Abstract

本发明涉及一种纸板，尤其涉及一种加强型瓦楞纸板。该加强型瓦楞纸板，包括纸板本体，所述纸板本体包括面纸、瓦楞纸、芯纸和里纸；面纸和瓦楞纸之间均匀铺设有加强线；芯纸上粘贴有由PVC制成的加强膜；瓦楞纸包括波峰段和波谷段，各波峰段之间设置有上加强块，各波谷段之间设置有下加强块，上加强块和下加强块由柔性材料制成；所述面纸的外表面上设有耐磨层。纸板内设置的加强线和加强膜，使纸板整体更加坚固耐用，瓦楞纸波峰段和波谷段设置有加强块，在纸板受到撞击时，能有效防止纸板凹陷，提高纸板的抗撞击强度，耐磨性好，延长使用寿命；该加强型瓦楞纸板整体结构简单，易于制作，适于工业化生产。

Description

一种加强型瓦楞纸板
（一）技术领域
本发明涉及一种纸板，尤其涉及一种加强型瓦楞纸板。
（二）背景技术
纸板又称板纸，是指由各种纸浆加工成的、纤维相互交织组成的厚纸页。目前常用的纸板为瓦楞纸板，瓦楞纸板是一个多层的黏合体，它最少由一层波浪形芯纸夹层及一层纸板构成，主要用于制造纸箱、纸箱的夹心以及易碎商品的外包装。瓦楞纸板受温度影响小，遮光性能好，一般受湿度影响也较小。
瓦楞纸板主要由面纸、芯纸、瓦楞纸以及里纸交替粘接固定而成，现有的瓦楞纸板，结构简单，功能十分单一，而且一些瓦楞纸板的结构强度较低，耐磨性差，容易出现撕裂现象，造成包装箱破损。为了加强纸板的强度，通常采用的方法是增加纸的层数和用纸的克重，但是这种方法不仅费料，还会增加纸板的重量，造成资源浪费。
（三）发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种抗撑拉能力好，坚固耐用的加强型瓦楞纸板。
为实现上述目的，本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：一种加强型瓦楞纸板，包括纸板本体，其特征在于：所述纸板本体包括面纸、瓦楞纸、芯纸和里纸；所述面纸和瓦楞纸之间均匀铺设有加强线；芯纸上粘贴有由PVC制成的加强膜；所述瓦楞纸包括波峰段和波谷段，各波峰段之间设置有上加强块，各波谷段之间设置有下加强块，上加强块和下加强块由柔性材料制成；所述面纸的外表面上设有耐磨层。
进一步地，所述加强线为缝纫线或易降解的纤维线。
进一步地，所述加强膜呈网格状设置。
进一步地，所述耐磨层和面纸之间设置有防虫涂层。
本发明的有益效果是：该加强型瓦楞纸板内设有起强化作用的加强线和加强膜，使纸板整体更加坚固耐用，加强膜呈网格状设置，减少了加强膜的覆盖面积，方便对纸板进行裁切；瓦楞纸波峰段和波谷段设置有加强块，在纸板受到撞击时，能有效防止纸板凹陷，提高纸板的抗撞击强度，耐磨性好，能有效避免昆虫等对纸板的破坏，延长使用寿命；该加强型瓦楞纸板整体结构简单，易于制作，适于工业化生产。

以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明，但本发明并不局限于这些实施例。
一种加强型瓦楞纸板，包括纸板本体，所述纸板本体包括面纸1、瓦楞纸2、芯纸3和里纸4；所述面纸1和瓦楞纸2之间均匀铺设有加强线5；芯纸3上粘贴有由PVC制成的加强膜6；所述瓦楞纸2包括波峰段和波谷段，各波峰段之间设置有上加强块7，各波谷段之间设置有下加强块8，上加强块7和下加强块8由柔性材料制成；所述面纸1的外表面上设有耐磨层9。
所述加强线5为缝纫线或易降解的纤维线。
所述加强膜6呈网格状设置。
所述耐磨层9和面纸1之间设置有防虫涂层10。
该加强型瓦楞纸板内设有起强化作用的加强线5和加强膜6，使纸板整体更加坚固耐用，加强膜6呈网格状设置，减少了加强膜6的覆盖面积，方便对纸板进行裁切；瓦楞纸2波峰段和波谷段设置有加强块，在纸板受到撞击时，能有效防止纸板凹陷，提高纸板的抗撞击强度，耐磨性好，能有效避免昆虫等对纸板的破坏，延长使用寿命；该加强型瓦楞纸板整体结构简单，易于制作，适于工业化生产。

1.一种加强型瓦楞纸板，包括纸板本体，其特征在于：所述纸板本体包括面纸（1）、瓦楞纸（2）、芯纸（3）和里纸（4）；所述面纸（1）和瓦楞纸（2）之间均匀铺设有加强线（5）；芯纸（3）上粘贴有由PVC制成的加强膜（6）；所述瓦楞纸（2）包括波峰段和波谷段，各波峰段之间设置有上加强块（7），各波谷段之间设置有下加强块（8），上加强块（7）和下加强块（8）由柔性材料制成；所述面纸（1）的外表面上设有耐磨层（9）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加强型瓦楞纸板，其特征在于：所述加强线（5）为缝纫线或易降解的纤维线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的加强型瓦楞纸板，其特征在于：所述加强膜（6）呈网格状设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的加强型瓦楞纸板，其特征在于：所述耐磨层（9）和面纸（1）之间设置有防虫涂层（10）。
