Abstract
一种LED反射镜安装结构,包括反射镜,所述的反射镜上设有一组或一组以上的两个对称排列的反射体(1),反射体(1)呈半个抛物体形状,抛物体形状的底部设有槽口(2),两个反射体(1)之间设有一定间隙;反射镜两端设有限位槽(3),并在反射体(1)附近设有安装孔柱(4);对称排列的反射体(1)中间间隙处插放有LED线路板(5),LED位于槽口(2)中,LED线路板(5)两端限位在限位槽(3)内,使用螺钉(6)通过限位压片(7)固定在安装孔柱(4)上。本发明,LED线路板限位安装方便,使用双面板将反射体进行结成,节省大量反射镜的空间;并且LED线路板上的LED被安装在侧面可以被很好的隐藏,外观更加美观。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车用灯具技术领域,特别是一种LED反射镜安装结构。
背景技术
目前LED作为绿色光源被广泛使用在汽车灯具中,以其低碳环保而闻名; LED固定在线路板上,后安装在灯具内;目前主要是通过在线路板上设有孔使用螺钉安装在灯具上对应的安装柱上;这样安装后的LED从灯具前方是看得到LED的,不美观;而且这样安装占用空间较大,不适合空间小的灯具。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种LED反射镜安装结构, 通过竖着安装两面均设有LED的LED线路板,通过限位槽与限位压片安装限位,结构简单,安装方便,大大节省了反射镜的空间,并很好的将LED进行隐藏。
本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的:一种LED反射镜安装结构,包括反射镜,所述的反射镜上设有一组或一组以上的两个对称排列的反射体,反射体呈半个抛物体形状,抛物体形状的底部设有槽口,两个反射体之间设有一定间隙;反射镜两端设有限位槽,并在反射体附近设有安装孔柱;对称排列的反射体中间间隙处插放有LED线路板,LED位于槽口中,LED线路板两端限位在限位槽内,使用螺钉通过限位压片固定在安装孔柱上。
所述的LED线路板为双面板,其上对称设有LED,LED的位置与槽口对应。
本发明,LED线路板限位安装方便,使用双面板将反射体进行结成,节省大量反射镜的空间;并且LED线路板上的LED被安装在侧面可以被很好的隐藏,外观更加美观。

为了加深对本发明的理解,下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
由图1、图2知,一种LED反射镜安装结构,包括反射镜,所述的反射镜上设有一组或一组以上的两个对称排列的反射体1,反射体1呈半个抛物体形状,抛物体形状的底部设有槽口2,两个反射体1之间设有一定间隙;反射镜两端设有限位槽3,并在反射体1附近设有安装孔柱4;对称排列的反射体1中间间隙处插放有LED线路板5,LED位于槽口2中,LED线路板5两端限位在限位槽3内,使用螺钉6通过限位压片7固定在安装孔柱4上。所述的LED线路板5为双面板,其上对称设有LED,LED的位置与槽口2对应。本发明,LED线路板5限位安装方便,使用双面板将反射体1进行结成,节省大量反射镜的空间;并且LED线路板5上的LED被安装在反射镜的侧面可以被很好的隐藏,外观更加美观。

1.一种LED反射镜安装结构,包括反射镜,其特征是:所述的反射镜上设有一组或一组以上的两个对称排列的反射体(1),反射体(1)呈半个抛物体形状,抛物体形状的底部设有槽口(2),两个反射体(1)之间设有一定间隙;反射镜两端设有限位槽(3),并在反射体(1)附近设有安装孔柱(4);对称排列的反射体(1)中间间隙处插放有LED线路板(5),LED位于槽口(2)中,LED线路板(5)两端限位在限位槽(3)内,使用螺钉(6)通过限位压片(7)固定在安装孔柱(4)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED反射镜安装结构,其特征是:所述的LED线路板(5)为双面板,其上对称设有LED,LED的位置与槽口(2)对应。
