Abstract
本发明涉及除味剂技术领域,具体涉及一种高浓缩防臭除味剂,其特征在于,所述高浓缩防臭除味剂的质量份数组成如下:芦荟提取液6~10份、无水硫酸铜16~30份、菠萝蛋白酶15~20份、酸性气体中和剂2~6份、活性炭9~11份、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液6~10份、麦饭石2~6份、合成沸石1~3份、乙醇15~20份,发明提供了一种高浓缩防臭除味剂及其制备方法,能够高浓缩高效率的解决空气污染,去除臭味彻底不再复生,并且能够增强杀菌能力,对人体无污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及除味剂技术领域,具体涉及一种高浓缩防臭除味剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
在日常生活中,主要的臭味来自卫生间、厨房、鞋柜、垃圾、宠物、吸烟等,最常见的除味方法就是喷洒空气清新剂,市面上大多数空气清新剂是由醚、香精等各种化学成分合成的,并没有分解有害气体,只是通过散发香气来掩盖异味,靠混淆人的嗅觉来淡化异味,这些物质在空气中化学分解之后产生的气体本身就是空气污染物,反而加剧了室内空气污染的程度,长期使用对人体会产生不良刺激,劣质芳香剂还会对人的神经系统产生危害。
随着社会和消费者对室内环境的要求越来越高,希望有一种除味剂能够去除家居生活中产生的大部分臭味,去除彻底不再复生,而且能够增加体系的杀菌能力。这就对我们的产品提出了更高的要求。因此,开发一种高浓缩防臭除味剂成为一种趋势。
发明内容
针对上述存在的不足,本发明提供了一种高浓缩防臭除味剂及其制备方法,能够高浓缩高效率的解决空气污染,去除臭味彻底不再复生,并且能够增强杀菌能力,对人体无污染。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种高浓缩防臭除味剂,其特征在于,所述高浓缩防臭除味剂的质量份数组成如下:芦荟提取液6~10份、无水硫酸铜16~30份、菠萝蛋白酶15~20份、酸性气体中和剂2~6份、活性炭9~11份、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液6~10份、麦饭石2~6份、合成沸石1~3份、乙醇15~20份。
进一步的,所述菠萝蛋白酶采用以下提取方法提取:取新鲜干净的菠萝皮、刺、芯等出汁率达45%以上的下脚料,压榨,取汁滤除果屑,滤液添加0.025~0.05%的苯甲酸,加5%高岭土进行吸附;将高岭土吸附物用饱和碳酸钠溶液调pH6.7~7.0后,加5%氯化钠,搅拌后压滤,取滤液用盐酸调pH4.8~5.1,加硫酸铵,静置沉淀,沉淀后减压干燥得到菠萝蛋白酶。
进一步的,所述的酸性气体中和剂为氧化锌。
进一步的,所述芦荟提取液采用以下提取方法提取:将新鲜芦荟进行压滤,压滤得到的残渣,加入无水酒精进行浸泡提取,无水酒精与芦荟残渣的质量比为2:1,提取时间为24-48h。
进一步的,所述的高浓缩防臭除味剂的制备方法,按如下步骤进行::在反应釜中加入芦荟提取液6~10份、无水硫酸铜16~30份、菠萝蛋白酶15~20份、酸性气体中和剂2~6份、活性炭9~11份、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液6~10份、麦饭石2~6份、合成沸石1~3份、乙醇15~20份;电加热至39~45℃,电动搅拌,转速为150转/min,搅拌80min,再压制成型,在155~165℃下烘干,得到高浓缩防臭除味剂。
综上所述,本发明由于采用了上述方案,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明采取创新植物提取精华,高浓缩合成能够高效率的解决空气污染,能去除家居生活中产生的大部分臭味,臭味不再复生。
(2)本发明利用菠萝蛋白酶的消炎作用,强有力的增强杀菌能力,对人体无害。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明一种高浓缩防臭除味剂及其制作方法,作进一步说明。
实施例1:
取新鲜干净的菠萝皮、刺、芯等出汁率达45%以上的下脚料,压榨,取汁滤除果屑,滤液添加0.025%的苯甲酸,加5%高岭土进行吸附;将高岭土吸附物用饱和碳酸钠溶液调pH6.7后,加5%氯化钠,搅拌后压滤,取滤液用盐酸调pH4.8,加硫酸铵,静置沉淀,沉淀后减压干燥得到菠萝蛋白酶。
将新鲜芦荟进行压滤,压滤得到的残渣,加入无水酒精进行浸泡提取,无水酒精与芦荟残渣的质量比为2:1,提取时间为24h。
在反应釜中加入芦荟提取液6份、无水硫酸铜16份、菠萝蛋白酶15份、氧化锌2份、活性炭9份、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液6份、麦饭石2份、合成沸石1份、乙醇15份;电加热至39℃,电动搅拌,转速为150转/min,搅拌80min,再压制成型,在165℃下烘干,得到高浓缩防臭除味剂。
实施例2:
取新鲜干净的菠萝皮、刺、芯等出汁率达45%以上的下脚料,压榨,取汁滤除果屑,滤液添加0.05%的苯甲酸,加5%高岭土进行吸附;将高岭土吸附物用饱和碳酸钠溶液调7.0后,加5%氯化钠,搅拌后压滤,取滤液用盐酸调pH5.1,加硫酸铵,静置沉淀,沉淀后减压干燥得到菠萝蛋白酶。
将新鲜芦荟进行压滤,压滤得到的残渣,加入无水酒精进行浸泡提取,无水酒精与芦荟残渣的质量比为2:1,提取时间为48h。
在反应釜中加入芦荟提取液10份、无水硫酸铜30份、菠萝蛋白酶20份、氧化锌6份、活性炭11份、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液10份、麦饭石6份、合成沸石3份、乙醇20份;电加热至45℃,电动搅拌,转速为150转/min,搅拌80min,再压制成型,在165℃下烘干,得到高浓缩防臭除味剂。
实施例3:
取新鲜干净的菠萝皮、刺、芯等出汁率达45%以上的下脚料,压榨,取汁滤除果屑,滤液添加0.04%的苯甲酸,加5%高岭土进行吸附;将高岭土吸附物用饱和碳酸钠溶液调pH6.9后,加5%氯化钠,搅拌后压滤,取滤液用盐酸调pH5.0,加硫酸铵,静置沉淀,沉淀后减压干燥得到菠萝蛋白酶。
将新鲜芦荟进行压滤,压滤得到的残渣,加入无水酒精进行浸泡提取,无水酒精与芦荟残渣的质量比为2:1,提取时间为36h。
在反应釜中加入芦荟提取液8份、无水硫酸铜25份、菠萝蛋白酶17份、氧化锌5份、活性炭10份、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液8份、麦饭石5份、合成沸石2份、乙醇19份;电加热至42℃,电动搅拌,转速为150转/min,搅拌80min,再压制成型,在160℃下烘干,得到高浓缩防臭除味剂。

Claims (5)
1.一种高浓缩防臭除味剂,其特征在于,所述高浓缩防臭除味剂的质量份数组成如下:芦荟提取液6~10份、无水硫酸铜16~30份、菠萝蛋白酶15~20份、酸性气体中和剂2~6份、活性炭9~11份、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液6~10份、麦饭石2~6份、合成沸石1~3份、乙醇15~20份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高浓缩防臭除味剂,其特征在于:所述菠萝蛋白酶采用以下提取方法提取:取新鲜干净的菠萝皮、刺、芯等出汁率达45%以上的下脚料,压榨,取汁滤除果屑,滤液添加0.025~0.05%的苯甲酸,加5%高岭土进行吸附;将高岭土吸附物用饱和碳酸钠溶液调pH6.7~7.0后,加5%氯化钠,搅拌后压滤,取滤液用盐酸调pH4.8~5.1,加硫酸铵,静置沉淀,沉淀后减压干燥得到菠萝蛋白酶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高浓缩防臭除味剂,其特征在于,所述的酸性气体中和剂为氧化锌。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高浓缩防臭除味剂,其特征在于:所述芦荟提取液采用以下提取方法提取:将新鲜芦荟进行压滤,压滤得到的残渣,加入无水酒精进行浸泡提取,无水酒精与芦荟残渣的质量比为2:1,提取时间为24-48h。
5.一种制备如权利要求1~4中任一项所述的高浓缩防臭除味剂的方法,其特征在于按如下步骤进行:在反应釜中加入芦荟提取液6~10份、无水硫酸铜16~30份、菠萝蛋白酶15~20份、酸性气体中和剂2~6份、活性炭9~11份、聚乙酸乙烯酯乳液6~10份、麦饭石2~6份、合成沸石1~3份、乙醇15~20份;电加热至39~45℃,电动搅拌,转速为150转/min,搅拌80min,再压制成型,在155~165℃下烘干,得到所需高浓缩防臭除味剂。
