本发明公开了一种天然橡胶材料,包括:天然橡胶、纳米硅溶胶、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆、二甘醇、活性白土、钛酸钡、氢氧化镁、丙酸钙、聚丙烯腈、纳米二氧化硅、松香甘油脂、共交联剂和防老剂,所述天然橡胶材料按照质量百分比计算,包括以下重量份:天然橡胶1‑4份、纳米硅溶胶1‑8份、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆2‑5份、二甘醇1‑3份、活性白土3‑5份、钛酸钡2‑5份、氢氧化镁0.5‑2.0份、丙酸钙2.0‑5.0份、聚丙烯腈1‑4份、纳米二氧化硅0.5‑0.8份、松香甘油脂2‑5份、共交联剂0.3‑0.5份和防老剂2‑6份。通过上述方式,本发明提供的天然橡胶材料,有利于适用于各种环境,与其他橡胶产品相比,具有较强的综合性能,具有良好的延展性,使用方便,性能明显提高,还能够降低橡胶对环境的污染。

本发明涉及一种橡胶材料,特别是涉及天然橡胶材料。
背景技术
我国的橡胶行业经过50多年的发展,对国民经济起到了不可或缺的配套作用,尤其是随着我国机械化水平的提高以及新材料的应用,橡胶行业不断与相关领域相互渗透,开拓了橡胶的应用范围和领域,产品广泛应用于煤炭、冶金、水泥、港口、矿山、石油、汽车、纺织、轻工、工程机械、建筑、海洋、农业、航空、航天等领域。近年来,橡胶行业坚持科学发展观,产品的品种、规格、质量得到了持续、快速、协调、健康的发展,基本满足了国内市场的需求,提高了产品的国际市场竞争力。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是如何提供一种有利于适用于各种环境,与其他橡胶产品相比,具有较强的综合性能,具有良好的延展性,使用方便,性能明显提高,还能够降低橡胶对环境的污染的材料配方。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种天然橡胶材料,包括:天然橡胶、纳米硅溶胶、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆、二甘醇、活性白土、钛酸钡、氢氧化镁、丙酸钙、聚丙烯腈、纳米二氧化硅、松香甘油脂、共交联剂和防老剂,所述天然橡胶材料按照质量百分比计算,包括以下重量份:天然橡胶1-4份、纳米硅溶胶1-8份、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆2-5份、二甘醇1-3份、活性白土3-5份、钛酸钡2-5份、氢氧化镁0.5-2.0份、丙酸钙2.0-5.0份、聚丙烯腈1-4份、纳米二氧化硅0.5-0.8份、松香甘油脂2-5份、共交联剂0.3-0.5份和防老剂2-6份。
在一个较佳实施例中,所述天然橡胶材料按照质量百分比计算,包括以下重量份:天然橡胶3份、纳米硅溶胶7份、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆3份、二甘醇2份、活性白土4份、钛酸钡4份、氢氧化镁1份、丙酸钙4份、聚丙烯腈3份、纳米二氧化硅0.7份、松香甘油脂3份、共交联剂0.4份和防老剂5份。
在一个较佳实施例中,所述促进剂为2硫醇基苯并噻唑。
在一个较佳实施例中,所述促进剂为二硫化二苯并噻唑。
在一个较佳实施例中,所述防老剂为抗热氧老化剂、抗臭氧剂、有害金属离子抑制剂中的一种。
在一个较佳实施例中,所述防老剂为抗热氧老化剂、抗臭氧剂、有害金属离子抑制剂中的多种。
本发明的有益效果是:有利于适用于各种环境,与其他橡胶产品相比,具有较强的综合性能,具有良好的延展性,使用方便,性能明显提高,还能够降低橡胶对环境的污染。

在本发明的一个具体实施例中提供一种天然橡胶材料,所述的天然橡胶材料包括:天然橡胶、纳米硅溶胶、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆、二甘醇、活性白土、钛酸钡、氢氧化镁、丙酸钙、聚丙烯腈、纳米二氧化硅、松香甘油脂、共交联剂和防老剂,所述天然橡胶材料按照质量百分比计算,包括以下重量份:天然橡胶1-4份、纳米硅溶胶1-8份、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆2-5份、二甘醇1-3份、活性白土3-5份、钛酸钡2-5份、氢氧化镁0.5-2.0份、丙酸钙2.0-5.0份、聚丙烯腈1-4份、纳米二氧化硅0.5-0.8份、松香甘油脂2-5份、共交联剂0.3-0.5份和防老剂2-6份。
实施例中:所述天然橡胶材料按照质量百分比计算,包括以下重量份:天然橡胶3份、纳米硅溶胶7份、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆3份、二甘醇2份、活性白土4份、钛酸钡4份、氢氧化镁1份、丙酸钙4份、聚丙烯腈3份、纳米二氧化硅0.7份、松香甘油脂3份、共交联剂0.4份和防老剂5份。
所述促进剂为2硫醇基苯并噻唑。所述促进剂为二硫化二苯并噻唑。所述防老剂为抗热氧老化剂、抗臭氧剂、有害金属离子抑制剂中的一种。所述防老剂为抗热氧老化剂、抗臭氧剂、有害金属离子抑制剂中的多种。

1.一种天然橡胶材料,其特征在于,包括:天然橡胶、纳米硅溶胶、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆、二甘醇、活性白土、钛酸钡、氢氧化镁、丙酸钙、聚丙烯腈、纳米二氧化硅、松香甘油脂、共交联剂和防老剂,所述天然橡胶材料按照质量百分比计算,包括以下重量份:天然橡胶1-4份、纳米硅溶胶1-8份、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆2-5份、二甘醇1-3份、活性白土3-5份、钛酸钡2-5份、氢氧化镁0.5-2.0份、丙酸钙2.0-5.0份、聚丙烯腈1-4份、纳米二氧化硅0.5-0.8份、松香甘油脂2-5份、共交联剂0.3-0.5份和防老剂2-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的天然橡胶材料,其特征在于,所述天然橡胶材料按照质量百分比计算,包括以下重量份:天然橡胶3份、纳米硅溶胶7份、二硫化四甲基秋兰姆3份、二甘醇2份、活性白土4份、钛酸钡4份、氢氧化镁1份、丙酸钙4份、聚丙烯腈3份、纳米二氧化硅0.7份、松香甘油脂3份、共交联剂0.4份和防老剂5份。

5.根据权利要求1所述的天然橡胶材料,其特征在于,所述防老剂为抗热氧老化剂、抗臭氧剂、有害金属离子抑制剂中的一种。
