Abstract

本发明公开一种组装结构、背光模块。该组装结构包括设有至少一个卡合槽的背板,以及框架单元。该框架单元包括至少一个框体,以及至少一个设置在该框体上的卡勾件。该卡勾件与该背板的卡合槽相配合以固定该框体,该框体可相对于该背板产生形变,使该卡勾件可从该卡合槽内移除而将该框体从该背板上拆卸。该框架单元的卡勾件可与该背板的卡合槽相配合以固定该框体,而藉由使该框体相对于该背板产生形变,可将该卡勾件从该卡合槽内移除,使该框体从该背板上拆卸,拆装容易而能提升方便性。

Description

组装结构、背光模块
技术领域
本发明涉及一种组装结构,特别是涉及一种不需使用螺丝的组装结构和具有该组装结构的背光模块。
背景技术
近来由于背光技术的发展及市场的需求,液晶电视不断地趋向轻薄化和窄框设计,除了减少重量及节省空间外,更能增添外观美感。参照图1和图2,一般液晶电视的中框11卡勾在背板12上,该中框11上具有凸台式卡勾111,藉由此结构可将该中框11结合在该背板12上。
然而,该中框11结合在该背板12上时,该中框11贴抵于该背板12上,使得该中框11及该背板12间不具有压缩空隙,因此该卡勾111勾设在该背板12后便不易退出。亦即,一旦组合后,该中框11便不易从该背板12上拆卸,十分不便。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种框体便于从背板上拆卸的组装结构。
于是,本发明组装结构包括设有至少一个卡合槽的背板和框架单元。
该框架单元包括至少一个框体,以及至少一个设置在该框体上的卡勾件。该卡勾件与该背板的卡合槽相配合以固定该框体,该框体可相对于该背板产生形变,使该卡勾件可从该卡合槽内移除而将该框体从该背板上拆卸。
因此,本发明另一目的是提供设置在前述组装结构上的背光模块。
于是,本发明背光模块包括有光源以及光学板。该光源与该光学板结合在前述组装结构的该背板上,该光源所发出的光线是经由该光学板射出,以作为背光源。
因此,本发明又一目的是提供具有前述背光模块的液晶显示装置。
于是,本发明液晶显示装置包括前述背光模块以及显示面板。其中,该显示面板设置在该光学板前方,该光源所发出的光线是经由该光学板射出而对该显示面板提供背光源。
本发明的效果在于:该框架单元的卡勾件可与该背板的卡合槽相配合以固定该框体,而藉由使该框体相对于该背板产生形变,可将该卡勾件从该卡合槽内移除,使该框体从该背板上拆卸,拆装容易而能提升方便性

具体实施方式
参照图3和图4,为本发明组装结构2的实施例,该组装结构2应用在液晶显示装置3上。该液晶显示装置3包括设置在该组装结构2上的背光模块31,以及设置在该背光模块31前方的显示面板32。该背光模块31包括光源311,以及光学板312。需要特别说明的是,该背光模块31可以如图3所示为直下型结构,此时该光学板312为扩散板,光线从该光源311向上通过该光学板312后,继续向上对该显示面板32提供背光源。当然该背光模块31也可以如图4所示为侧入式结构,此时该光学板312为导光板,光线从该光源311侧向射入该光学板312,经反射后向上对该显示面板32提供背光源。
参照图3、图5和图6,该组装结构2包括供该背光模块31的光源311和光学板312结合的背板4,以及可拆卸地结合在该背板4上的框架单元5。
该背板4包括位于该背光模块31后方且平行该光学板312的后壁部41、一个连接该后壁部41外缘的侧壁部42,以及复数个相间隔地设于该侧壁部42上的卡合槽43。每一个卡合槽43具有第一槽段431、位于该第一槽段431内侧并连通该第一槽段431且大于该第一槽段431的第二槽段432,以及形成于该第一槽段431和该第二槽段432之间的肩部433。
参照图3和图5,该框架单元5包括至少一个框体51、复数个分别设置在所述框体51上且撑抵该背板4的支撑件52,以及至少一个设置在所述框体51上,并与该背板4的所述卡合槽43相配合以固定所述框体51的卡勾件53。
在本实施例中,该框架单元5的框体51的数量如图3所示为复数,且设置在每一个框体51上的卡勾件53的数量亦为复数。在其他实施例中,也可以只设计单个框体51和卡勾件53,所以不应局限于本实施例的说明。
参照图5、图7和图8,每一个框体51具有位于该背板4的侧壁部42外侧且平行该侧壁部42的侧框部511,以及一个连接在该侧框部511上且位于该光学板312(见图3)前方的前框部512。较佳地,该前框部512相对于该侧框部511弯折。在本实施例中,该支撑件52相间隔地分别设置在相对应框体51的前框部512朝向该背板4的一侧,并使该背板4的侧壁部42与该前框部512相间隔出间隙6。
除了该支撑件52设置在相对应框体51上的设计方式以外,也可以将该支撑件52设置在该背板4上,同样也能够形成该间隙6以使该框体51能够相对于该背板4产生形变。在其他实施例中,也可以省略所述支撑件52的设计,只要让该框体51与该背板4之间具有该间隙6,以使该框体51能够相对于该背板4产生形变即可。
每一个卡勾件53位于相对应间隙6的下方,且如图7所示位于相邻的任意两个支撑件52之间。该卡勾件53具有从该侧框部511朝该背板4的侧壁部42的方向延伸且伸置在相对应卡合槽43的第二槽段432内的延伸部531,以及连接于该延伸部531上并卡制于该卡合槽43的肩部433上的卡勾部532。较佳地,该卡勾部532相对于该延伸部531弯折,且能卡勾在相对应肩部433上。
参照图5、图7和图9,定义与出光方向同向的第一方向A、与该第一方向A相反的第二方向B,以及沿该侧框部511的法线方向向外延伸从而垂直该第一方向A和该第二方向B的第三方向C。每一个卡勾件53卡制在相对应肩部433上并朝该第一方向A产生卡制力。由于所述支撑件52的设置,使所述框体51及该背板4间具有该间隙6,故使用者可沿该第二方向B按压相对应框体51的前框部512,使该前框部512如图9所示相对于该背板4的侧壁部42朝该第二方向B产生形变,从而使该卡勾件53沿该第二方向B偏移,进而使该卡勾件53脱离该肩部433,因而在该卡合槽43中不再朝该第一方向A产生卡制力,此时使用者便可朝该第三方向C将该卡勾件53移出该卡合槽43。当每一个框体51上的所述卡勾件53皆从相对应卡合槽43移除后,便可沿该第三方向C将该框体51从该背板4上拆卸。
定义每一个卡勾部532卡抵在相对应肩部433的部分的延伸长度为第一长度D,每一个前框部512与该侧壁部42之间的间隙6的距离为第二长度E,其中,该第一长度D小于该第二长度E,以确保每一框体51变形时能使相对应卡勾件53不再卡制相对应肩部433。
通过将所述卡勾件53卡制于相对应卡合槽43中,可将所述框体51定位于该背板4上,且不需使用螺丝等要配合工具才能锁定的结合件。而该支撑件52使该背板4的侧壁部42与该框架单元5的框体51间隔出该间隙6,使用者可沿该第二方向B按压任一框体51的前框部512,使该前框部512相对于该侧壁部42产生形变,致使相对应卡勾件53的卡勾部532偏移,因而不再卡制于相对应卡合槽43的肩部433,此时使用者便可将该框体51从该背板4上拆卸,且无需另外使用工具,拆装方便且结构简单。
综上所述,藉由上述结合方式让使用者能快速的将所述框体51从该背板4上拆卸,解决已知框体51不易从背板4拆卸的问题,一体化的结构简单而利于轻薄化及窄框设计,且不必另外使用螺丝等需使用工具装卸的结合件,简化装设过程。此外,该组装结构2可配合直下型背光模块31及侧入式背光模块31,提升泛用性,故确实能达成本发明的目的。

Claims (12)

1.一种组装结构,包括:
背板,设有至少一个卡合槽;以及
框架单元,包括至少一个框体,和至少一个设置在所述框体上的卡勾件,所述卡勾件与所述背板的卡合槽相配合以固定所述框体,所述框体可相对于所述背板产生形变,使所述卡勾件可从所述卡合槽内移除而将所述框体从所述背板上拆卸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组装结构,其中,所述卡勾件在所述背板的卡合槽中朝向第一方向产生卡制力,所述框体可相对于所述背板朝向第二方向产生形变,以使所述卡勾件在所述背板的卡合槽中不再朝向所述第一方向产生卡制力,以使所述框体能够朝向第三方向从所述背板上拆卸,其中,所述第二方向与所述第一方向相反,所述第三方向与所述第一方向和所述第二方向位于不同轴线上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的组装结构,其中,所述框体与所述背板间隔出间隙,所述卡勾件位于所述间隙的下方。
4.根据权利要求3所述的组装结构,其中,所述框架单元还包括复数个设置在所述框体上且撑抵所述背板的支撑件,所述支撑件使所述框体与所述背板间隔出所述间隙。
5.根据权利要求3所述的组装结构,其中,所述背板还包括复数个撑抵所述框体的支撑件,所述支撑件使所述框体与所述背板间隔出所述间隙。
6.根据权利要求1所述的组装结构,其中,所述背板的卡合槽具有第一槽段、位于所述第一槽段内侧并连通所述第一槽段且大于所述第一槽段的第二槽段,以及形成于所述第一槽段及所述第二槽段之间的肩部,所述卡勾件从所述第一槽段向内伸置于所述第二槽段中且卡制于所述肩部上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的组装结构,其中,所述背板包括后壁部,以及连接所述后壁部且设有所述卡合槽的侧壁部。
8.根据权利要求7所述的组装结构,其中,所述框体具有位于所述背板的侧壁部外侧的侧框部,以及连接于所述侧框部上的前框部,所述前框部与所述背板的侧壁部相间隔设置。
9.根据权利要求8所述的组装结构,其中,所述卡勾件设置在所述侧框部上并朝向所述背板的侧壁部的方向延伸。
10.根据权利要求6所述的组装结构,其中,所述框架单元的卡勾件具有伸置于所述卡合槽的第二槽段内的延伸部,以及连接于所述延伸部而卡制于所述卡合槽的肩部上的卡勾部,定义所述卡勾部卡抵于所述肩部的部分的延伸长度为第一长度,所述前框部与所述侧壁部之间的间隔距离为第二长度,所述第一长度是小于所述第二长度。
11.根据权利要求1所述的组装结构,其中,所述框架单元的框体的数量为复数,设置在每一个框体上的卡勾件的数量为复数。
12.一种背光模块,包括光源和光学板,所述光源与所述光学板结合在根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的组装结构的所述背板上,所述光源所发出的光线经由所述光学板射出,以作为背光源。
