背景技术
室内装饰材料及家具的污染是目前造成室内空气污染的主要方面,油漆、胶合板、刨花填料、内墙涂料、塑料贴面等材料均含有甲醛、苯、乙醇、氯仿等有机蒸气,以上物质都具有相当的致癌性。美国、日本的专门机构调查发现,许多民用和商用建筑的室内空气污染程序是室外空气污染的2-5 倍,约有30% 的居室因使用有害化学物质而引发" 新居综合征"。
涂料在生产和生活中的作用非常大,广泛应用与各个领域,涂料形成的涂膜可对物体起到装饰、保护和标致作用,目前市面上的大部分涂料虽然制作简单、售价便宜但同时带有一定的毒副作用,作为家用的话会对人体产生一定危害。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种具有环保性能的涂料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种无毒环保涂料由以下原料制成:成膜物质,助剂,稀释剂,所述助剂为分散剂,成膜助剂,防冻剂,防腐防霉剂,粘合剂。
所述助剂的成份的重量份数为:分散剂3-8份,成膜助剂6-12份,防冻剂1-6份,防腐防霉剂2-8份,粘合剂1-5份。
所述涂料的成膜物质包括:活性炭,钛白粉,高岭土,丙烯酸树脂,银粉浆。
所述涂料的成膜物质由以下重量份数的原料制成:活性炭6-14份,钛白粉2-4份,甲醛捕获剂6-8份,高岭土18-36份,丙烯酸树脂2-4份,银粉浆7-13份。
所述稀释剂主要是乙醇。
本发明的一种无毒环保涂料,制作简单,采用的生产原料选择无毒性的,涂料的使用效果好,环保;能与材料结合紧密,粘结强度高,无污染,具有良好的防辐射性。

所述涂料由以下重量份数的原料制成:活性炭12份,钛白粉3份,甲醛捕获剂7份,高岭土32份,丙烯酸树脂3份,银粉浆10份,分散剂6份,成膜助剂10份,防冻剂5份,防腐防霉剂5份,粘合剂4份。其余为乙醇。
