Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于植物根部的杀虫抗菌涂料,其由质量份的以下原料组成:苯丙乳液80~100份、硅溶胶5~15份、海泡石5~10份、贝壳粉5~10份、分散剂1~3份、消泡剂1~5份、流平剂2~6份、天然驱避剂1~5份、抗菌剂5~7份、杀虫剂2~5份、白色填料1~5份、去离子水300~350份;所述的抗菌剂为纳米AgO‑TiO2‑碳纳米管复合制剂,所述的纳米AgO‑TiO2‑碳纳米管复合制剂中AgO、TiO2与碳纳米管的质量比为5:2:1。本发明的涂料具有全面的杀虫灭菌作用,尤其对植物根部的有害微生物菌群有杀灭作用,本发明的涂料还可提高植物根部温度,预防植物受冻害,为植物提供无害适宜的环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种用于植物根部的杀虫抗菌涂料。
背景技术
目前,对于植物根部的防护主要采用石灰水复合硫酸铜和波尔多液等农药涂布植物根部,避免植物根部受到细菌和昆虫的侵袭而腐蚀溃烂。而此种方法的驱虫、灭虫、灭菌有限,仅对个别昆虫、细菌起到防御和杀灭作用,未解决石灰水的不足,需研制专用于植物根部防护高效、全面的杀虫抗菌涂料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对现有技术,提供一种用于植物根部的杀虫抗菌涂料。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取以下技术方案:一种用于植物根部的杀虫抗菌涂料由质量份的以下原料组成:苯丙乳液80~100份、硅溶胶5~15份、海泡石5~10份、贝壳粉5~10份、分散剂1~3份、消泡剂1~5份、流平剂2~6份、天然驱避剂1~5份、抗菌剂5~7份、杀虫剂2~5份、白色填料1~5份、去离子水300~350份;所述的抗菌剂为纳米AgO-TiO2-碳纳米管复合制剂。
所述的纳米AgO-TiO2-碳纳米管复合制剂中AgO、TiO2与碳纳米管的质量比为5:2:1,其中,所述的载纳米AgO-TiO2-碳纳米管复合制剂的制备方法采用液相沉淀法制得。
本发明中,所述的天然驱避剂为天然萜类驱避剂,所述的萜类驱避剂从大茴香、肉豆蔻、丁香罗勒、野面里香、赤桉、柠檬、薄荷的一种或几种提取制得。
本发明中,所述的杀虫剂可为丙烯菊酯、d-丙烯菊酯、α-氯氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、胺菊酯、反丙烯除虫菊、杀灭菊酯、氟氯菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、炔酮菊酯、氟酯菊酯、炔咪菊酯、λ-氯氟氰菊酯、γ-氯氟氰菊酯和醚菊酯的一种或几种。
本发明中,所述的杀虫剂还可为吡虫啉、吡虫清、噻虫嗪、硝胺烯啶、可尼丁、呋虫胺和噻虫啉的一种或几种。
本发明中,杀虫剂对多种昆虫和害虫具有杀灭作用,而天然驱避剂天然无害、无残留,对昆虫和害虫有趋避作用,防止害虫对植物的侵害;本发明中涂料颜色为白色,具有较好的吸光性,涂料吸光性能可提高植物根部的温度,避免植物受到冻害,同时还可提高纳米AgO-TiO2-碳纳米管复合制剂的杀菌性能。
纳米AgO-TiO2-碳纳米管复合制剂是一种复合光催化灭菌材料,具有催化效率高、氧化能力强、无毒无害、价格便宜、无二次污染等优点,其在日常光照条件下具有高杀菌效能。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的涂料具有全面的灭菌杀虫作用,本发明添加的纳米AgO-TiO2-碳纳米管复合制剂对植物根部的有害微生物菌群有杀灭作用,为植物的生长提供无害环境;本发明的涂料还可提高植物根部温度,改善植物生长环境;本发明的涂料低毒环保、廉价易得。

下面结合具体实施例,对本发明进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种用于植物根部的杀虫抗菌涂料由质量份的以下原料组成:苯丙乳液80份、硅溶胶5份、海泡石5份、贝壳粉5份、分散剂1份、消泡剂1份、流平剂2份、天然驱避剂1份、抗菌剂5份、杀虫剂2份、白色填料1份、去离子水300份。
本实施例中,抗菌剂为AgO、TiO2与碳纳米管的质量比为5:2:1的纳米AgO-TiO2-碳纳米管复合制剂;天然驱避剂为大茴香、肉豆蔻、丁香罗勒、野面里香、赤桉、柠檬、薄荷的混合提取物;杀虫剂为丙烯菊酯、d-丙烯菊酯、α-氯氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、胺菊酯、反丙烯除虫菊、杀灭菊酯、氟氯菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、炔酮菊酯、氟酯菊酯、炔咪菊酯、λ-氯氟氰菊酯、γ-氯氟氰菊酯和醚菊酯的混合物。

一种用于植物根部的杀虫抗菌涂料由质量份的以下原料组成:苯丙乳液100份、硅溶胶15份、海泡石10份、贝壳粉10份、分散剂3份、消泡剂5份、流平剂6份、天然驱避剂5份、抗菌剂7份、杀虫剂5份、白色填料5份、去离子水350份。
本实施例中,抗菌剂为AgO、TiO2与碳纳米管的质量比为5:2:1的纳米AgO-TiO2-碳纳米管复合制剂;天然驱避剂丁香罗勒、赤桉、柠檬、薄荷的混合提取物;杀虫剂为丙烯菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、胺菊酯、反丙烯除虫菊、氟氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯、炔酮菊酯、氟酯菊酯、炔咪菊酯和醚菊酯的混合物。
实施例3
一种用于植物根部的杀虫抗菌涂料由质量份的以下原料组成:苯丙乳液90份、硅溶胶10份、海泡石8份、贝壳粉7份、分散剂2份、消泡剂3份、流平剂5份、天然驱避剂4份、抗菌剂6份、杀虫剂4份、白色填料2份、去离子水320份。
本实施例中,抗菌剂为AgO、TiO2与碳纳米管的质量比为5:2:1的纳米AgO-TiO2-碳纳米管复合制剂;天然驱避剂大茴香、丁香罗勒、赤桉、薄荷的混合提取物;杀虫剂为吡虫啉、吡虫清、噻虫嗪、硝胺烯啶、可尼丁、呋虫胺和噻虫啉的混合物。
实施例4
一种用于植物根部的杀虫抗菌涂料由质量份的以下原料组成:苯丙乳液85份、硅溶胶12份、海泡石7份、贝壳粉7份、分散剂2份、消泡剂4份、流平剂6份、天然驱避剂4份、抗菌剂7份、杀虫剂4份、白色填料2份、去离子水330份;
本实施例中,抗菌剂为AgO、TiO2与碳纳米管的质量比为5:2:1的纳米AgO-TiO2-碳纳米管复合制剂;天然驱避剂丁香罗勒、赤桉的混合提取物;杀虫剂为吡虫啉、噻虫嗪、硝胺烯啶和噻虫啉的混合物。

1.一种用于植物根部的杀虫抗菌涂料,其特征在于,其由质量份的以下原料组成:苯丙乳液80~100份、硅溶胶5~15份、海泡石5~10份、贝壳粉5~10份、分散剂1~3份、消泡剂1~5份、流平剂2~6份、天然驱避剂1~5份、抗菌剂5~7份、杀虫剂2~5份、白色填料1~5份、去离子水300~350份;所述的抗菌剂为纳米AgO-TiO2-碳纳米管复合制剂,所述的纳米AgO-TiO2-碳纳米管复合制剂中AgO、TiO2与碳纳米管的质量比为5:2:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于植物根部的杀虫抗菌涂料,其特征在于,所述的天然驱避剂为天然萜类驱避剂,所述的萜类驱避剂从大茴香、肉豆蔻、丁香罗勒、野面里香、赤桉、柠檬、薄荷的一种或几种提取制得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于植物根部的杀虫抗菌涂料,其特征在于,所述的杀虫剂为丙烯菊酯、d-丙烯菊酯、α-氯氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、胺菊酯、反丙烯除虫菊、杀灭菊酯、氟氯菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、炔酮菊酯、氟酯菊酯、炔咪菊酯、λ-氯氟氰菊酯、γ-氯氟氰菊酯和醚菊酯的一种或几种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于植物根部的杀虫抗菌涂料,其特征在于,所述的杀虫剂为吡虫啉、吡虫清、噻虫嗪、硝胺烯啶、可尼丁、呋虫胺和噻虫啉的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于植物根部的杀虫抗菌涂料,其特征在于,所述的载纳米AgO-TiO2-碳纳米管复合制剂的制备方法采用液相沉淀法制得。
