本发明提供了一种用于保湿、防皱的乳液,其能解决单甘油的水溶液无法修复老化皮肤的技术问题,本发明还提供了该乳液的制备方法。该乳液由以下重量份的原料组成,包括水195份~205份,甘油8份~12份,月桂醇硫酸酯钠2份~4份,水解蚕丝1份~1.2份,矿油12份~16份,硬脂醇20份~30份,羟苯甲酯0.2份~0.4份,羟苯丙酯0.2份~0.4份,甘油硬脂酸酯0.1份~0.3份。

一种用于保湿、防皱的乳液及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及护肤品领域,具体涉及一种用于保湿、防皱的乳液及其制备方法。
背景技术
肌肤健康的基础就是保持水分,细胞干燥缺水会导致皮肤老化、没有弹性。虽然甘油的水溶液具有良好的保湿效果,但无法修复已经老化的皮肤。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种用于保湿、防皱的乳液,其能解决单甘油的水溶液无法修复老化皮肤的技术问题,本发明还提供了该乳液的制备方法。
其技术方案是这样的,其由以下重量份的原料组成,包括水195份~205份,甘油8份~12份,月桂醇硫酸酯钠2份~4份,水解蚕丝1份~1.2份,矿油12份~16份,硬脂醇20份~30份,羟苯甲酯0.2份~0.4份,羟苯丙酯0.2份~0.4份,甘油硬脂酸酯0.1份~0.3份。
进一步地,所述乳液由以下重量份的原料组成,水195份,甘油10份,月桂醇硫酸酯钠3份,水解蚕丝1份,矿油15份,硬脂醇25份,羟苯甲酯0.25份,羟苯丙酯0.25份,甘油硬脂酸酯0.2份。
上述乳液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将上述原料中的水、甘油、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、水解蚕丝投入水相锅中,加热至90℃,并恒温搅拌10分钟;
步骤二、将上述原料中的矿油、硬脂醇、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯和甘油硬脂酸酯投入油相锅,加热至90℃,恒温搅拌10分钟;
步骤三、将步骤一和步骤二处理后的原料混合物抽入反应罐中,均质2分钟,搅拌30分钟;
步骤四、将步骤三处理后的原料混合物降温至38℃出料。
甘油,具有保湿作用。
月桂醇硫酸酯钠、甘油硬脂酸酯,具有优良的乳化性。
水解蚕丝,即水解蚕丝蛋白,水解蚕丝中含大量胶原蛋白和弹力纤维,氨基酸、核糖、核酸等营养成份,它与人体胶原蛋白完全相同,能被肌肤完全吸收,促进细胞再生,紧致细胞间隙距离,提升肌肤柔韧度和紧致度。
矿油,不仅具有优良的渗透促进效果,能够帮助水解蚕丝的各活性成分更容易地渗入皮肤,而且具有乳化剂的作用。
羟苯丙酯,具有杀菌防腐的作用。
本发明的乳液,其在甘油的水溶液的基础上,添加了水解蚕丝以促进细胞再生,使得老化皮肤变得紧致、有弹性,并添加了矿油以促进水解蚕丝被皮肤吸收,提高乳液效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种用于保湿、防皱的乳液,由以下重量份的原料组成,水195份,甘油8份,月桂醇硫酸酯钠4份,水解蚕丝1.1份,矿油16份,硬脂醇20份,羟苯甲酯0.2份,羟苯丙酯0.4份,甘油硬脂酸酯0.3份。
该乳液的制备方法如下:
步骤一、将上述原料中的水、甘油、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、水解蚕丝投入水相锅中,加热至90℃,并恒温搅拌10分钟;
步骤二、将上述原料中的矿油、硬脂醇、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯和甘油硬脂酸酯投入油相锅,加热至90℃,恒温搅拌10分钟;
步骤三、将步骤一和步骤二处理后的原料混合物抽入反应罐中,均质2分钟,搅拌30分钟;其中均质的马达转速为2000转/分钟~3000转/分钟,搅拌的马达转速为800转/分钟~1200转/分钟;
步骤四、将步骤三处理后的原料混合物降温至38℃出料;
其中,硬脂醇购自南京义盛常科技有限公司,水解蚕丝购自上海露雅生物技术有限公司。
实施例2
一种用于保湿、防皱的乳液,由以下重量份的原料组成,水205份,甘油10份,月桂醇硫酸酯钠3份,水解蚕丝1.2份,矿油14份,硬脂醇25份,羟苯甲酯0.4份,羟苯丙酯0.2份,甘油硬脂酸酯0.1份。
该乳液的制备方法与实施例1中乳液的制备方法相同,不同之处仅在于原料各组分的配比不同。
实施例3
一种用于保湿、防皱的乳液,由以下重量份的原料组成,水200份,甘油12份,月桂醇硫酸酯钠2份,水解蚕丝1份,矿油12份,硬脂醇30份,羟苯甲酯0.3份,羟苯丙酯0.3份,甘油硬脂酸酯0.2份。
该乳液的制备方法与实施例1中乳液的制备方法相同,不同之处仅在于原料各组分的配比不同。
实施例4
一种用于保湿、防皱的乳液,由以下重量份的原料组成,水195份,甘油10份,月桂醇硫酸酯钠3份,水解蚕丝1份,矿油15份,硬脂醇25份,羟苯甲酯0.25份,羟苯丙酯0.25份,甘油硬脂酸酯0.2份。
该乳液的制备方法与实施例1中乳液的制备方法相同,不同之处仅在于原料各组分的配比不同。
实验例1
选择50名自愿者进行试验,年龄为25~45岁,其中男性25名,女性25名,平均分为5组,并且每组年龄分布情况大致相同,其中前4组为实验组,后一组为对比组。
使用方法:
实验组1~4,早、晚各一次,在洁面后,取实施例4所制得的乳液涂抹于面部皮肤干燥处,连续25天;
对比组,早、晚各一次,在洁面后,使用10%(质量百分数)的甘油水溶液涂抹于面部皮肤干燥处,连续25天。
使用德国CK公司的多功能皮肤测试仪MPA9测量,检测涂抹实验后的第三十天相对于涂抹实验开始前一天的皮肤弹性增量和皮肤水分增量,其结果平均值如表1所示。

上述结果显示使用本发明的乳液相较于10%(质量百分数)的甘油水溶液,皮肤紧致、有弹性,更加水润,并且各实验组成员均表示皮肤相较于实验前更加光洁平滑。

1.一种用于保湿、防皱的乳液,其由以下重量份的原料组成,包括水195份~205份,甘油8份~12份,月桂醇硫酸酯钠2份~4份,水解蚕丝1份~1.2份,矿油12份~16份,硬脂醇20份~30份,羟苯甲酯0.2份~0.4份,羟苯丙酯0.2份~0.4份,甘油硬脂酸酯0.1份~0.3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于保湿、防皱的乳液,其特征在于:所述乳液由以下重量份的原料组成,水195份,甘油10份,月桂醇硫酸酯钠3份,水解蚕丝1份,矿油15份,硬脂醇25份,羟苯甲酯0.25份,羟苯丙酯0.25份,甘油硬脂酸酯0.2份。
3.一种权利要求1或2所述的一种用于保湿、防皱的乳液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将上述原料中的水、甘油、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、水解蚕丝投入水相锅中,加热至90℃,并恒温搅拌10分钟;
步骤二、将上述原料中的矿油、硬脂醇、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丙酯和甘油硬脂酸酯投入油相锅,加热至90℃,恒温搅拌10分钟;
步骤三、将步骤一和步骤二处理后的原料混合物抽入反应罐中,均质2分钟,搅拌30分钟;
步骤四、将步骤三处理后的原料混合物降温至38℃出料。
