背景技术
风湿骨病在西医上称为风湿热、风湿性关节炎、类风湿性关节炎、腰椎间盘突出、骨质增生等症，以关节疼痛、酸困、麻木、活动受限、僵硬变形为主要临床表现，严重的卧床不起，疼痛难忍，生活不能自理。祖国医学认为此症属于“痹症”的范围。诱发本病的因素是因为人体肝、脾、肾精血不足，筋骨失养，自然界中风、寒、湿、热之邪侵入人体，进入关节，使气血痹阻，引起气血运行不畅，造成经络不通或痰浊瘀血。或劳逸外伤致使瘀血停滞、经脉不通，引起关节疼痛，肢体麻木，关节僵硬，屈身不利等症状。在目前现有的技术中，西医治疗本病常以消炎止痛、激素、封闭、紫外线照射、牵引、手术等方法。其缺点是治标不治本，治疗时间长，疗效差，费用大，且手术危险性极高。中医采用内服中药，以舒筋活络、活血化瘀等方法，效果不明显，或者初服有效随后则无作用，疗效不持久，复发率高。而且内服中药不方便，有的中药对胃有刺激，产生不良的副作用。
治疗骨伤的主要方法是对骨折病人的患处固定，靠自然愈合。西医尚未出现治疗骨折的药物，在治疗方面常采用复位、打石膏、超关节固定、手术下钢钉、抗菌消炎、预防感染的方案。病人痛苦大，疗程长，治疗费用大，而且在手术中会造成人体其他软组织损伤，病人恢复后有时还要进行二次手术，不利于以后功能的恢复。

为实现本发明的目的，现依据了如下的技术方案。此膏药是由外贴和外敷膏药组成，其中外贴膏药是由下列重量份的中草原料制成：薄荷脑30-60份、独活20-60份、白芷20-50份、白花蛇2--7份、红花15-50份、冰片15-50份、细辛15-50份、半夏15-30份、皂角15--50份、金银花15--50份、穿山甲15--50份、马钱子15--50份、木瓜15--50份、生川乌15--50份、生草乌15--50份、延胡索15--50份、黄柏15--50份、当归15--50份、桂枝15--50份、松香40--80份、丁香10--20份、桃仁15-50份、川断15--50份、威灵仙15--50份、透骨草15--50份、乳香15--50份、没药15--50份、冰片15--50份、芝麻油3000-6000份、广丹1500-3000份；
外敷膏药是由下列重量份的中药原料制成：半夏15--50份、威灵仙20-40份、大麻叶20-40份、楮树叶20-40份、桑树枝20-40份、蜂房20-40份、白及20-40份、仙灵脾2040份、白附子20-40份、生川乌20-40份、生草乌20-40份、白花蛇50-70份、马钱子50-70份、三七50-70份、凤仙草50-70份、蟾酥50-70份、皂角刺25-60份、木鳖子15-35份、白芷10-25份、桂枝10-25份、透骨草15---50份、乳香15--50份、没药15---50份、麻黄15--50份、冰片15--50份、芝麻油3000-6000份、广丹2500-4000份。
本发明的膏药根据中医辨证的理论，结合本病是由于肝肾精血不足，外感之邪乘虚而入，或劳逸外伤致使瘀血停滞、经脉不通，造成筋骨失养，经络痹阻，日久而发骨质增生。因而治疗本病必需采用活血化瘀，行血理气，通窍活络，除风祛湿，温经散寒，消肿止痛，软坚散结，补肾壮阳，镇痛消炎，清热解毒等方法，使人体关节失血筋骨得以涵养，血脉经络通畅，寒湿之邪得以祛除，从而达到“通则不疼”消除骨质增生、骨关节炎症，才能收到标本兼治、不易复发的根治效果。
本发明的膏药除风祛湿、散寒活络、活血化瘀、消肿散结，对风湿、类风湿、腰椎间盘突出、颈椎病、膝关节炎、骨质增生，有良好的作用，无任何毒副作用。
本发明外贴膏药的制备方法为：1)按组方配比称取药材备用；2)将乳香、没药、松香、丁香、红花、冰片6味药材分别粉碎过120筛，混合均匀制成混合粉A备用；3)将除乳香、没药、松香、丁香、红花、冰片6味中药以外的中药碎断，入铁锅用芝麻油浸泡5-7日，文火煎炼，煎炸至焦黄色时去渣得药油；4)继续加热药油至冒白烟，“滴水成珠”后端锅离火；5)取广丹入油收膏，然后再加入混合药粉A搅拌均匀后油膏倒入清水中去火毒5-7天，每天换水一次；6)药膏热熔，均匀摊在剪好的布块上即可。

本发明的膏药使用方法是：先将患部用无菌水或温开水、淡盐水洗干净，并用白酒或药酒洗拭，首先将外敷膏药加热，根据病患部位的大小将外敷膏药摊在石板上，厚度为2厘米，趁热将摊好的外敷膏药敷在病患部位热蒸10-15分钟；然后将外贴膏药用火或者红外线灯泡、煤气火源等烤软后贴在病患部位，每贴10-12天，一般患者用本发明3-9次，即可康复。
为表明本发明的膏药对骨质增生的治疗效果，本发明人对200例病例临床观察，其中男性150人，女性50人，年龄20岁---80岁，病程30天---20年，其中颈椎增生45例，腰椎间盘突出70例，膝关节增生50例，足跟骨刺35例。通过帖敷本发明的外敷、外贴膏药，标准药效10-12天，照此用药每疗程用药3次。进行1---4个疗程，185人治愈，治愈率达92％，196人有效，有效率为98％。
典型临床病例
病例1、李向前，男，41岁，平顶山鲁山县辛集乡村民，2002年患腰椎间盘突出，卧床不起，疼痛难忍，病情严重，其家属抬着来就诊，仅以48天时间帖敷此膏药，治愈5年顽疾。
病例2、韩征，女，54岁，平顶山市人，患腰椎间盘突出6年，不能行走，无法干一切家务活，贴此膏药3个月治愈。
病例3、杨益民，男，47岁，2000年患颈椎增生，捞损所致，病使较长，患者感觉头疼、失眠、心烦，手指麻木背部沉困，伤失劳动力。贴本膏药2个月治愈，现一切重体力劳动均能参加。
