Abstract

一种可充电可调节亮度的带LED灯的锯弓架,包括锯弓架、手柄、锯条、LED灯和照明电路系统,本锯弓架采用触摸开关进行控制,LED灯有三种不同的亮度,可以方便的根据外围环境亮度情况进行调节,采用了可充电式电池,一次充电可以持续工作5个小时以上,既节能又环保,能够很好满足日常生产生活的需要。照明电路系统安装在钢锯架的上方直管中,不影响正常的操作,并且照明电路系统中集成了充电时过流过压的保护电路,增强了安全性和稳定性。

技术领域
本发明属于切割工具领域,尤其涉及一种可充电可调节亮度的带LED灯的锯弓架。
背景技术
在钳工的日常生产中,经常因为阴天或者晚上光线太暗而看不清需要锯割的线,常常因为光线不足看不清所画的加工线而导致锯割效果不佳。
目前,也有一些锯弓架带照明功能,如:中国专利CN201520660824.1公开了一种具有照明定位功能的钢锯,包括钢锯弓架、前连接杆、锯条,所述的钢锯弓架由手柄,延长杆,前拉伸杆,后拉伸杆组成,所述的延长杆与前拉伸杆为固定连接,所述的手柄与延长杆通过定位孔和拧紧螺栓连接,所述的后拉伸杆与手柄为固定连接,所述的前连接杆与前拉伸杆为固定连接,所述的后连接杆与后拉伸杆为螺栓连接,所述的前连接杆与后连接杆分别连接锯条的两端,所述的手柄内置电源装置,所述的后拉伸杆下端固定连接有照明定位装置,所述的照明定位装置与电源装置通过线路电连接,但是此钢锯照明系统亮度不可调,电源不可充电。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种可充电可调节亮度的带LED灯的锯弓架,既节能又环保。
为实现本发明的目的采用以下的技术方案:一种可充电可调节亮度的带LED灯的锯弓架,包括锯弓架、手柄、锯条、LED灯和照明电路系统,所述锯弓架包括水平直管、前拉伸杆和后拉伸杆,水平直管两端分别与前拉伸杆和后拉伸杆连接,所述锯条与前拉伸杆和后拉伸杆的另一端连接,所述手柄与后拉伸杆的两端连接,所述水平直管为方管,所述照明电路系统置于水平直管内,所述水平直管上表面设有触控开关,下表面设有LED灯和充电接口,所述触控开关、LED灯和充电接口均与照明电路系统连接,所述照明电路系统包括:电源模块、充电模块和控制调光模块,所述电源模块和充电模块内还设有过流过压保护模块。
作为优选,所述后拉伸杆左侧侧壁上也设有LED灯,所述LED灯与照明电路系统连接。
作为优选,所述后拉伸杆底端设有紧固杆,所述紧固杆与手柄由紧固螺钉连接固定。
本发明的有益效果:本发明能够解决因为光线不足所带来的锯削难题。本装置采用触摸开关进行控制,LED灯有三种不同的亮度,可以方便的根据外围环境亮度情况进行调节,采用了可充电式电池,一次充电可以持续工作5个小时以上,既节能又环保,能够很好满足日常生产生活的需要。照明电路系统安装在钢锯架的上方直管中,不影响正常的操作,并且照明电路系统中集成了充电时过流过压的保护电路,增强了安全性和稳定性。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1:一种可充电可调节亮度的带LED灯的锯弓架,包括锯弓架1、手柄2、锯条3、LED灯6和照明电路系统4,所述锯弓架1包括水平直管1.1、前拉伸杆1.2和后拉伸杆1.3,水平直管1.1两端分别与前拉伸杆1.2和后拉伸杆1.3连接,所述锯条3与前拉伸杆1.2和后拉伸杆1.3的另一端连接,所述手柄2与后拉伸杆1.3的两端连接,所述水平直管1.1为方管,所述照明电路系统4置于水平直管1.1内,所述水平直管1.1上表面设有触控开关5,下表面设有LED灯6和充电接口7,所述触控开关5、LED灯6和充电接口7均与照明电路系统4连接,所述照明电路系统4包括:电源模块4.1、充电模块4.2和控制调光模块4.3,所述电源模块4.1和充电模块4.2内还设有过流过压保护模块,所述后拉伸杆1.3左侧侧壁上也设有LED灯6,所述LED灯6与照明电路系统4连接,所述后拉伸杆1.3底端设有紧固杆8,所述紧固杆8与手柄2由紧固螺钉9连接固定。
本发明并不局限于上述具体实施方式所涉及的一种可充电可调节亮度的带LED灯的锯弓架,熟悉本技术领域的人员还可据此做出多种变化,但任何与本发明等同或相类似的变化都应涵盖在本发明权利要求的范围内。

1.一种可充电可调节亮度的带LED灯的锯弓架,包括锯弓架、手柄、锯条、LED灯和照明电路系统,其特征在于:所述锯弓架包括水平直管、前拉伸杆和后拉伸杆,水平直管两端分别与前拉伸杆和后拉伸杆连接,所述锯条与前拉伸杆和后拉伸杆的另一端连接,所述手柄与后拉伸杆的两端连接,所述水平直管为方管,所述照明电路系统置于水平直管内,所述水平直管上表面设有触控开关,下表面设有LED灯和充电接口,所述触控开关、LED灯和充电接口均与照明电路系统连接,所述照明电路系统包括:电源模块、充电模块和控制调光模块,所述电源模块和充电模块内还设有过流过压保护模块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可充电可调节亮度的带LED灯的锯弓架,其特征在于:所述后拉伸杆左侧侧壁上也设有LED灯,所述LED灯与照明电路系统连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可充电可调节亮度的带LED灯的锯弓架,其特征在于:所述后拉伸杆底端设有紧固杆,所述紧固杆与手柄由紧固螺钉连接固定。
