本发明涉及生活用品技术领域,特别涉及一种包含食品级发泡塑料颗粒的多功能抱枕。
背景技术
目前,随着人们生活水平的提高,居住条件也随之提高,在家中的休闲活动日趋增多。在家中看电视节目、看VCD、看DVD、家庭影院、听音乐等休闲活动,这些休闲活动大多是比较长时间的休闲活动,人们都会选择以比较舒适的姿势来进行休闲活动,多数是躺、靠、趴在沙发或床上。
发泡聚苯乙烯是由颗粒料或粉状料经加热溶胀、发泡剂汽化膨胀,通过模具或挤出机械成型的泡沫体,呈粒颗结构,具有相对密度小(1.05g/cm3)、热导率低、吸水性小、耐冲击振动、隔热、隔音、防潮、减振、介电性能优良等优点,而且属于热塑性泡沫,对温度有较高的敏感性,存在二次发泡的潜在性。同时现有的发泡塑料颗粒的填充工艺中,往往要将大批量的发泡塑料颗粒搬运到充填设备的附近,费时费力,导致资源浪费,更重要的是,无法通过简单的操作来自动控制充棉机每次的充填量,往往是通过工作人员多次重复劳动所总结的经验来进行控制,充填量或多或少,产品的一致性较差。
随着人们对生活用品的品质要求越来越高,抱枕等生活用品需要采在舒适度、透气、防过敏、防水以及功能性相对单一方面,已经难以满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对现有技术的上述不足,提供一种包含食品级发泡塑料颗粒的多功能抱枕,集蓝牙音响功能、充电功能、对手机等支撑固定性好等功能于一体,手感好,舒适度高,具有优良的柔软性、透气性、抗冲击抗震性、抗菌防螨、化学稳定性、耐高低温性、在低温下保持柔软等综合性能。
本发明为达到上述目的所采用的技术方案是:
一种包含食品级发泡塑料颗粒的多功能抱枕,包括抱枕本体及充填于所述抱枕本体内的食品级发泡塑料颗粒,在所述抱枕本体的上表面设有一用于吸附平板电脑或手机的硅胶吸盘,所述抱枕本体内置有蓝牙音响及与蓝牙音响电连接的可充电电池和开关,所述食品级发泡塑料颗粒具有细微致密的独立气泡结构且颗粒表面形成有致密表层,所述的食品级发泡塑料颗粒由如下重量份数的组分制成:
苯乙烯90-100份、滑石粉2-3份、抗菌防螨剂2-5份、食品级液体硅胶0.3-0.8份、聚硅氧烷季铵盐0.1-0.2份、椰油基葡糖苷0.2-0.3份、三聚磷酸钠0.1-0.2份、引发剂过氧化苯甲酰0.4-0.6份、软水100-120份、发泡剂戊烷8-9份、抗氧剂0.1-0.2份。
进一步地,所述的抱枕本体采用防水防过敏复合面料制成,防水防过敏复合面料由内至外依次包括拒水基层、水性聚氨酯粘接层、防过敏聚氨酯多孔膜层,拒水基层由涤纶与氨纶混纺编织而成。
进一步地,所述的防过敏聚氨酯多孔膜层由如下重量份数的组分经湿法转相技术制成:六亚甲基二异氰酸酯17.5份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷多元醇40份、竹炭粉8份、猕猴桃汁液5份、柑橘油3份、二甲基乙酰胺120份、二羟甲基丙酸8.2份、15wt%碳酸氢钠溶液。
进一步地,所述的聚醚改性聚硅氧烷多元醇是由二甲基硅氧烷、环氧丙烷和环氧乙烷共聚而成的,端基为羟烷基且相对分子质量为1000-5000。
进一步地,所述的抗菌防螨剂由如下重量份数的组分制成:红藤提取物16份、去离子水40份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚8份、甲壳素6份、芦荟汁2份、纳米银3份、珍珠粉1份、除虫菊酯1份。

进一步地,所述的食品级发泡塑料颗粒的制备方法包括如下步骤:
第一步:按设定比例称取原料,在反应釜内加入软水,之后加热到85℃,在搅拌下依次加入聚硅氧烷季铵盐、椰油基葡糖苷、三聚磷酸钠、食品级液体硅胶、抗菌防螨剂、滑石粉及抗氧剂,在10min内加完后继续搅拌10min;
第二步:将苯乙烯和引发剂过氧化苯甲酰加入反应釜中,在1h内缓慢加热到85℃,保持恒温,反应5h,并每一小时检测一次粒子的形态与硬度,粒子发硬时降温至75℃;
第三步:将发泡剂戊烷加入反应釜中,继续加热,升温至105℃,持续反应6.5h后,自然冷却至常温,经洗涤、干燥、筛分,得到含有发泡剂的聚苯乙烯珠粒;
第四步:将含有发泡剂的聚苯乙烯珠粒置于发泡器中蒸汽加热至80℃预发泡,将预发泡的聚苯乙烯颗粒料放入带有加热功能的模具中,加热180℃至部分熔融状态,恒温静置8min,待聚苯乙烯颗粒料表面凝结并形成致密表层,同时在加热状态下残留的发泡剂二次发泡使预发泡的聚苯乙烯颗粒料形成细微致密的独立气泡结构;
第五步:冷却成型后,得到食品级发泡塑料颗粒成品。
进一步地,所述的食品级发泡塑料颗粒的粒径为2-3mm。
进一步地,所述的致密表层的厚度为0.5-1mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的包含食品级发泡塑料颗粒的多功能抱枕,集蓝牙音响功能、充电功能、对手机等支撑固定性好等功能于一体,同时填充高性能的食品级发泡塑料颗粒,并以防水透气防过敏的面料制成抱枕面料,并结合合理的制备方法,赋予了该多功能抱枕优良的柔软性、透气、抗冲击抗震性、抗菌防螨、化学稳定性好、耐高低温性、在低温下保持柔软等综合性能,无有毒有害物质产生,安全,手感极好,不易变形,与人体贴合性非常强,可适用于制作各种玩具、抱枕、靠垫、坐垫及休闲产品,通气性好,四季皆可使用。

实施例1:本实施例提供的一种包含食品级发泡塑料颗粒的多功能抱枕,包括抱枕本体1及充填于抱枕本体内的食品级发泡塑料颗粒,在抱枕本体的上表面设有一用于吸附平板电脑或手机的硅胶吸盘2,抱枕本体内置有蓝牙音响3及与蓝牙音响电连接的可充电电池(图中略)和开关4,与可充电电池连接的充电接口5,抱枕本体为类L型,抱枕本体的中部设有凹陷部6,凹陷部用于盛放支撑手机等产品。该抱枕的外观精巧、面料柔软、填充超细食品级颗粒、手感舒适,在置放平板电脑或手机可调节观看角度,全音域蓝牙音响提高语音享受,内置充电电池可随时随地给手机等充电,操作方便,超强吸力的硅胶吸盘让您的平板电脑或手机等更安全,是旅行、休闲、午睡的理想伴侣。所采用的食品级发泡塑料颗粒具有细微致密的独立气泡结构且颗粒表面形成有致密表层,该食品级发泡塑料颗粒的粒径为2-3mm;致密表层的厚度为0.5-1mm;该食品级发泡塑料颗粒由如下重量份数的组分制成:
苯乙烯90份、滑石粉2份、抗菌防螨剂5份、食品级液体硅胶0.3份、聚硅氧烷季铵盐0.2份、椰油基葡糖苷0.2份、三聚磷酸钠0.2份、引发剂过氧化苯甲酰0.4份、软水120份、发泡剂戊烷8份、抗氧剂0.2份;其中食品级液体硅胶采用市场上常规的食品级液体硅胶,抗菌防螨剂由如下重量份数的组分制成:红藤提取物16份、去离子水40份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚8份、甲壳素6份、芦荟汁2份、纳米银3份、珍珠粉1份、除虫菊酯1份;抗菌防螨剂采用现有的成熟工艺制备而成,这里不再累赘。通过抗菌防螨剂、食品级液体硅胶对发泡聚苯乙烯塑料颗粒进行改性,赋予其优异的抗菌、防螨虫特点,同时使食品级发泡塑料颗粒具有很好地柔软性、抗冲击抗震性、化学品耐受性、耐高低温性、机械强度等综合性能,而且尺寸精度高,结构均匀,温度适应性强,缓冲性能优异,成型加工方便。
前述的食品级发泡塑料颗粒的制备方法包括如下步骤:
第一步:按设定比例称取原料,在反应釜内加入软水,之后加热到85℃,在搅拌下依次加入聚硅氧烷季铵盐、椰油基葡糖苷、三聚磷酸钠、食品级液体硅胶、抗菌防螨剂、滑石粉及抗氧剂,在10min内加完后继续搅拌10min;
第二步:将苯乙烯和引发剂过氧化苯甲酰加入反应釜中,在1h内缓慢加热到85℃,保持恒温,反应5h,并每一小时检测一次粒子的形态与硬度,粒子发硬时降温至75℃;
第三步:将发泡剂戊烷加入反应釜中,继续加热,升温至105℃,持续反应6.5h后,自然冷却至常温,经洗涤、干燥、筛分,得到含有发泡剂的聚苯乙烯珠粒;
第四步:将含有发泡剂的聚苯乙烯珠粒置于发泡器中蒸汽加热至80℃预发泡,将预发泡的聚苯乙烯颗粒料放入带有加热功能的模具中,加热180℃至部分熔融状态,恒温静置8min,待聚苯乙烯颗粒料表面凝结并形成致密表层,同时在加热状态下残留的发泡剂二次发泡使预发泡的聚苯乙烯颗粒料形成细微致密的独立气泡结构;
第五步:冷却成型后,得到食品级发泡塑料颗粒成品。
抱枕本体采用防水防过敏复合面料制成,防水防过敏复合面料由内至外依次包括拒水基层、水性聚氨酯粘接层、防过敏聚氨酯多孔膜层,拒水基层由涤纶与氨纶混纺编织而成,使面料具有良好的防水性,利用市场上常见的水性聚氨酯粘接剂与表面防过敏聚氨酯多孔膜层粘接,牢固耐用,安全环保,防过敏聚氨酯多孔膜层由如下重量份数的组分制成:六亚甲基二异氰酸酯17.5份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷多元醇40份、竹炭粉8份、猕猴桃汁液5份、柑橘油3份、二甲基乙酰胺120份、二羟甲基丙酸8.2份、15wt%碳酸氢钠溶液,其中聚醚改性聚硅氧烷多元醇是由二甲基硅氧烷、环氧丙烷和环氧乙烷共聚而成的,端基为羟烷基且相对分子质量为1000-5000;采用现有的多孔聚氨酯的制备工艺制备得到,之后经现有的湿法转相技术制备得到多孔膜层,透气性好,面料质地柔软、柔软舒适,防水性佳,对螨虫等过敏性介质具有良好的抗过敏性。前述涉及的混纺编织、水性聚氨酯粘接剂、多孔聚氨酯的制备方法、湿法转相技术等均采用现有的成熟工艺制备而成,这里不再累赘。
前述的包含食品级发泡塑料颗粒的多功能抱枕的制法,可以采用现有的填充型抱枕的制备方法而得到,对此,本发明人在现有充棉机设备基础上还进行改进,包括以下步骤:
S1:缝制抱枕本体并预留一缺口,同时设置并连接好蓝牙音响、可充电电池、开关等装置;S2:将硅胶吸盘粘接于抱枕本体的表面;S3:将批量的食品级发泡塑料颗粒通过空压机输送至充棉机设备的进入口,充棉机设备包括充棉机、与充棉机连接的制动踏板及同时连接充棉机与制动踏板的控制器,根据抱枕本体的填充量大小,设定踩放制动踏板一次完成时充棉机所填充的食品级发泡塑料颗粒的用量;S4:放置抱枕本体与充棉机设备的出口连接,踩放制动踏板,将食品级发泡塑料颗粒充填至抱枕本体内,缝合缺口,即得成品。采用这种方法可以将大批量的发泡塑料颗粒轻松输送至充填设备中,更重要的是,可以通过设定控制器的参数来自动控制充棉机每次的充填量,可节约资源,提高了产品填充量的一致性,提高了生产效率。
实施例2:本实施例提供的本实施例提供的一种包含食品级发泡塑料颗粒的多功能抱枕,其与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于:
多功能抱枕中所包含的食品级发泡塑料颗粒由如下重量份数的组分制成:苯乙烯93份、滑石粉3份、抗菌防螨剂2份、食品级液体硅胶0.8份、聚硅氧烷季铵盐0.1份、椰油基葡糖苷0.3份、三聚磷酸钠0.1份、引发剂过氧化苯甲酰0.6份、软水100份、发泡剂戊烷9份、抗氧剂0.1份。
其他与实施例1相同,在此不再累赘。
实施例3:本实施例提供的本实施例提供的一种包含食品级发泡塑料颗粒的多功能抱枕,其与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于:
多功能抱枕中所包含的食品级发泡塑料颗粒由如下重量份数的组分制成:苯乙烯96份、滑石粉2份、抗菌防螨剂4份、食品级液体硅胶0.6份、聚硅氧烷季铵盐0.1份、椰油基葡糖苷0.25份、三聚磷酸钠0.15份、引发剂过氧化苯甲酰0.5份、软水110份、发泡剂戊烷8份、抗氧剂0.1份。
其他与实施例1相同,在此不再累赘。
实施例4:本实施例提供的本实施例提供的一种包含食品级发泡塑料颗粒的多功能抱枕,其与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于:
多功能抱枕中所包含的食品级发泡塑料颗粒由如下重量份数的组分制成:苯乙烯100份、滑石粉3份、抗菌防螨剂5份、食品级液体硅胶0.7份、聚硅氧烷季铵盐0.2份、椰油基葡糖苷0.25份、三聚磷酸钠0.1份、引发剂过氧化苯甲酰0.6份、软水115份、发泡剂戊烷8份、抗氧剂0.1份。
其他与实施例1相同,在此不再累赘。
实施例5:本实施例提供的本实施例提供的一种包含食品级发泡塑料颗粒的多功能抱枕,其与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于:
多功能抱枕中所包含的食品级发泡塑料颗粒由如下重量份数的组分制成:苯乙烯98份、滑石粉3份、抗菌防螨剂2份、食品级液体硅胶0.3份、聚硅氧烷季铵盐0.1份、椰油基葡糖苷0.3份、三聚磷酸钠0.1份、引发剂过氧化苯甲酰0.4份、软水120份、发泡剂戊烷8份、抗氧剂0.1份。
其他与实施例1相同,在此不再累赘。

Claims (7)
1.一种包含食品级发泡塑料颗粒的多功能抱枕,其特征在于,包括抱枕本体及充填于所述抱枕本体内的食品级发泡塑料颗粒,在所述抱枕本体的上表面设有一用于吸附平板电脑或手机的硅胶吸盘,所述抱枕本体内置有蓝牙音响及与蓝牙音响电连接的可充电电池和开关,所述食品级发泡塑料颗粒具有细微致密的独立气泡结构且颗粒表面形成有致密表层,所述的食品级发泡塑料颗粒由如下重量份数的组分制成:
苯乙烯90-100份、滑石粉2-3份、抗菌防螨剂2-5份、食品级液体硅胶0.3-0.8份、聚硅氧烷季铵盐0.1-0.2份、椰油基葡糖苷0.2-0.3份、三聚磷酸钠0.1-0.2份、引发剂过氧化苯甲酰0.4-0.6份、软水100-120份、发泡剂戊烷8-9份、抗氧剂0.1-0.2份;所述的抱枕本体采用防水防过敏复合面料制成,防水防过敏复合面料由内至外依次包括拒水基层、水性聚氨酯粘接层、防过敏聚氨酯多孔膜层,拒水基层由涤纶与氨纶混纺编织而成;所述的防过敏聚氨酯多孔膜层由如下重量份数的组分经湿法转相技术制成:六亚甲基二异氰酸酯17.5份、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷多元醇40份、竹炭粉8份、猕猴桃汁液5份、柑橘油3份、二甲基乙酰胺120份、二羟甲基丙酸8.2份、15wt%碳酸氢钠溶液。
2.如权利要求1所述的包含食品级发泡塑料颗粒的多功能抱枕,其特征在于,所述的聚醚改性聚硅氧烷多元醇是由二甲基硅氧烷、环氧丙烷和环氧乙烷共聚而成的,端基为羟烷基且相对分子质量为1000-5000。
3.如权利要求1所述的包含食品级发泡塑料颗粒的多功能抱枕,其特征在于,所述的抗菌防螨剂由如下重量份数的组分制成:红藤提取物16份、去离子水40份、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚8份、甲壳素6份、芦荟汁2份、纳米银3份、珍珠粉1份、除虫菊酯1份。
4.如权利要求1所述的包含食品级发泡塑料颗粒的多功能抱枕,其特征在于,所述的抱枕本体为类L型,抱枕本体的中部设有凹陷部。
5.如权利要求1所述的包含食品级发泡塑料颗粒的多功能抱枕,其特征在于,所述的食品级发泡塑料颗粒的制备方法包括如下步骤:
第一步:按设定比例称取原料,在反应釜内加入软水,之后加热到85℃,在搅拌下依次加入聚硅氧烷季铵盐、椰油基葡糖苷、三聚磷酸钠、食品级液体硅胶、抗菌防螨剂、滑石粉及抗氧剂,在10min内加完后继续搅拌10min;
第二步:将苯乙烯和引发剂过氧化苯甲酰加入反应釜中,在1h内缓慢加热到85℃,保持恒温,反应5h,并每一小时检测一次粒子的形态与硬度,粒子发硬时降温至75℃;
第三步:将发泡剂戊烷加入反应釜中,继续加热,升温至105℃,持续反应6.5h后,自然冷却至常温,经洗涤、干燥、筛分,得到含有发泡剂的聚苯乙烯珠粒;
第四步:将含有发泡剂的聚苯乙烯珠粒置于发泡器中蒸汽加热至80℃预发泡,将预发泡的聚苯乙烯颗粒料放入带有加热功能的模具中,加热180℃至部分熔融状态,恒温静置8min,待聚苯乙烯颗粒料表面凝结并形成致密表层,同时在加热状态下残留的发泡剂二次发泡使预发泡的聚苯乙烯颗粒料形成细微致密的独立气泡结构;
第五步:冷却成型后,得到食品级发泡塑料颗粒成品。
6.如权利要求1所述的包含食品级发泡塑料颗粒的多功能抱枕,其特征在于,所述的食品级发泡塑料颗粒的粒径为2-3mm。
7.如权利要求1所述的包含食品级发泡塑料颗粒的多功能抱枕,其特征在于,所述的致密表层的厚度为0.5-1mm。
