本发明提供了一种公共餐饮服务的供应链系统,其包括餐饮商家设置单元、供应商单元、产地单元、物流单元;所述餐饮商家选择单元输入该餐饮商家类型中各个食材种类的每日需求量;所述供应商单元将所述各个食材的每日需求量进行汇总,获取到总的每日供货量;所述供应商单元将每日供货量发送至所述产地单元,所述供应商单元发送一订单数据至所述产地单元;所述产地单元根据所述订单信息进行供货,并将货物的实时位置信息发送至所述物流单元,所述物流单元将货物的实时位置信息发送至所述供应商单元、餐饮商家选择单元。本发明根据各单元之间的数据信息交互,实现餐饮服务业的供货数据实时化获取,保证了供货的效率最大化。

技术领域
本发明涉及到物流技术领域,特别是一种公共餐饮服务的供应链系统。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对于餐饮服务的营养水平、卫生水平要求越来越高。此外,随着中国社会的老龄化及80、90后独生子女逐渐脱离父母,进入社会,对于上述人群,日常三餐自己买菜、清洗并烧制已经越来越成为沉重的负担,他们对日常饮食的简单化、方便快捷化越来越重视。有同样需求的,还包括各类中小学校,幼儿园等。此外,各个提供集体餐饮服务的机构,最担心出现的状况是出现食物中毒一类的事故,其责任非常重大。如何实现从田头到餐桌的全程监控,确保食品安全,也是目前业界的一个难以解决的障碍。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种公共餐饮服务的供应链系统,其包括餐饮商家设置单元、供应商单元、产地单元、物流单元;
所述餐饮商家选择单元存储有不同类型的餐饮商家数据,所述各个类型的餐饮商家数据分别对应不同的食材种类,商家用户通过所述餐饮商家选择单元设置自身的餐饮商家类型,并输入该餐饮商家类型中各个食材种类的每日需求量;
所述供应商单元接收不同的商家用户发送的各个食材的每日需求量,并将所述各个食材的每日需求量进行汇总,获取到总的每日供货量;
所述供应商单元将每日供货量发送至所述产地单元,所述产地单元将产量数据发送至所述供应商单元,所述供应商单元接受所述产地单元发送的产量数据并发送一订单数据至所述产地单元;
所述产地单元根据所述订单信息进行供货,并将货物的实时位置信息发送至所述物流单元,所述物流单元将货物的实时位置信息发送至所述供应商单元、餐饮商家选择单元。
较佳地,所述餐饮商家设置单元、供应商单元、产地单元分别包括一智能终端,所述智能终端用于实现信息的传输。
较佳地,所述物流单元包括一GPS定位装置,用于获取货物的实时位置。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供的公共餐饮服务的供应链系统根据餐饮商家设置单元、供应商单元、产地单元、物流单元之间的数据信息交互,实现餐饮服务业的供货数据实时化获取,保证了供货的效率最大化。

本实施例中所述餐饮商家设置单元、供应商单元、产地单元分别包括一智能终端,所述智能终端用于实现信息的传输。
其中所述物流单元包括一GPS定位装置,用于获取货物的实时位置。
本发明提供的公共餐饮服务的供应链系统根据餐饮商家设置单元、供应商单元、产地单元、物流单元之间的数据信息交互,实现餐饮服务业的供货数据实时化获取,保证了供货的效率最大化。

所述餐饮商家选择单元存储有不同类型的餐饮商家数据,所述各个类型的餐饮商家数据分别对应不同的食材种类,商家用户通过所述餐饮商家选择单元设置自身的餐饮商家类型,并输入该餐饮商家类型中各个食材种类的每日需求量;
所述供应商单元接收不同的商家用户发送的各个食材的每日需求量,并将所述各个食材的每日需求量进行汇总,获取到总的每日供货量;
所述供应商单元将每日供货量发送至所述产地单元,所述产地单元将产量数据发送至所述供应商单元,所述供应商单元接受所述产地单元发送的产量数据并发送一订单数据至所述产地单元;
所述产地单元根据所述订单信息进行供货,并将货物的实时位置信息发送至所述物流单元,所述物流单元将货物的实时位置信息发送至所述供应商单元、餐饮商家选择单元。
2.如权利要求1所述的公共餐饮服务的供应链系统,其特征在于,所述餐饮商家设置单元、供应商单元、产地单元分别包括一智能终端,所述智能终端用于实现信息的传输。
