Background
In the process of water injection, oil production and oil transportation, a digital pressure gauge is required to measure the pressure in a pipeline. China has wide range of members, different climates in different regions and different environmental temperatures, so that the digital pressure gauge is required to keep good working state in different temperature ranges.
Because be in flammable and explosive environment and can not adopt electric heating to realize keeping warm, the heat preservation mode of prior art mainly includes: the purpose of low temperature resistance and freezing prevention of the digital pressure gauge is achieved by adopting the heat insulation box or sleeving the heat insulation sleeve outside the heat insulation box, and the digital pressure gauge for automatically acquiring the pressure value is stopped and manually acquired instead of stopping in cold winter in some oil and gas fields. In the process of disassembling and assembling the digital pressure gauge, residual pressure in the pipeline needs to be released, the pressure relief mode in the prior art is to arrange a pressure relief hole on the pipeline, the pressure relief hole is blocked by an end cap, and the end cap is taken out when pressure relief is needed, so that the purpose of relieving the pressure of the pipeline is achieved. The pressure relief mode has high cost, poor sealing performance and inconvenient operation.
The pressure measuring instrument and the pipeline in the prior art are connected in a conventional threaded connection mode, the pressure measuring instrument is located at an obvious position outside the pipeline, and can be detached by using a universal dismounting tool without an anti-theft function.

The side wall of the shell is provided with a pressure relief hole, the upper end of the pressure relief hole is arranged at the middle section of the external thread, and the lower end of the pressure relief hole extends to the smooth surface below the external thread and is used for disassembling the wireless digital pressure timing and releasing the residual pressure in the pipeline.

The working principle is as follows:

The side wall of the housing 3 is further provided with a pressure relief hole 3c (see fig. 1 and 2), the upper end of the pressure relief hole 3c is located at the middle section of the external thread 3b, and the lower end of the pressure relief hole extends to the smooth surface below the external thread 3b, so that the pressure relief hole is used for releasing residual pressure in the pipeline when the wireless digital pressure meter is disassembled.
The upper end of the housing 3 is further provided with a dismounting notch 3d (see fig. 1), which needs to be dismounted by a special tool to achieve the purpose of theft prevention. The number of the disassembling and assembling notches 3d is at least 2, and the disassembling and assembling notches are uniformly distributed at the upper end part of the shell 3.
The end face of the locking nut 8 is provided with dismounting holes 8a (see fig. 1 and 2), which need to be dismounted by a special tool to achieve the purpose of theft prevention, and the number of the dismounting holes 8a is at least 2.
A circular groove 1a (see figure 2) is formed in the outer side of the base 1, and an O-shaped sealing ring is arranged on the groove, so that the sealing performance of the structure is guaranteed.
The lower terminal surface of base 1 is equipped with screw hole 1b (see fig. 2) for be connected with detection joint, detect wireless digital pressure gauge, screw hole 1b is 3 at least, and the equipartition is at the lower terminal surface of base 1.
The base 1 has a through hole 1c (see fig. 2) for passing a medium therethrough in the thickness direction of the base, and the through hole 1c allows the pressure-sensitive surface of the sensor 2 to communicate with the outside of the base 1.
The lower end of the base 1 is provided with a wrench position, so that the base is convenient to disassemble and assemble.
The power supply device 4 (see fig. 2) comprises a mounting frame 4a, a battery 4b and a battery fixing frame 4c, wherein the lower end of the mounting frame 4a is connected to the base 1 through threads, the battery 4b is located in the mounting frame 4a, and the upper end of the mounting frame is pressed and fixed through the battery fixing frame 4 c.
The display device 6 (see fig. 2) includes a liquid crystal panel 6a, a circuit board fixing post 6b, and a panel 6c, wherein the liquid crystal panel 6a is located on the battery fixing frame 4c and is pressed and fixed by the circuit board fixing post 6b, and the panel 6c is located on the circuit board fixing post 6b and is fixed by a screw.
The liquid crystal panel 6a and the panel 6c are both provided with U-shaped grooves for threading.
The wireless transmission device 7 (see fig. 2) includes an antenna 7a, an antenna fixing plate 7b, an antenna protection cover 7c, a fixing nut 7d, a plug 7e, and an O-ring 7 f; one end of the antenna 7a is welded on the signal circuit board 5, the other end of the antenna 7a penetrates through the plug 7e and extends into the antenna protection cover 7c, and the antenna 7a is clamped in the antenna protection cover 7c through the plug 7e to prevent the antenna from falling off; the antenna protection cover 7c is arranged on the antenna fixing plate 7b and is fixed through a fixing nut 7 d; the plug 7e is arranged in the antenna protection cover 7c and is in threaded connection with the antenna protection cover 7 c; o type sealing washer 7f is located between antenna fixed plate 7b and the antenna protection cover 7c, has guaranteed wireless transmission device's leakproofness, prevents that the rainwater from getting into. The wireless transmission device 7 is connected into a whole and then is arranged on the step 3a at the upper end of the shell 3, so that the installation is simpler and more convenient.
And a sealing element 9 (see fig. 1 and 2) is arranged between the antenna fixing plate 7b and the step 3a at the upper end of the shell 3, so that the sealing property of the structure is ensured, and rainwater is prevented from entering.
