As will be understood with reference to fig. 1-6, the present embodiment provides a drainage system for body cavity effusion, which includes a drainage tube 10, an extension tube 20 connected to one end of the drainage tube 10, a negative pressure drainage device 30 connected to the extension tube 20, a puncture device 40 penetrating the other end of the drainage tube 10, a syringe 50 and a supporting member 60.
The syringe 50 includes: head 51, cylinder 52, core 53, hollow tube 54. In this embodiment, the syringe 50 has a capacity of 3.0ml and the overall length of the syringe 50 is 80mm.
The head 51 is connected to the puncture device 40. The barrel 52 is connected to the end of the head 51 remote from the lancing device 40, and the barrel 52 is provided with an internal cavity 55.
The core 53 is slidably disposed in the cavity 55, and the core 53 is provided with a channel 56. In other embodiments, the end of the core rod 53 near the head 51 is further sleeved with a piston 531, the piston 531 is made of rubber, and the piston 531 can better seal the inner cavity 55.
One end of the hollow tube 54 is communicated with the puncture device 40, and the other end of the hollow tube 54 sequentially penetrates through the head 51, the inner cavity 55 and the channel 56 of the core rod 53; the side wall of the hollow tube 54 is provided with a through hole 57, and the through hole 57 is communicated with the hollow tube 54 and the inner cavity 55; the hollow tube 54 allows only one-way passage of the drain tube 10 from the core 53 to the puncturing device 40. In this example, the hollow tube has a length of 90mm, an outer diameter of 2.2mm, and an inner diameter of 1.8mm. The hollow tube 54 is made of metal.
One end of the drainage tube 10, which is far away from the extension tube 20, sequentially penetrates through the channel 56 of the core rod 53, the hollow tube 54 and the puncture device 40. In this embodiment, the drainage tube 10 is made of silica gel or polyurethane; the length of the drainage tube 10 is 120mm, the outer diameter of the drainage tube 10 is 1.5mm, and a length mark is arranged at each 10mm interval on the outer side of the drainage tube 10.
The support member 60 is penetrated in the drainage tube 10, that is, the support member 60 is penetrated in the drainage tube 10. The length of the support member 60 is greater than the length of the drain tube 10. The material of the support member 60 is metal. The support member 60 is provided to support the drainage tube 10, and is more easily inserted through the passage 56 of the core rod 53, the hollow tube 54, and the puncture device 40 in this order when the drainage tube 10 is subjected to an external force. In this embodiment, the length of the support member 60 is 10mm greater than the length of the drain tube 10, facilitating the extraction of the support member 60 from the drain tube 10. The supporting member 60 has a diameter identical to the inner diameter of the drainage tube 10 and is made of stainless steel in order to support and fix the drainage tube 10, so that it is easier to sequentially pass the drainage tube 10 through the passage 56 of the core rod 53, the hollow tube 54 and the puncture device 40 and then penetrate into the body cavity, and to facilitate the maintenance of the drainage tube 10 in an upright state after the syringe 50 is withdrawn, thereby facilitating the subsequent operation.
The drainage tube 10 is provided with a regulating valve 11, and the regulating valve 11 is used for regulating the flow rate of liquid in the drainage tube 10. The regulating valve 11 is detachably sleeved on the drainage tube 10. In the present embodiment, the structure of the regulating valve 11 is as shown in fig. 6, the regulating valve 11 is provided with an opening 112, the drainage tube 10 is arranged through the opening 112 on the regulating valve 11, and the drainage tube 10 can be conveniently taken out from the regulating valve 11 or put into the regulating valve 11 through the opening 112. The flow rate of the liquid in the drainage tube 10 is directly regulated through the structure of the opening 112, so that the regulating valve 11 has a simple structure and low production cost. The opening 112 includes a communication portion 113 and an adjustment portion 114 that communicate in order. One end of the communicating portion 113 away from the adjusting portion 114 is arranged on the outer surface of the adjusting valve 11, the side wall of the communicating portion 113 is an inclined surface with gradually decreasing diameter, the width of one end of the communicating portion 113 away from the adjusting portion 114 is larger than that of one end of the communicating portion 113 close to the adjusting portion 114, and the width of one end of the communicating portion 113 close to the adjusting portion 114 is smaller than the diameter of the drainage tube 10. In this way, the drainage tube 10 needs to deform the tube wall of the drainage tube 10 to enter the adjustment portion 114 when passing through the structure of the communication portion 113, and the drainage tube 10 is not easy to slide out of the communication portion 113 as the tube wall of the drainage tube 10 returns to its original shape after the drainage tube 10 enters the adjustment portion 114. The side wall of the adjusting part 114 is an inclined surface with gradually decreasing diameter, the width of one end of the adjusting part 114 close to the communicating part 113 is larger than or equal to the diameter of the drainage tube 10, and the width of one end of the adjusting part 114 far from the communicating part 113 is smaller than the diameter of the drainage tube 10. In this way, when the tube wall of the draft tube 10 slides in the adjustment portion 114, the tube wall of the draft tube 10 deforms according to the change in the width of the adjustment portion 114, thereby adjusting the flow rate of the liquid in the draft tube 10.
The drainage tube 10 is also provided with a side hole 12, and the side hole 12 is arranged at one end of the drainage tube 10 away from the extension tube 20. The number of the side holes 12 is three, and the side holes 12 are arranged at intervals. The side hole 12 increases the amount of effusion in the patient's body cavity entering the drainage tube 10, allowing the effusion in the patient's body cavity to be drained more quickly. In this embodiment, the drainage tube 10 has a side hole 12 at a distance of 2.0mm from the 3.0mm front end and rotated by 120 degrees in the axial direction, and the diameter of the side hole 12 is 0.8mm.

The extension tube 20 is made of polyvinyl chloride. Further, the extension tube 20 is made of medical nontoxic transparent soft polyvinyl chloride. The length of the extension tube 20 is 800mm, and both ends of the extension tube 20 are of a hard conical structure, so that the drainage tube 10 and the negative pressure drainage device 30 can be conveniently inserted respectively.
The puncture device 40 is a puncture needle, which comprises a needle tube 41 and a needle seat 42 which are connected and communicated with each other, one end of the puncture needle, which is far away from the needle seat 42, is an inclined plane, and the needle seat 42 is connected with the injector 50. The puncture needle is one of the most important parts for guiding the drainage tube 10 into the body cavity, and is not substantially different from the conventional injection needle, and is made of stainless steel which is harmless, sterile and nontoxic to the human body. In the embodiment, the length of the needle tube 41 is 60mm, the length of the needle seat 42 is 10mm, the outer diameter of the needle tube 41 is 2.2mm, and the inner diameter is 1.8mm, and the end surface of the puncture needle far away from the needle seat 42, namely the end surface of the end of the needle point, is an inclined surface, so that the puncture needle can conveniently enter a body cavity and be placed in the drainage tube 10.
In this embodiment, the negative pressure drainage device 30 is a negative pressure storage liquid container, the negative pressure storage liquid container is cylindrical, a spring 31 is disposed in the negative pressure storage liquid container, a first opening 32 is disposed at an upper end of the negative pressure storage liquid container, the first opening 32 is communicated with the extension tube 20, and a second opening (not labeled in the figure) is disposed at a lower end of the negative pressure storage liquid container. The second opening is used for discharging liquid. In this embodiment, the spring 31 is circular, and the diameter of the spring 31 is the same as the diameter of the negative pressure reservoir. Before use, the negative pressure liquid storage device is in a compressed state, the volume is gradually increased along with the increase of the liquid introduction amount, and the maximum liquid introduction amount can reach 1500ml.
The invention relates to the field of medical equipment, in particular to a novel special medical equipment which is specially used for clinical diagnosis and treatment of pathological body cavity effusion caused by various causes, and is particularly suitable for malignant body cavity effusion (such as thoracic cavity, abdominal cavity, pericardial cavity and the like) which needs to be subjected to multiple drainage. In addition, the invention can also be applied to diagnosis and treatment of various benign body cavity effusions, such as abscess, cyst, hydrops and the like, so the clinical application range is very wide.
The invention fundamentally changes the current step flow of drainage of the body cavity effusion, and is a novel system special for rapidly, simply and safely conducting drainage of the body cavity effusion at one time, thereby producing various beneficial effects of improving the working efficiency of medical staff, relieving the pain of patients, reducing the medical cost and the like.
Specifically, the pathological body cavity effusion puncture drainage is actually as simple as the venous blood drawing process, but no medical instrument which is reasonable in design and convenient to use is supplied to medical staff for use at present clinically, so that the operation of puncture drainage is excessively complicated, time-consuming and labor-consuming, and the consumed materials are more, and the situation of bringing adverse effects to both doctors and patients is caused.
The invention mainly improves the existing central venipuncture drainage technology and method by a large margin, namely, omits the step of leading the original guide wire to guide the drainage tube into the body cavity on the basis of not influencing the puncture drainage effect, directly inserts the drainage tube into the body cavity through the puncture needle, thus shortening the time required by puncture drainage without doubt and producing beneficial effects for both doctors and patients. Therefore, compared with all the existing body cavity drainage methods applied to clinic, the body cavity drainage method has the main advantages of simplified flow and reduced operation steps, thus shortening the body cavity puncture drainage time without affecting the efficiency, reducing the consumption, saving the cost and being beneficial to environmental protection.
Meanwhile, compared with the similar products clinically used at present, the invention has great difference in product design, component composition and operation flow, and is realized mainly by simplifying the existing puncture drainage technical flow without influencing the puncture drainage effect, and the whole puncture drainage can be completed in a short time (generally about 5 minutes) by adopting the invention. The method has the main advantages of simple operation, time saving, less consumption, and is beneficial to both doctors and patients.
The whole operation steps of the invention are as follows: firstly, determining a puncture part and carrying out local anesthesia, then, puncturing a puncture needle fixed with a specially designed syringe into a body cavity, after the syringe is withdrawn and the syringe is determined to be withdrawn into body fluid, the fixed syringe is not moved, a drainage tube internally penetrated with a supporting component is quickly penetrated into a channel of a core rod of the syringe by the other hand, and the drainage tube is pushed forward, so that the drainage tube sequentially passes through a metal hollow tube and a puncture device until entering the body cavity. Then the puncture needle and the injector are rapidly withdrawn to the outside direction of the body cavity, when the needle tube of the puncture needle is exposed outside the body, the exposed drainage tube is fixed by the thumb and the index finger of the left hand, so that the drainage tube which enters the body cavity is ensured not to leave the body along with the puncture needle, the drainage tube with the length of about half (60 mm) is positioned in the body cavity, the other half (60 mm) is positioned outside the body, then the fixing part in the drainage tube is pulled out, and then the external part of the drainage tube is clamped by the regulating valve, so that the body fluid is prevented from flowing out from the drainage tube. After the puncture drainage operation procedure is finished, the drainage tube is fixed on the skin around the puncture part by a skin suture needle and a suture line, so that the drainage tube is prevented from falling off or entering a body cavity. One end of an extension tube with two conical ends is connected with one end outside the drainage tube body and is tightly fixed, and the other end of the extension tube is inserted into a negative pressure liquid storage device; the regulating valve is opened to begin body fluid drainage.
Other auxiliary components of the invention include syringes, needles, rubber medical gloves, self-attaching dressings, medical gauze, cotton balls, hole towels, needle sticks, sutures, small pointed blades, sterilizing brushes, labeled test tubes, etc. all of which are sterilized and then all contained in a split, plastic storage case specially designed for the invention, and all of which are disposable during the indicated discard period and must not be reused.
While specific embodiments of the invention have been described above, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that these are by way of example only, and the scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims. Various changes and modifications to these embodiments may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, but such changes and modifications fall within the scope of the invention.
