背景技术
脱发是头发脱落的现象，有生理性和病理性之分。生理性脱发指头发正常的脱落。病理性脱发是指头发异常或过度的脱落。随着社会压力不断增大和生活节奏的加快，环境的不断恶化，以及不良的饮食习惯，伴随我们的非健康、亚健康也与日俱增，中国的脱发患者越来越多。
临床上最常见的是斑秃和脂溢性脱发。斑秃症状为头发迅速脱落、呈圆形或不规则形，少数人头发全部脱落称全脱；脂溢性脱发症状为头发多屑多油，瘙痒明显，前额及头顶部头发稀疏变细，逐渐脱落。西医一般认为与免疫功能紊乱、精神因素、遗传因素、性激素及其受体改变、微量元素及微循环等改变有关。传统中医学认为脱发的病因主要在肾，若肝肾两虚气血不足，全身的血液循环就疲软，无力将营养物质输送到人体直立的最高处“头顶”，头上毛囊得不到滋养，渐渐萎缩，就会引起脱发，“肾藏精，主生殖，其华在发”，“发为血之余”，认为肾为先天之本，头发为血液的产物，肾藏精，肝藏血，精血同源相互转化，两者缺一不可，同时，中医治疗脱发的方式也就围绕这些理论开展。由于西医缺乏有效的治疗方法，因此，对本病的治疗已成为中医学工作者当前研究的重要课题之一。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够使患者重新快速发育生发的治疗脱发的内服中药组合物。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种治疗脱发的内服中药组合物，其特征在于：该组合物包括以下重量份原料药：
制首乌20-30份，熟地黄16-24份，黑芝麻24-30份，旱莲草16-24份，生地黄16-24份，当归16-24份，侧柏叶12-18份。
所述组合物还包括以下重量份原料药：
枸杞16-24份，菟丝子16-24份，女贞子16-24份，五味子8-12份。
所述组合物还包括以下重量份原料药：
红花8-12份，桃仁8-12份，赤芍12-18份，鸡血藤24-30份。
本发明上述方中的制首乌、熟地黄、黑芝麻皆入肝肾二经，以滋补肝肾，生精养血，为生发乌发之主药，治斑秃尤为必不可少之品；旱莲草、生地黄滋阴清热，助养血生发之能，为方中辅药；当归祛瘀生新，养血活血，以其温通之性，以助滋养药物畅荣毛发；侧柏叶为“补阴之要药”，其性多燥，久得之，最益脾土，大滋其肺，能生须发，并可防前药过于阴柔滋腻碍脾之弊，同为方中佐使。诸药合用，相辅相成，共奏补肝益肾，益精养血，乌须生发之功效，以达到改善局部微循环，使毛囊得到充分营养，刺激毛囊由休止期进入生长期，促进毛发重新快速生长的目的。
辩证加减，若为肝肾亏虚者（多为斑秃），在上方基础上加枸杞、菟丝子、女贞子和五味子，其中枸杞补肝肾，菟丝子补肾固精、养肝明目，女贞子补肝肾阴、乌须明目，五味子敛肺滋肾、生津敛汗；若为兼气滞血瘀者，在上方基础上加红花、桃仁、赤芍和鸡血藤，其中红花活血通经，祛瘀止痛，桃仁活血祛瘀、润肠通便，赤芍清热凉血、散瘀止痛，鸡血藤行血补血、舒经活络。
本发明又提供了一种治疗脱发的内服中药组合物，其特征在于：该组合物包括以下重量份原料药：
制首乌20-30份，旱莲草16-24份，生地黄16-24份，当归16-24份，侧柏叶12-18份，蝉蜕8-12克，白鲜皮16-24份，地肤子8-12份，苦参12-18份，丹皮8-12份，川芎8-12份，蜈蚣7.2-10.8。
本发明上述方中的制首乌入肝肾二经，以滋补肝肾，生精养血,为生发乌发之主药，治斑秃尤为必不可少之品；旱莲草、生地黄滋阴清热，助养血生发之能，蝉蜕疏散风热，丹皮清热凉血，苦参、白鲜皮、地肤子清热燥湿，共为方中辅药；当归祛瘀生新，养血活血，以其温通之性，以助滋养药物畅荣毛发；川芎活血行气；蜈蚣息风止痉，攻毒散结；侧柏叶为“补阴之要药”，其性多燥，久得之，最益脾土，大滋其肺，能生须发，并可防前药过于阴柔滋腻碍脾之弊，同为方中佐使。诸药合用，相辅相成，共奏补肝益肾，益精养血，疏风、清热凉血，乌须生发之功效，针对风盛血热者（多为脂溢性脱发）。
功能主治：补肝益肾，益精养血，乌须生发，临床上用于治疗脱发患者。
用法用量：先将方中药物（蜈蚣研成末）冷水浸泡约1小时后即行煎煮，煮沸后改文火，继煎30分钟，每剂药可煎服3次，1天2次，15天为一个疗程。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点：
1、本发明药方配伍合理、效果显著、安全可靠、治病去根。
2、本发明方中黑芝麻、枸杞为药食两用药材，当归、熟地黄、生地黄、制首乌为常用的保健中药，其它旱莲草、侧伯叶、川芎、蝉蜕、白鲜皮等材料药均为中医界常用的药材，保证了方子的安全性。
3、临床数据：我科室参照以上方，将2011年3月至2016年3月5年时间内门诊110例脱发患者，年龄在20岁到60岁之内，其中男71例，女39例，且斑秃5例，脂溢性脱发105例进行治疗10-15天后头发不再脱落，继续用药10-15天后长出新的头发，经过两个疗程治疗，110例患者中痊愈105例，好转5例，其中2例治疗期间中断服药。
具体实施方式
实施例1
制首乌20g，熟地黄16g，黑芝麻24g，旱莲草16g，生地黄16g，当归16g，侧柏叶12g。
本发明中各个材料药均可从普通药店购买到，药源丰富，价格适宜，其规格符合国家医药标准。
对于实施例中各材料药所用的称重单位，这里采用的是药房取药时常用的克，当然，如果是批量配制的话，用千克、磅等重量单位都是可以的，只要是满足本发明药方中各材料药之间的份数关系就行，不做严格限定。

制首乌25g，熟地黄20g，黑芝麻30g，旱莲草20g，生地黄20g，当归20g，侧柏叶15g。

典型病例：王某，女，32岁，2015年9月3日初诊，去年6月发现脱发，每晨理发时就有很多头发脱落，头皮多而痒，牙龈易出血，心慌乏力，饮食不佳，二便尚可，舌质稍红无苔，脉细滑无力.证属“肝肾不足，荣卫失调”，治宜“调补肝肾、养荣凉血”法。处方：制首乌25g，旱莲草20g，生地黄20g，当归20g，侧柏叶15g，蝉蜕10g，白鲜皮20g，地肤子10g，苦参15g，丹皮10g，川芎10g，蜈蚣9g。上方服用15剂头发不再脱落，又拟归脾丸善后。

制首乌20-30份，熟地黄16-24份，黑芝麻24-30份，旱莲草16-24份，生地黄16-24份，当归16-24份，侧柏叶12-18份。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗脱发的内服中药组合物，其特征在于：所述组合物还包括以下重量份原料药：
枸杞16-24份，菟丝子16-24份，女贞子16-24份，五味子8-12份。
3.如权利要求1所述的治疗脱发的内服中药组合物，其特征在于：所述组合物还包括以下重量份原料药：
红花8-12份，桃仁8-12份，赤芍12-18份，鸡血藤24-30份。
4.一种治疗脱发的内服中药组合物，其特征在于：该组合物包括以下重量份原料药：
制首乌20-30份，旱莲草16-24份，生地黄16-24份，当归16-24份，侧柏叶12-18份，蝉蜕8-12克，白鲜皮16-24份，地肤子8-12份，苦参12-18份，丹皮8-12份，川芎8-12份，蜈蚣7.2-10.8。
