本发明属于金属涂层材料技术领域,特别涉及一种耐高温抗腐蚀铝合金涂层。
背景技术
涂层是指附着在某一基体材料上起某种特殊作用,且与基体材料具有一定结合强度的薄层材料,它可以克服基体材料的某种缺陷,改善其表面特性,如光学特性、电学特性、耐侵蚀及腐蚀、耐磨损性和提高机械强度等,它属于一种有支撑体的薄膜。
铝及铝合金是有色金属中应用最广泛的材料之一,铝合金具有密度小、易加工、热膨胀系数低、热导率高、比刚度和比强度高等诸多优异性能。 在日常生产和生活以及航空、汽车、高铁、发动机活塞、光学仪器、导弹镶嵌结构等领域取得了广泛应用。
但随着工业生产的进一步发展,对铝合金的表面性能提出了更高的要求,耐磨性、耐腐蚀性和抗氧化性显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:针对上述存在的不足,本发明提供了一种耐高温抗腐蚀铝合金涂层,在铝合金基体表面上涂覆一层结合牢固的涂层,能有效增强金属基体的耐磨性能以及抗腐蚀性能,同时可以替代传统的电镀金属工艺,成本低且安全环保。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种耐高温抗腐蚀铝合金涂层,按重量份计,由以下成分组成:环氧树脂20-40份、固化剂4-8份、增韧剂5-7份、碳化钛3-6份、焦宝石4-10份、堇青石5-10份、铝酸盐水泥2-6份、硅灰3-7份、硅酸铝纤维4-10份、有机硅化合物20-50份。
优选的,按重量份计,由以下成分组成:环氧树脂25份、固化剂5份、增韧剂6份、碳化钛5份、焦宝石7份,堇青石8份、铝酸盐水泥4份、硅灰6份、硅酸铝纤维7份、有机硅化合物30份。
优选的:所述有机硅化合物的分子中含有至少一个Si-OR单元,R选自烷基。
优选的:所述有机硅化合物选自烷氧基硅烷,所述烷氧基硅烷包括十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷、巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、环氧丙氧基三甲氧基硅烷、十八烷基三甲氧基硅烷、十二烷基三乙氧基硅烷、十八烷基三乙氧基硅烷中的任一种或者两种以上的组合。

优选的,一种耐高温抗腐蚀铝合金涂层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、按重量份配比称量环氧树脂、固化剂、增韧剂、碳化钛、焦宝石、堇青石、铝酸盐水泥、硅灰、硅酸铝纤维、有机硅化合物。
(2)、将碳化钛、焦宝石、堇青石、铝酸盐水泥、硅灰和硅酸铝纤维混合一起,混合均匀后放入高温炉进行煅烧;
(3)、煅烧之后,待冷却至室温,取出,放入研磨机进行研磨,至粉料的平均粒径为 0.1-2um;
(4)、将环氧树脂和有机硅化合物加入到上述的粉料中,放入水粉混合机中进行混合,混合至均匀,取出,加入固化剂和增韧剂,搅拌均匀,可得耐高温涂层材料;
优选的,一种耐高温抗腐蚀铝合金涂层的制备方法,所述步骤(2)中煅烧的温度为500-800℃。
优选的,一种耐高温抗腐蚀铝合金涂层的制备方法,所述步骤(2)中煅烧的时间为1-3h。。

一种耐高温抗腐蚀铝合金涂层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、按重量份配比称量环氧树脂、固化剂、增韧剂、碳化钛、焦宝石、堇青石、铝酸盐水泥、硅灰、硅酸铝纤维、有机硅化合物;
(2)、将碳化钛、焦宝石、堇青石、铝酸盐水泥、硅灰和有机硅化合物混合一起,混合均匀后放入高温炉进行煅烧;
(3)、煅烧之后,待冷却至室温,取出,放入研磨机进行研磨,至粉料的平均粒径为0.1um;
(4)、将环氧树脂和有机硅化合物加入到上述的粉料中,放入水粉混合机中进行混合,混合至均匀,取出,加入聚酰胺和液体橡胶,搅拌均匀,可得耐高温涂层材料;
所述步骤(2)中煅烧的温度为700℃;
所述步骤(2)中煅烧的时间为3h。
实施例2
一种耐高温抗腐蚀铝合金涂层,按重量份计,由以下成分组成:环氧树脂30份,固化剂4份、增韧剂6份、碳化钛4份、焦宝石4份,堇青石9份、铝酸盐水泥5份,硅灰3份、硅酸铝纤维5份、有机硅化合物35份。
所述有机硅化合物的分子中含有三个Si-OR单元,R选自烷基。
所述有机硅化合物选自烷氧基硅烷,所述烷氧基硅烷为十八烷基三乙氧基硅烷。
所述固化剂为聚酰胺。
所述增韧剂为液态橡胶。
一种耐高温抗腐蚀铝合金涂层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、按重量份配比称量环氧树脂、固化剂、增韧剂、碳化钛、焦宝石、堇青石、铝酸盐水泥、硅灰、硅酸铝纤维、有机硅化合物;
(2)、将碳化钛、焦宝石、堇青石、铝酸盐水泥、硅灰和有机硅化合物混合一起,混合均匀后放入高温炉进行煅烧;
(3)、煅烧之后,待冷却至室温,取出,放入研磨机进行研磨,至粉料的平均粒径为1.0um;
(4)、将环氧树脂和有机硅化合物加入到上述的粉料中,放入水粉混合机中进行混合,混合至均匀,取出,加入聚酰胺和液体橡胶,搅拌均匀,可得耐高温涂层材料;
所述步骤(2)中煅烧的温度为500℃;
所述步骤(2)中煅烧的时间为2h。。
实施例3
一种耐高温抗腐蚀铝合金涂层,按重量份计,由以下成分组成:环氧树脂40份,固化剂8份、增韧剂5份、碳化钛6份、焦宝石10份,堇青石5份、铝酸盐水泥6份,硅灰7份、硅酸铝纤维4份、有机硅化合物50份。
所述有机硅化合物的分子中含有一个Si-OR单元,R选自烷基。
所述有机硅化合物选自烷氧基硅烷,所述烷氧基硅烷为环氧丙氧基三甲氧基硅烷、十八烷基三甲氧基硅烷、十二烷基三乙氧基硅烷。
所述固化剂为聚酰胺。
所述增韧剂为液态橡胶。
一种耐高温抗腐蚀铝合金涂层的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、按重量份配比称量环氧树脂、固化剂、增韧剂、碳化钛、焦宝石、堇青石、铝酸盐水泥、硅灰、硅酸铝纤维、有机硅化合物;
(2)、将碳化钛、焦宝石、堇青石、铝酸盐水泥、硅灰和有机硅化合物混合一起,混合均匀后放入高温炉进行煅烧;
(3)、煅烧之后,待冷却至室温,取出,放入研磨机进行研磨,至粉料的平均粒径为2.0um;
(4)、将环氧树脂和有机硅化合物加入到上述的粉料中,放入水粉混合机中进行混合,混合至均匀,取出,加入聚酰胺和液体橡胶,搅拌均匀,可得耐高温涂层材料;
所述步骤(2)中煅烧的温度为800℃;
所述步骤(2)中煅烧的时间为1h.。
为了能更好的说明本发明,以普通的铝合金涂层作为对照组,与本发明中的实施例1,实施例2,实施例3做对比,得到以下数据:
从上述的表格数据可以看出,实施例1-3的耐磨性、耐高温性、耐酸性、耐碱性明显比对照组较好,附着力,抗冲击性也比对照组要好很多。
Claims (9)
1.一种耐高温抗腐蚀铝合金涂层,其特征在于,按重量份计,由以下成分组成:环氧树脂20-40份、固化剂4-8份、增韧剂5-7份、碳化钛3-6份、焦宝石4-10份、堇青石5-10份、铝酸盐水泥2-6份、硅灰3-7份、硅酸铝纤维4-10份、有机硅化合物20-50份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温抗腐蚀铝合金涂层,其特征在于,按重量份计,由以下成分组成:环氧树脂25份、固化剂5份、增韧剂6份、碳化钛5份、焦宝石7份,堇青石8份、铝酸盐水泥4份、硅灰6份、硅酸铝纤维7份、有机硅化合物30份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温抗腐蚀铝合金涂层,其特征在于:所述有机硅化合物的分子中含有至少一个Si-OR单元,R选自烷基。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种耐高温抗腐蚀铝合金涂层,其特征在于:所述有机硅化合物选自烷氧基硅烷,所述烷氧基硅烷包括十二烷基三甲氧基硅烷、巯基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、环氧丙氧基三甲氧基硅烷、十八烷基三甲氧基硅烷、十二烷基三乙氧基硅烷、十八烷基三乙氧基硅烷中的任一种或者两种以上的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温抗腐蚀铝合金涂层,其特征在于:所述固化剂为聚酰胺。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温抗腐蚀铝合金涂层,其特征在于:所述增韧剂为液态橡胶。
7.一种根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的一种耐高温抗腐蚀铝合金涂层的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)、按重量份配比称量环氧树脂、固化剂、增韧剂、碳化钛、焦宝石、堇青石、铝酸盐水泥、硅灰、硅酸铝纤维、有机硅化合物;
(2)、将碳化钛、焦宝石、堇青石、铝酸盐水泥、硅灰和硅酸铝纤维混合一起,混合均匀后放入高温炉进行煅烧;
(3)、煅烧之后,待冷却至室温,取出,放入研磨机进行研磨,至粉料的平均粒径为 0.1-2um;
(4)、将环氧树脂和有机硅化合物加入到上述的粉料中,放入水粉混合机中进行混合,混合至均匀,取出,加入固化剂和增韧剂,搅拌均匀,可得耐高温涂层材料。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种耐高温抗腐蚀铝合金涂层的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中煅烧的温度为500-800℃。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种耐高温抗腐蚀铝合金涂层的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中煅烧的时间为1-3h。
