本发明是一种纳米银无菌纱布,包括载体层和竹炭纤维层,所述载体层位于所述竹炭纤维层的下方,其特征在于,所述竹炭纤维层的上下两层均设有纳米银无菌层,下层所述的纳米银无菌层位于所述载体层的上方,上层所述的纳米银无菌层涂有保护膜,所述载体层采用聚氨酯薄膜,所述保护膜采用医用聚乙烯薄膜,所述纳米银无菌层是采用医用压敏胶粘结在所述竹炭纤维层的上下两层。本发明提供一种纳米银无菌纱布,抗菌效果持久,有效避免伤口感染,不需要频繁更换,这样不仅有效避免了资源的严重浪费,而且也减少了频繁更换后的废弃物所造成的环境污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种无菌纱布技术领域,尤其涉及一种纳米银无菌纱布。
背景技术
随着人们对创伤愈合过程的理解越来越深刻,人们对无菌纱布的功能要求也越来越高。目前市场上的一些无菌纱布大多是通过在纱布中加入抗菌物质来实现其无菌功能,随着抗菌物质的逐步失效,伤口容易感染,需要频繁更换无菌纱布,这样不仅造成资源的严重浪费,而且频繁更换后的废弃物易造成环境污染。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种纳米银无菌纱布。
本发明为实现上述目的,采用以下技术方案:一种纳米银无菌纱布,包括载体层和竹炭纤维层,所述载体层位于所述竹炭纤维层的下方,其特征在于,所述竹炭纤维层的上下两层均设有纳米银无菌层,下层所述的纳米银无菌层位于所述载体层的上方,上层所述的纳米银无菌层涂有保护膜。
所述载体层采用聚氨酯薄膜。
所述保护膜采用医用聚乙烯薄膜。
所述纳米银无菌层是采用医用压敏胶粘结在所述竹炭纤维层的上下两层。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供一种纳米银无菌纱布,抗菌效果持久,有效避免伤口感染,不需要频繁更换,这样不仅有效避免了资源的严重浪费,而且也减少了频繁更换后的废弃物所造成的环境污染。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
一种纳米银无菌纱布,包括载体层1和竹炭纤维层2,所述载体层1位于所述竹炭纤维层2的下方,其特征在于,所述竹炭纤维层2的上下两层均设有纳米银无菌层4,下层所述的纳米银无菌层4位于所述载体层1的上方,上层所述的纳米银无菌层4涂有保护膜3。
所述载体层1采用聚氨酯薄膜。
所述保护膜3采用医用聚乙烯薄膜。
所述纳米银无菌层4是采用医用压敏胶粘结在所述竹炭纤维层2的上下两层。
本发明抗菌效果持久,有效避免伤口感染,不需要频繁更换,这样不仅有效避免了资源的严重浪费,而且也减少了频繁更换后的废弃物所造成的环境污染。

1.一种纳米银无菌纱布,包括载体层(1)和竹炭纤维层(2),所述载体层(1)位于所述竹炭纤维层(2)的下方,其特征在于,所述竹炭纤维层(2)的上下两层均设有纳米银无菌层(4),下层所述的纳米银无菌层(4)位于所述载体层(1)的上方,上层所述的纳米银无菌层(4)涂有保护膜(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米银无菌纱布,其特征在于,所述载体层(1)采用聚氨酯薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米银无菌纱布,其特征在于,所述保护膜(3)采用医用聚乙烯薄膜。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种纳米银无菌纱布,其特征在于,所述纳米银无菌层(4)是采用医用压敏胶粘结在所述竹炭纤维层(2)的上下两层。
