Abstract

本发明提供了一种治疗妊娠母羊疥癣的方法，主要包括以下过程：取沙参，蛇床子，地耳草，地瓜藤，藿香，葱白，败火草，车前子，百两金，丹参粉，蚌粉，芦荟胶制备成药液和药膏，针对不同妊娠期的母羊，进行不同的治疗方法，本发明提供的方法，使用的药剂不含激素类物质，且磷类物质含量低，对羊体的副作用小，不影响母羊的产仔情况。

一种治疗妊娠母羊疥癣的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及家畜养殖领域，具体为一种治疗妊娠母羊疥癣的方法。
背景技术
羊疥癣病，是常见的羊类皮肤病，该病是由疥螨和痒螨寄生在羊的体表而引起的，具有高度的传染性，而且对羊的身体具有很大的危害。平时要定期对羊进行药浴，保持圈舍干净，羊感染羊疥癣病以后一般通过注射和口服伊维菌素，或是涂含有大量磷类物质的药剂，但是由于妊娠期的母羊体质特殊，在患有羊疥癣以后，不适宜用这两种方法进行治疗，已有报道显示妊娠母羊在用常用的敌百虫药水进行治疗疥癣时导致流产的概率高达70%以上。
发明内容
一种治疗妊娠母羊疥癣的方法，所用的药剂由以下成份制成：沙参12-16份，蛇床子15-20份，地耳草10-15份，地瓜藤12-18份，藿香10-15份，葱白10-15份，败火草15-20份，车前子10-15份，百两金20-25份，丹参粉10-15份，蚌粉8-12份，各成分均为按重量计。
其制备包括以下步骤：
（1）按重量分称取沙参，蛇床子，地耳草，地瓜藤，藿香，葱白，败火草，车前子，百两金，清洗，晒干，粉碎成20-100目的粉末，将该粉末加入到70%的乙醇溶液中，超声5次,每次30min,离心收集滤液，然后再将该滤液减压浓缩至原料的3-5倍的浓缩药液，得药剂I；
（2）在药剂1中加入粉碎至10-20目的丹参粉和蚌粉，再加入芦荟胶，调制膏状，即得药剂2；
使用方法如下：
（1）针对妊娠50天以下和100天以上的母羊，将其疥癣处的羊毛清理干净，用干净的羊毛刷刮治见红，然后再用药膏贴将药剂2贴至皮肤表层，每日更换药膏一次，直至疥癣完全消失；
（2）针对妊娠50-100天的母羊，以一百倍重量计的温水稀释药剂1，让其日常饮用，并按照步骤（1）的方法在其体表疥癣处涂抹药剂2。
本发明的有益效果：本发明针对羊体表疥癣程度的不同有针对性地上药治疗，且使用的药剂不含激素类物质，且磷类物质含量低，对羊体的副作用小，不影响母羊的产仔。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
（1）取患有不同程度的疥癣的妊娠30-40天的小尾寒羊8只；
（2）按重量分称取沙参12份，蛇床子15份，地耳草10份，地瓜藤12份，藿香10份，葱白10份，败火草15份，车前子10份，百两金20份，清洗，晒干，粉碎成20-100目的粉末，将该粉末加入到70%的乙醇溶液中，超声5次,每次30min,离心收集滤液，然后再将该滤液减压浓缩至原料的3-5倍的浓缩药液，得药剂I；
（3）在药剂1中加入粉碎至10-20目的丹参粉10份和蚌粉8份，再加入芦荟胶60份，调制膏状，即得药剂2；
（4）将母羊疥癣处的羊毛清理干净，用干净的羊毛刷刮治见红，然后再用药膏贴将药剂2贴至皮肤表层，每日更换药膏一次，7天以后，疥癣处有新的羊毛长出，产仔情况也没有受到影响。
实施例2
（1）取妊娠80-92天的湖羊6只；
（2）按重量分称取沙参14份，蛇床子18份，地耳草12份，地瓜藤16份，藿香12份，葱白14份，败火草18份，车前子12份，百两金22份，清洗，晒干，粉碎成20-100目的粉末，将该粉末加入到70%的乙醇溶液中，超声5次,每次30min,离心收集滤液，然后再将该滤液减压浓缩至原料的3-5倍的浓缩药液，得药剂I；
（3）在药剂1中加入粉碎至10-20目的丹参粉12份和蚌粉10份，再加入芦荟胶70份，调制膏状，即得药剂2；
以一百倍重量计的温水稀释药剂1，让其日常饮用，并将其体表的疥癣处的羊毛清理干净，轻刮至见红，在将药剂2用药膏贴在皮肤上，每日更换一次，2天以后，母羊的进食量明显增大，精神好转，并且疥癣处的皮肤红肿消失，4天后基本痊愈，产仔情况也没有受到影响。
实施例3
（1）取妊娠130天以上的白山羊8只；
（2）按重量分称取沙参15份，蛇床子19份，地耳草14份，地瓜藤17份，藿香14份，葱白15份，败火草19份，车前子14份，百两金23份，清洗，晒干，粉碎成20-100目的粉末，将该粉末加入到70%的乙醇溶液中，超声5次,每次30min,离心收集滤液，然后再将该滤液减压浓缩至原料的3-5倍的浓缩药液，得药剂I；
（3）在药剂1中加入粉碎至10-20目的丹参粉14份和蚌粉12份，再加入芦荟胶80份，调制膏状，即得药剂2；
（4）将母羊体表疥癣处的羊毛清理干净，轻刮至见红，在将药剂2用药膏贴在皮肤上，每日更换一次，7天后母羊身上的疥癣明显好转，产仔情况也没有收到影响。
通过以上实施例可以看出，本发明提供的一种治疗妊娠母羊疥癣的方法，具有很好的治疗效果，避免皮下注射，治疗用的药膏中不含激素，磷类物质含量低，副作用小，对其产仔情况没有影响。

Claims (3)

1.一种治疗妊娠母羊疥癣的方法，其特征在于，所用的药剂由以下成份制成：沙参12-16份，蛇床子15-20份，地耳草10-15份，地瓜藤12-18份，藿香10-15份，葱白10-15份，败火草15-20份，车前子10-15份，百两金20-25份，丹参粉10-15份，蚌粉8-12份，芦荟胶60-80份，各成分均为按重量计。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗妊娠母羊疥癣的方法，其特征在于，其制备包括以下步骤：
（1）按重量分称取沙参，蛇床子，地耳草，地瓜藤，藿香，葱白，败火草，车前子，百两金，清洗，晒干，粉碎成20-100目的粉末，将该粉末加入到70%的乙醇溶液中，超声5次,每次30min,离心收集滤液，然后再将该滤液减压浓缩至原料的3-5倍的浓缩药液，得药剂I；
（2）在药剂1中加入粉碎至10-20目的丹参粉和蚌粉，再加入芦荟胶，调制膏状，即得药剂2。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的一种治疗妊娠母羊疥癣的方法，其特征在于，使用方法如下：
（1）针对妊娠50天以下和100天以上的母羊，将其疥癣处的羊毛清理干净，用干净的羊毛刷刮治见红，然后再用药膏贴将药剂2贴至皮肤表层，每日更换药膏一次，直至疥癣完全消失；
（2）针对妊娠50-100天的母羊，以一百倍重量计的温水稀释药剂1，让其饮用，并按照步骤（1）的方法在其体表疥癣处涂抹药剂2。
