本发明涉及耐火门制造技术领域。
背景技术
在各种灾害中,火灾是最经常、最普遍地威胁公众安全和社会发展的主要灾害之一。人类能够对火进行利用和控制,是文明进步的一个重要标志,但是人类使用火与同火灾作斗争的历史是相伴相生的,人们在用火的同时,不断总结火灾发生的规律,尽可能地减少火灾及其对人类造成的危害,在遇到火灾时人们需要安全、尽快的逃生。随着现代科技的发展,促进了高层建筑业的发展,火灾对人们物质财产和精神的危害越发严重。门板行业的技术人员也在试图通过对门板的改造来进行防火、耐火,常选用铁质等金属材料。但是金属门板由于材质的原因,导致质量极大,故而给我们的安装和搬运带来不便;并且,金属门板在火灾中容易产生高温,逃生者开启该门板困难,给逃生者带来诸多不便。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种耐高温门板结构,以解决现有耐火门板质量大,容易产生高温的问题。
本方案中的耐高温门板结构,包括门扇和门框,所述门扇转动连接在门框上,所述门扇由外至内包括木质层和碳砖层,门扇的侧面设有弧形面,门框的内侧面设有和门扇侧面相贴合的弧形面;所述门扇设有中空的内腔,门扇的外侧设有和门扇内腔相通的上风口和下风口,所述门扇的空腔内壁连接有上支撑架和下支撑架,所述上支撑架上连接有抽风机,下支撑架上连接有排风机,所述碳砖层内壁上连接有温度传感器,所述温度传感器连接有用于控制抽风机和排风机的控制器。
有益效果:门扇由内而外包括木质层和碳砖层,且采用中空的结构,减轻了门扇的质量,便于安装,碳砖层具有较强的耐高温性能并且强度高,能够避免门扇在高温条件下变形,并且对门扇内部结构的支撑效果好;门扇和门框的贴合面为弧形能够增加贴合面的面积,增加门扇和门框的密封性,避免发生火灾时烟雾的飞入,同时还能起到隔音效果;门扇上开有上风口和抽风机相对,开有下风口和排风机对应,当火灾发生时,火焰加热门扇,当温度传感器检测到门扇的温度超过预警线,信号传递给控制器控制抽风机和排风机开启,使空腔内产生空气流动,空气从上风口进入,从下风口排出,从而带走门扇的热量,使门扇迅速的降温。
上述技术方案和现有技术相比,本发明的耐高温门板结构质量轻,容易搬运和安装,在火灾情况下,能够快速的使高温的门扇降温,防止门扇应温度过高而变形,同时也避免门扇由于高温使逃生者难以打开门扇逃生。
进一步,门框内安装有自动封口机构,包括转动连接在门框内的驱动杆,驱动杆为弯曲状并且两端分别为推动端和驱动端,其中驱动端安装有封口塞,驱动杆连接门框的部位安装有扭簧,驱动杆在扭簧的作用下致使推动端伸出门框弧形面。正常情况下当门扇开启时,扭簧致使驱动杆的推动端伸出门框的弧形面,当门扇关闭时,门扇的弧形面将门板推动端下压,致使驱动杆转动,驱动杆转动带动封口塞压紧在门缝上,进而达到封堵效果,防止声音从门缝传播。
进一步,所述碳砖层靠近抽风机和排风机的部位均设有弧形面,给空气提供光滑的路径,防止空气在风口逗留,影响空气的流动。
进一步,所述木质层的外表层涂刷有防火涂料,防止火焰烧坏木质层,使木质层被破坏。
进一步,所述碳砖层和木质层采用粘接剂粘接相连,木质层包括粘接相连的木质侧板和木质弧板,碳砖层包括粘接相连的碳砖侧板和碳砖弧板。制作门扇时,可以分别制作木质侧板、木质弧板、碳砖侧板和碳砖弧板,简化了加工工艺。
进一步,所述防火涂料包括:以质量份数计算,硼酸锌10份、重晶石10份、铝粉30份、氢氧化铝30份、石棉10份、碳酸铅50份、润滑剂80份、硅酸钠30份。此类涂料遇火不膨胀、不起泡,为不燃性涂料,完全由无机材料组成,涂料本身不燃烧和不发烟,受火时可形成釉状保护层以隔绝氧气,从而起到防火的作用。

一种耐高温门板结构,包括门扇和门框8,门扇通过转轴安装在门框8上,门扇由外至内包括木质层1和碳砖层2,门扇的侧面为弧形面,门框8的内侧面加工成和门扇侧面相贴合的弧形面,门扇的弧形面上安装有密封条。
门扇的内部为中空的内腔,门扇的外侧切割有和门扇内腔相通的上风口5和下风口6,门扇的内壁上端和下端均为光滑的弧形面,门扇由内而外包括木质层1和碳砖层2,且采用中空的结构,减轻了门扇的质量,便于安装,门扇和门框8的贴合面为弧形能够增加贴合面的面积,增加门扇和门框8的密封性,避免发生火灾时烟雾的飞入,同时还能起到隔音效果。门扇的空腔内壁焊接有上支撑架3和下支撑架4,上支撑架3上安装有抽风机31,下支撑架4上安装有排风机41,碳砖层2内壁上安装有温度传感器7,温度传感器7电连接于控制器,控制器电连接抽风机31和排风机41。门扇上开有上风口5和抽风机31相对,开有下风口6和排风机41对应,当火灾发生时,火焰加热门扇,当温度传感器7检测到门扇的温度超过预警线,信号传递给控制器控制抽风机31和排风机41开启,使空腔内产生空气流动,空气从上风口5进入,从下风口6排出,从而带走门扇的热量,使门扇迅速的降温。
门框8内安装有自动封口机构,包括转动连接在门框8内的驱动杆81,驱动杆81为弯曲状并且两端分别为推动端和驱动端,其中驱动端安装有封口塞812,驱动杆81连接门框8的部位安装有扭簧811,驱动杆81在扭簧811的作用下致使推动端伸出门框8弧形面。正常情况下当门扇开启时,扭簧811致使驱动杆81的推动端伸出门框8的弧形面,当门扇关闭时,门扇的弧形面将门板推动端下压,致使驱动杆81转动,驱动杆81转动带动封口塞812压紧在门缝上,进而达到封堵效果,防止声音从门缝传播。
门扇的木质层1外表层涂刷有防火涂料,该防火涂料由一下组分的原料制成:以质量份数计算,硼酸锌10份、重晶石10份、铝粉30份、氢氧化铝30份、石棉10份、碳酸铅50份、润滑剂80份、硅酸钠30份。此类涂料遇火不膨胀、不起泡,为不燃性涂料,完全由无机材料组成,涂料本身不燃烧和不发烟,受火时可形成釉状保护层以隔绝氧气,从而起到防火的作用。防止火焰烧坏木质层1,使木质层1被破坏。
碳砖层2和木质层1采用粘接剂粘接相连,木质层1包括粘接相连的木质侧板和木质弧板,碳砖层2包括粘接相连的碳砖侧板和碳砖弧板。制作门扇时,可以分别制作木质侧板、木质弧板、碳砖侧板和碳砖弧板,简化了加工工艺。

2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温门板结构,其特征在于:门框内安装有自动封口机构,包括转动连接在门框内的驱动杆,驱动杆为弯曲状并且两端分别为推动端和驱动端,其中驱动端安装有封口塞,驱动杆连接门框的部位安装有扭簧,驱动杆在扭簧的作用下致使推动端伸出门框弧形面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的耐高温门板结构,其特征在于:所述碳砖层靠近抽风机和排风机的部位均设有弧形面。
