Abstract
本发明公开了玻璃纤维氯化聚乙烯橡塑颗粒合成胶板,一种由网格式玻璃纤维的高韧性、耐高温、耐低温、防断裂添加氯化聚乙烯的附着粘性、高密度、耐酸碱防渗漏及橡塑颗粒的高韧性、高密度、耐高温、耐低温、耐酸碱、耐磨损、抗重力等合成形成成型的胶板,修补因受热胀冷缩和受力年久及沉降与磨损老化等造成断裂、裂痕、裂口等构成的指示错觉和模糊不清及时维护修补更换。利用取氯化聚乙烯先期加热溶解与橡塑颗粒(视产品添加发光材料)充分均匀稀释置入相应模具槽;而后平铺添加网格式玻璃纤维进行合成;置入相应模具槽进行冷却形成规格的玻璃纤维氯化聚乙烯橡塑颗粒合成胶板。

本发明专利涉及一种危险警示安全提示主体标识等多领域用途的交通路标及导向,公路、高速路面、路基、路沿、出入口、减速、限速、目的地、景点、服务区及反光标识易受热胀冷缩、磨损及沉降,形成断裂、裂痕、裂口等造成模糊不清,指示错觉,必须经常维护及时修补,利用玻璃纤维加氯化聚乙烯加橡塑颗粒合成的成型胶板(简称“玻璃纤维氯化聚乙烯橡塑颗粒合成胶板)。
背景技术
基于现有公路、高速路面、路基、路沿、出入口、减速、限速、目的地、景点、服务区及反光标识等,受热胀冷缩和受力年久及沉降与磨损自然老化等影响,形成断裂、裂痕、裂口等造成指示错觉和模糊不清且经常维护不便。
发明内容
利用网格式玻璃纤维的韧性、耐高温、耐低温、防断裂添加氯化聚乙烯的附着性、
高密度防渗及橡塑颗粒的高韧性、高密度、耐高温、耐低温、耐酸碱、耐磨损、抗重力等合成形成成型胶板,修补因受热胀冷缩和受力年久及沉降与磨损自然老化等造成断裂、裂痕、裂口等构成的指示错觉和模糊不清及时维护修补更换。

应用作业:取玻璃纤维氯化聚乙烯合橡塑颗粒成胶板通过高温加热溶解表面对主体
进行粘合构成标识、导向、修补等作业。
现场施工方案:取氯化聚乙烯先期加热溶解加入反光剂再加入橡塑颗粒充分稀释置
入相应设备槽再添加平铺网格式玻璃纤维进行合成对主体作业面粘合,形成快速的、规格的玻璃纤维氯化聚乙烯橡塑颗粒合成标识、导向、修补等作业。

1.一种玻璃纤维氯化聚乙烯橡塑颗粒合成胶板,由网格式玻璃纤维的高韧性、耐高温、耐低温、防断裂添加氯化聚乙烯的附着性、高密度、耐酸碱防渗漏及橡塑颗粒的高韧性、高密度、耐高温、耐低温、耐酸碱、耐磨损、抗重力等合成形成成型胶板,修补因受热胀冷缩和受力年久及沉降与磨损老化等造成断裂、裂痕、裂口等构成的指示错觉和模糊不清及时维护修补更换。
