一种能防止密封胶老化磨损及运输储存漏气的液化石油气安全瓶阀,本发明其特征在于:阀体由开关腔、进气腔和出气腔构成,其中开关腔与进气腔、出气腔完全隔开不相连通,进气腔和出气腔相互连通;在瓶阀进气端装设一个关闭系统,并与关闭磁铁、关闭杆、锁紧件、控温件和手轮相配合;在瓶阀出气端装设一个关闭系统,并与调压器相配合。其中进气端关闭系统由弹簧座、进气口关闭弹簧、进气口关闭轴、进气口关闭胶圈、进气口关闭座和磁铁构成。出气端关闭系统由出气口关闭弹簧、出气口关闭轴、出气口关闭胶圈、出气口关闭座和密封胶圈构成。本发明结构简单,技术性能良好,安全可靠,耐用。

技术领域:本发明涉及一种防止密封胶老化磨损及运输储存漏气的安全保护装置,本发明专利技术可应用于制成各种型号的液化石油气瓶阀,防止密封胶老化磨损和运输储存漏气及小孩拧开瓶阀漏气,造成火灾爆炸事故的发生,提高用气安全。
背景技术:随着社会的发展,新能源的广泛应用,燃气已成为工业与生活上所必需的燃料能源,进入千家万户。在居民使用燃气过程中,几乎天天都有各种各样的泄漏、中毒、失火或爆炸事故的发生,其中在液化石油气瓶使用中,因液化石油气瓶阀未能有效地锁住燃气,造成燃气泄漏,引发的事故比比皆是。本发明专利在液化石油气瓶中的应用,能有效地防止密封胶老化磨损和运输储存漏气,方便管理,减少损失,保护生命安全,提高生活质量。
发明内容:本发明是一种防止密封胶老化磨损及运输储存漏气的安全保护装置。
为达到上述发明内容本发明的技术方案是:
一种能防止密封胶老化磨损及运输储存漏气的液化石油气安全瓶阀,由阀体(14)、手轮(21)、关闭杆(18)、固定螺母(20)、锁紧件(19)、控温件(7)、关闭磁铁(17)、进气端关闭系统和出气端关闭系统构成,其特征在于:在瓶阀进气端装设一个关闭系统,并与关闭磁铁(17)、关闭杆(18)、锁紧件(19)、控温件(7)和手轮(21)相配合;在瓶阀出气端装设一个关闭系统,并与调压器相配合。

本发明的优点:利用开关腔(16)与进气腔(13)、出气腔(6)完全隔开不相连通,这样不会因为开关腔内(16)密封胶老化磨损,使燃气从开关腔内(16)泄漏出去,实现漏气安全保护;利用磁铁同向相互排斥的原理,实现开气关气的目的;利用控温件(7),当液化石油气安全瓶阀使用环境温度超温时,实现超温保护;利用在进气端和出气端装设关闭系统,实现防止运输储存漏气及小孩拧开瓶阀漏气,确保运输储存安全保护。本发明结构简单,技术性能良好,制作简便,管理方便、安全可靠、耐用。

具体实施方式:参照附图,本发明液化石油气安全瓶阀由阀体(14)、手轮(21)、关闭杆(18)、固定螺母(20)、锁紧件(19)、控温件(7)、关闭磁铁(17)、进气端关闭系统和出气端关闭系统构成。阀体(14)包括开关腔(16)、进气腔(13)和出气腔(6);进气端关闭系统包括弹簧座(8)、进气口关闭弹簧(9)、进气口关闭轴(10)、进气口关闭胶圈(11)、进气口关闭座(12)和磁铁(15);出气端关闭系统包括出气口关闭弹簧(5)、出气口关闭轴(3)、出气口关闭胶圈(4)、出气口关闭座(2)和密封胶圈(1)。
本发明液化石油气安全瓶阀在使用前关闭系统处在关闭状态,就算是拧开手轮(21),燃气进入出气腔(6),燃气也无法漏出,可确保运输储存的安全。只有当用户安上调压器,拧开手轮(21),方可打开燃气正常使用。

1.液化石油气安全瓶阀由阀体(14)、手轮(21)、关闭杆(18)、固定螺母(20)、锁紧件(19)、控温件(7)、关闭磁铁(17)、进气端关闭系统和出气端关闭系统构成,其特征在于:在瓶阀进气端装设一个关闭系统,并与关闭磁铁(17)、关闭杆(18)、锁紧件(19)、控温件(7)和手轮(21)相配合;在瓶阀出气端装设一个关闭系统,并与调压器相配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液化石油气安全瓶阀,其特征在于阀体(14)由开关腔(16)、进气腔(13)和出气腔(6)构成,其中开关腔(16)与进气腔(13)、出气腔(6)完全隔开不相连通,进气腔(13)和出气腔(6)相互连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的液化石油气安全瓶阀,其特征在于进气端关闭系统由弹簧座(8)、进气口关闭弹簧(9)、进气口关闭轴(10)、进气口关闭胶圈(11)、进气口关闭座(12)和磁铁(15)构成。
