In this embodiment, on one data collection body 20, a plurality of slots 21 are provided for a plurality of law enforcement recorders 10 to be plugged in, and the arrangement of the plurality of slots 21 on the data collection body 20 may be: in the horizontal direction, two slots 21 are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the first connecting rod 532; in the vertical direction, the same side of the first link 532 has a plurality of slots 21 arranged from top to bottom. A plurality of slots 21 are formed in one data acquisition body 20, so that a plurality of law enforcement recorders 10 can be plugged and locked at the same time, and the utilization rate and the working efficiency of the data acquisition body 20 are improved.
As a preferred aspect of the present invention, the baffle plate 11 is disposed with its top end inclined outward; the data acquisition body 20 is provided with a second through hole 22, and the second through hole 22 is positioned above the baffle plate 11 when the law enforcement recorder 10 is inserted into the slot 21; the locking assembly 30 is matched to penetrate through the second through hole 22 and abut against the blocking piece 11. In this embodiment, the blocking piece 11 is arranged in a vertical direction, and the top end of the blocking piece 11 inclines to the outside far away from the law enforcement recorder 10, when the law enforcement recorder 10 is inserted into the slot 21 of the data acquisition body 20, the automatic driving device 40 drives the locking component 30 to penetrate through the second through hole 22 located above the blocking piece 11 in a matching manner and abut against the upper side of the blocking piece 11, so that the law enforcement recorder 10 cannot be taken out due to the fact that the locking component 30 abuts against the upper side of the blocking piece 11, and the law enforcement recorder 10 is locked; when the locking assembly 30 is required to be taken out, the automatic driving device 40 or the manual driving device 50 drives the locking assembly 30 to leave the position above the blocking piece 11 and leave the second through hole 22 to return, so that no object is blocked above the blocking piece 11, and the law enforcement recorder 10 can be taken out smoothly. The catch 11, the locking assembly 30, the automatic driving device 40, the manual driving device 50 and the second through hole 22 are matched and matched to realize automatic locking and unlocking and manual unlocking of the law enforcement recorder 10.
As a preference of the above embodiment, the locking assembly 30 further comprises a locking piece connecting means 33 elastically connecting the locking piece between the data collecting body 20 and the cam 31, which comprises: a pillar 331 fixed to a side of the data collection body 20 facing the motor 41; a guide pin 332 fixedly attached to the top end of the post 331; a second spring 333 fitted to the guide pin 332; and, a circlip 334; the guide pin 332 is sequentially sleeved with a second spring 333, and is sleeved with a clamp spring 334 after penetrating through the lock catch 32.
In the above embodiment, the locking piece connecting means 33 enables the elastic connection of the locking piece 32 to the data collection body 20 to engage with the reciprocating movement of the locking piece 32. Specifically, stud 331 is used to fixedly attach guide pin 332 to data collection body 20. The guide pin 332 serves as a guide for ensuring that the locking flap 32 reciprocates linearly in the axial direction along the guide pin 332. The second spring 333 provides a spring force that urges the return of the lock shutter 32 after passing through the second through-hole 22 to clear the second through-hole 22 and open the shutter 11. The latch spring 334 is locked in a groove of the guide pin 332 to prevent the second spring 333 from ejecting the latch plate 32, and to limit the stroke and position of the reciprocating movement of the latch plate 32. When the law enforcement recorder 10 is inserted into the slot 21 of the data acquisition body 20, the control system of the data acquisition body 20 automatically detects that the law enforcement recorder 10 sends an instruction to the motor 41, the motor 41 starts to rotate according to the angle set by the control system to drive the cam 31 fixedly connected with the motor to rotate by the same angle, when the highest point of the cam 31 rotates to the angle set by the control system, the cam 31 abuts against the lock blocking piece 32, meanwhile, the second spring 333 below the lock blocking piece 32 is compressed, the lock blocking piece 32 moves linearly along the axial direction of the guide pin 332, the lock blocking piece 32 abuts against and penetrates through the second through hole 22 to block the blocking piece 11 of the law enforcement recorder 10, and at this time, the law enforcement recorder 10 cannot be taken out and locked. When the law enforcement recorder 10 is inserted into the slot 21, the control system displays the detected information on the touch screen arranged on the right side of the data acquisition body 20, the on-off state of the law enforcement recorder 10 in the slot 21 is displayed on the touch screen, when the law enforcement recorder 10 is inserted into the slot 21, the current slot 21 is displayed to be locked, and when the law enforcement recorder 10 is not inserted into the slot 21, the current slot 21 is displayed to be opened by the slot 21. When the control system detects that the law enforcement recorder 10 exists, the control system can automatically charge the law enforcement recorder 10, and automatically upload the relevant data on the law enforcement recorder 10 to a hard disk of the data acquisition body 20 for storage. When the law enforcement recorder 10 needs to be taken out, the system sends an instruction to the motor 41 after the touch screen is clicked to unlock and scans the fingerprint of the system, the motor 41 starts to rotate according to the preset angle of the system, the cam 31 is driven to rotate by the same angle, when the lowest point of the cam 31 rotates to the angle set by the control system, the lock catch 32 pushes the lock catch 32 downwards under the elastic force of the second spring 333 to return to the initial position, due to the existence of the snap spring 334, the lock catch 32 cannot be popped up by the second spring 333, at this moment, the second through hole 22 is not blocked by the lock catch 32, and the law enforcement recorder 10 can be taken out. Through the touch screen, the working personnel can independently use and manage the law enforcement recorder 10 of the individual, and can use and manage the law enforcement recorder 10 of other people without authority, thereby preventing the phenomenon that the law enforcement recorder 10 is stolen by mistake or under other conditions. Meanwhile, a high-level administrator of a control system of the data acquisition body 20 has the highest authority, can perform centralized management on the plug-in locking, charging and data transmission of all the law enforcement recorders 10 on one data acquisition body 20, and has a better unified management level.
As a preference of the above embodiment, the lock catch connecting means 33 are two sets symmetrically disposed on both sides of one lock catch 32; correspondingly, as shown in fig. 3, the lock catch 32 has a third through hole 321 through which the two guide pins 332 of the two lock catch connecting devices 33 pass, and the lower end of the lock catch 32 is inserted into the second through hole 22 in a matching manner. Two lock catch sheet connecting devices 33 arranged at two sides of one lock catch sheet 32 improve the balance of the linear reciprocating motion of the lock catch sheet 32 driven by the rotation of the cam 31.

It can be applied to all kinds of fields suitable for the present invention. Additional modifications will readily occur to those skilled in the art. Claims (7)

1. A data acquisition device with a locking assembly for charging and data acquisition of a law enforcement recorder, comprising:
the data acquisition body is provided with a slot for plug-in charging and data acquisition at one side; and the number of the first and second groups,
the locking device is positioned on one side of the data acquisition body opposite to the slot; the locking device comprises a locking assembly, an automatic driving device and a manual driving device;
when the law enforcement recorder is inserted into the slot, the automatic driving device drives the locking assembly to penetrate through the data acquisition body and be clamped above the separation blade of the law enforcement recorder so as to lock the separation blade or elastically return to open the separation blade; when the blocking piece is locked, the manual driving device drives the locking assembly to return to open the blocking piece;
the data acquisition body is provided with a touch screen which is used for displaying the on-off state of the law enforcement recorder in the slot;
the locking assembly comprises a cam and a locking baffle which is elastically connected between the data acquisition body and the cam;
the automatic driving device comprises a motor, the motor rotates to drive the cam to rotate, and the locking separation blade is driven to linearly penetrate through the data acquisition body and be clamped with the separation blade so as to lock the separation blade or elastically return to open the separation blade;
the manual driving device includes:
a tongue lock located on the data acquisition body; and the number of the first and second groups,
a linkage for linkage between the tongue lock and the cam;
the cam is driven by the rotation of the tongue lock column of the tongue lock to slide in a linkage manner, and the lock catch is driven to return to open the catch;
the linkage includes:
the first linkage device comprises a first spring sleeved on the motor shaft, a nut penetrating through the cam and connected to the tail end of the motor shaft in a threaded manner, and a hollow sleeve sleeved on the outer side of the nut; and (c) a second step of,
the second linkage device comprises a guide rail groove axially parallel to the motor, a first connecting rod matched with the guide rail groove to slide and a second connecting rod;
the bolt lock column penetrates through one end of the first connecting rod; the second link is vertically fixed between the first link and the sleeve;
the first connecting rod is driven by the rotation of the tongue lock column to slide along the guide rail groove, the sleeve and the cam are driven to slide in a linkage mode, and the lock blocking piece is driven to return to open the blocking piece.
2. The data acquisition device with a locking assembly of claim 1 wherein the linkage further comprises a link guide, the link guide comprising:
the guide post is arranged on the data acquisition body and is vertical to the guide rail groove;
a first through hole on the first link;
the guide post penetrates through the first through hole in a matching mode; the sliding of the first connecting rod drives the guide post to slide in the first through hole.
3. The data acquisition device with a locking assembly of claim 2,
the connecting rod guiding devices are distributed on the first connecting rod at intervals.
4. The data acquisition device with a locking assembly of claim 2,
the tongue lock and the first connecting rod are one; the number of the slots, the automatic driving device, the locking assembly, the second connecting rod and the sleeves is the same and is a plurality;
the plurality of second connecting rods are symmetrically distributed on two sides of the first connecting rod.
5. The data acquisition device with a locking assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1-3, wherein the stop is disposed with its top end inclined outwardly;
the data acquisition body is provided with a second through hole, and the second through hole is positioned above the blocking piece when the law enforcement recorder is inserted into the slot; the locking assembly penetrates through the second through hole in a matched mode and abuts against the upper portion of the blocking piece.
6. The data acquisition device with a locking assembly of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the locking assembly further comprises a lock catch connection device resiliently connecting the lock catch between the data acquisition body and the cam, comprising:
a post fixed to a side of the data collection body facing the motor;
a guide pin fixedly connected to a top end of the upright;
the second spring is sleeved on the guide pin; and the number of the first and second groups,
a clamp spring;
the guide pin is sequentially sleeved with the second spring and penetrates through the lock catch to be sleeved with the clamp spring.
7. The data acquisition device with a locking assembly of claim 6,
the lock catch connecting devices are two groups which are symmetrically arranged at two sides of one lock catch;
the two guide pins sleeved with the second springs respectively penetrate through one of the two ends of the lock catch piece and then are sleeved with the clamp springs.
