本发明涉及一种耐腐蚀刀具钢,由以下重量比材料组成:碳1.22%到1.32%,硅0.3%到0.7%,磷0.05%或以下,钛1.2%到1.6%,锰0.8%到1.2%,铝1.1%到1.3%,铜0.8%到1.3%,镍0.4%到0.8%,铬3%到5%,氮0.73%到0.9%,余量为铁。本发明提供的耐腐蚀刀具钢,具有高碳含量,通过添加多种金属,重新构建晶格,进一步提高其硬度和抗腐蚀的能力。

背景技术
家用割草机中使用的割草机工况复杂,一般高硬度钢的抗腐蚀能力不足,而一般的不锈钢,硬度不足。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:提出一种高硬度的耐腐蚀刀具钢。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种耐腐蚀刀具钢,由以下重量比材料组成:碳1.22%到1.32%,硅0.3%到0.7%,磷0.05%或以下,钛1.2%到1.6%,锰0.8%到1.2%,铝1.1%到1.3%,铜0.8%到1.3%,镍0.4%到0.8%,铬3%到5%,氮0.73%到0.9%,余量为铁。
本发明提供的耐腐蚀刀具钢,具有高碳含量,通过添加多种金属,重新构建晶格,进一步提高其硬度和抗腐蚀的能力。
