Background

In the forest investigation (experiment) and forest management process, some fixed sample plots need to be arranged in the forest for long-term and continuous observation activities, so that the trees in the sample plots need to be marked and labeled so as to facilitate long-term observation and record various forest stand investigation factors. In the traditional tree labeling method, a label is written on a trunk by using paint, but the label of the tree is often unclear after several years of wind, rain and natural falling of barks; the other method is that iron nails are nailed on the trunk, then iron wires tied with labels are wound on the iron nails, or the labels are nailed on the iron nails directly and then are nailed on the tree directly. The second method is currently a more common method in forestry research. However, this approach has several problems: after the iron nails are nailed into the trunk, the quality of the wood is affected, so that the wood cannot be processed in the future, otherwise, the iron nails left in the trunk easily damage the processing machine, and the danger is generated; if the nail is deeply nailed, the nail can be wrapped into the trunk at any time, the label can fall off and be lost, and if the nail is shallow, the label can be scraped off and lost due to the activities of wild animals and human beings. Therefore, a new tree label is needed in order to prevent forest investigation and operation activities from having great influence on trees and to preserve the long-term retention of the tree label as much as possible.

Aiming at the problems of the label used by the current tree label, the invention provides a new method for the tree label, and the invention can solve the problems that the wood quality is influenced and the label is lost because the iron nail is embedded. The invention does not obviously increase the cost of tree labels and does not influence the ecological environment.

The invention relates to a plastic forest fixed plot tree label, which comprises a plastic nail, a label connecting line, a label and a plastic nail wedging device. Preferably, the plastic nail wedging device is made of high-strength and wear-resistant metal, is similar to a chisel in shape, has a plane front end and two protruding cylindrical fixers, and has a connection effect with the plastic nail corresponding to the two round small holes in the plane of the rear end of the plastic nail; the side surface of the front end of the plastic nail wedging device is provided with a lead slot for placing the label connecting line therein to prevent the label connecting line from being broken when the plastic nail is nailed into the trunk; the width of the plastic nail wedging device is narrower than the plane of the rear end of the plastic nail, so that the plastic nail wedging device can be prevented from being pulled out after the plastic nail is nailed into the trunk.

3. Advantageous effects

The plastic forest fixed sample plot tree label provided by the invention has the beneficial effects that:

(1) the materials nailed into the trunk are all nontoxic plastic materials, so that the growth of the tree is not influenced, and the quality of the wood after the tree is converted into the wood is not influenced;

Detailed Description

As shown in the figure, the tree label for fixing the plastic forest land is composed of a plastic nail (1), a label connecting line (2), a label (3), a plastic nail wedging device (4), a round small hole (11), a lead groove (41) and a fixer (42).

The number of the label (3) needs to be manufactured before work, otherwise, the number writing on the construction site is delayed, and the operation is inconvenient.

The plastic nail (1) is in a wedge-shaped strip shape, when the plastic nail is nailed into the trunk, the plastic nail and the trunk are nailed in parallel, so that the plastic nail is parallel to the tree moisture transmission pipeline (fiber) when being nailed, normal growth of the tree cannot be influenced, and the plastic nail (1) can be nailed into the trunk conveniently.
