5过滤层,所述活性炭过滤层和PM2.5过滤层通过两端的连接端连为一体,在所述PM2.5过滤层的后侧依次安装有紫外杀菌灯、流光能净化器和负离子增氧机;
