本发明公开了一种空气净化变色香皂花及其加工工艺,它通过温感变色粉的作用下使得香皂花在不同温度下能改变颜色,通过纳米光触媒的作用还能净甲醛除菌除异味。本发明公开的一种空气净化变色香皂花可用于洗手、洗澡,遇水即溶、去污力强、无残留、有效清洁皮肤,还能享受香薰花瓣沐浴,滋润皮肤;它含有植物香薰的精油,芳香宜人、平衡身心;它造型逼真,美观,可以当作装饰品,从20~35℃不同温度下可以变色(可手摸或者哈气变色),还可以起到空气净化的功效,充满乐趣和情调,增添更多实用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种香皂的加工,特别是一种空气净化变色香皂花及其加工工艺。
背景技术
传统假花只能观赏,不实用亦不环保,而传统香皂又只有洁肤和洗涤的作用,形状外观单一,不具有艺术性和观赏价值,亦没有空气净化的功效。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有洁肤、香薰、速溶、变色、净化空气特点的香皂花及其加工工艺。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种空气净化变色香皂花,添加了温感变色粉,从20~35℃在温度变化时改变颜色;添加了纳米光触媒,在可见光(阳光、室内光或灯光)光线作用下,产生强烈催化降解功能,能有效地降解空气中有毒有害气体,并释放大量负氧离子,同时具备除甲醛、除异味、抗菌、净化空气的功能。原料包括速溶性成膜剂、表面活性剂、抗氧化剂、抗菌剂、润肤剂、精油、温感变色粉、纳米光触媒、香精、色素为原料,经过调和、辊轧、喷涂、烘干等工艺,制作成可变色的可溶的香皂片,再经过裁剪和手工做出各种形状的花头。
所述的成膜剂优选的是羧甲基纤维素纳或聚乙烯醇
所述的表面活性剂优选的是十二烷基苯磺酸钠或十二烷基硫酸钠或椰油基单乙醇酰胺或椰子油酸二乙醇酰或椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。所述的抗菌剂优选的是卡松。
所述的抗氧化剂优选的是BHT。
所述的润肤剂优选的是尿囊素或甘油。
所述的填充料优选的是改性淀粉。
其原料份配比如下:
其制作工艺包括如下步骤:
a、温感变色粉加入酒精、白油中制成颜料含量为10%的变色母料。将纳米光触媒与纯净水稀释成1%浓度的光触媒溶液。
b、向容器中加入水并加热至85℃左右并保持温度,不断搅拌并缓缓加入成膜剂、抗氧化剂,待溶解和混合均匀后停止加热。
c、冷却至60℃左右时,加入填充料、表面活性剂、润肤剂,并进行搅拌,使容器内的物料混合均匀。
d、进一步冷却至40℃左右时,加入抗菌剂、香精、精油、色素、变色母料,充分搅拌均匀后静置至常温状态。
e、将上述物料用辊轧机辊轧至需要的厚度,向表面均匀喷上光触媒溶液(以每平米喷40克为宜)。
f、使用不超过70℃进行干燥处理(超出此温度变色粉会降解)或采用减压抽湿干燥
g、将反面再均匀喷上光触媒溶液,并干燥处理。
h、进行剪切或冲压做成各种花瓣状香皂,最后穿扎做成花头。
本发明有如下特点:
1、本发明香皂花刺激低、去污力强、与水速溶、PH中性,非常环保和安全,可洗涤,可洗手洁肤,还可享受花瓣沐浴的情趣。
2、本发明可制成不同花形的香皂花,如玫瑰花、郁金香、康乃馨、菊花等,造型逼真、色彩艳丽,可用作家居装饰,亦可作馈赠礼品,极具观赏性和实用性。
3、本发明制成的香皂花,含植物香薰精油的香味,持久芳香,平衡身心,可用于香薰和消除异味,对于情绪、精神及身体的健康,有着较为理想的作用。
4、本发明制成的香皂花,从20~35℃不同温度下可以变色(可手摸或哈气变色),新颖奇特,让人赏心悦目,更添情趣。
5、本发明制成的香皂花,在可见光(阳光、室内光或灯光)光线作用下,产生强烈催化降解功能,具备除甲醛、除异味、抗菌、净化空气的功能
具体实施方式
以下结合实例是对本发明的进一步说明,但本发明的一种空气净化变色香皂花及其加工工艺不局限于实施例。
本实施例选择羧甲基纤维素纳作为成膜剂,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、椰油基单乙醇酰胺、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱作为表面活性剂,甘油作为润肤剂,卡松作为抗菌剂,BHT作为抗氧化剂,还包括白油、改性淀粉、香精、精油、色素、温感变色粉、纳米光触媒、酒精、纯净水。其原料份配比按照如下:
其制作方法包括以下步骤:
a、温感变色粉加入酒精、白油中搅拌溶解制成变色母料。将纳米光触媒与纯净水稀释成1%浓度的光触媒溶液。
b、向容器中加入水并加热至80℃左右并保持温度,不断搅拌并缓缓加入成膜剂(羧甲基纤维素纳)、抗氧化剂(BHT),待溶解和混合均匀后停止加热。
c、冷却至60℃左右时,加入填充料(改性淀粉)、表面活性剂(脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、椰油基单乙醇酰胺、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱)、润肤剂(甘油),并进行搅拌,使容器内的物料混合均匀。
d、进一步冷却至40℃左右时,加入抗菌剂(卡松)、香精、精油、色素、变色母料,充分搅拌均匀后静置至常温状态。
e、将上述物料用辊轧机辊轧至需要的厚度,向表面均匀喷上光触媒溶液(以每平米喷40克为宜)。
f、使用不超过70℃进行干燥处理(超出此温度变色粉会降解)或采用减压抽湿干燥
g、将反面再均匀喷上光触媒溶液,并干燥处理。
h、进行剪切或冲压做成各种花瓣状香皂,最后穿扎做成花头。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种空气净化变色香皂花及其加工工艺,其特征在于:添加了所述的纳米光触媒。
4.一种空气净化变色香皂花及其加工工艺,其制作原料包括:速溶性成膜剂、表面活性剂、抗氧化剂、抗菌剂、润肤剂、精油、温感变色粉、纳米光触媒、香精、色素,成膜剂优选的是羧甲基纤维素纳或聚乙烯醇,表面活性剂优选的是十二烷基苯磺酸钠或十二烷基硫酸钠或椰油基单乙醇酰胺或椰子油酸二乙醇酰或椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱或脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,抗菌剂优选的是卡松,抗氧化剂优选的是BHT,润肤剂优选的是尿囊素或甘油,填充料优选的是改性淀粉。其原料份配比如下:
