Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses a banknote box, financial self-service equipment and a banknote collecting method, wherein a banknote box main body is a box body, a banknote inlet is formed in the top of the box body, a banknote collecting mechanism is arranged at the banknote inlet, and the banknote collecting mechanism comprises: the driving shaft is arranged at the banknote inlet; the basic roller is sleeved on the driving shaft, and the corresponding diameters of the two ends of the basic roller are larger than those of the middle part of the basic roller; a friction roller fixedly sleeved at the middle part of the base roller; and a driven roller which is arranged opposite to the friction roller and is provided with a gap with a preset distance for the paper money to move. According to the embodiment of the invention, the bank notes are extruded into the wave shape when being collected, so that the friction force between the bank notes and the bank notes is increased, and the probability of bank note clamping faults caused by bank notes sliding and inclining is reduced.

The driving shaft 21 rotates to drive the base roller 22 and the friction roller 23 to rotate, and the banknotes are collected into the box body 10 under the action of friction force between the surfaces of the base roller 22 and the friction roller 23 and the surfaces of the banknotes; the driven rollers 24 rotate the driven rollers 24 by the bills, so that the bills are more easily collected in the cassette 10.
As an embodiment, the shaft cross-section of both ends of the base roll 22 is one of a trapezoid as shown in fig. 4, a rectangle as shown in fig. 5, and an octagon as shown in fig. 6.
In one embodiment, the central axial section of the base roll 22 is rectangular, and the two ends of the base roll 22 are circular or gear-shaped as shown in fig. 8. When entering the banknote inlet 11, the banknote is pressed by the banknote collection mechanism 20 to form a wave shape, so that the banknote is not easy to slide towards two sides.
In one embodiment, the driven roller 24 is offset from the friction roller 23 by a predetermined distance along the axial direction of the driving shaft 21, the driven roller 24 is mounted on the housing 10, and the width of the driven roller 24 is smaller than or equal to the width of the middle of the base roller 22, which is more favorable for preventing the bank note from skewing.

Referring to fig. 3 and 9 together, as an embodiment, the banknote collection mechanism 20 further includes a tongue piece roller 25 provided on the driving shaft 21, and the tongue piece roller 25 includes a plurality of tongue pieces 251 of a predetermined length. The tongue piece 251 is used for flapping the bills to facilitate the bills to enter the box body 10, and preferably, the tongue piece 251 may be used for bending a predetermined arc in the same direction to facilitate flapping of the bills.
As an embodiment, the friction coefficient between the surfaces of the friction roller 23 and the driven roller 24 and the banknote is greater than the friction coefficient between the surface of the base roller 22 and the banknote, increasing the friction force involved in the banknote, and facilitating stable collection of the banknote.
Correspondingly, the embodiment of the invention also provides financial self-service equipment, wherein the main body of the financial self-service equipment is a cabinet body, and the inside of the cabinet body is provided with the money box.
Accordingly, referring to fig. 10, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a banknote collection method, which uses the above banknote collection mechanism 20, and the banknote collection method includes:
a flapping step S1: the bank note reaches the position near the bank note inlet 11, and is flapped by the tongue piece 251 of the rotating tongue piece roller 25, so that the edge of the bank note is abutted against the gap between the base roller 22 and the friction roller 23 and the driven roller 24;
step S2: the base roller 22 and the friction roller 23 rotate to generate friction force with the bank notes, and the bank notes are wound in the gaps between the base roller 22 and the driven roller 24 and between the friction roller 23 and the driven roller 24; and
an extrusion collection step S3: the base roller 22, the friction roller 23 and the driven roller 24 extrude the bank notes into waves, the friction force between the bank notes and the base roller 22, between the friction roller 23 and between the bank notes and the driven roller 24 is increased, the base roller 22 and the friction roller 23 continue to rotate, and the whole bank notes are collected into the box body 10 under the matching of the driven roller 24.
In addition, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the above embodiments can be implemented by a program to instruct related hardware, where the program can be stored in a computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, the program can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods as described above. 4. A banknote cassette as claimed in claim 1 wherein said banknote collection mechanism further includes a tongue roller disposed on said drive shaft, the tongue roller having a plurality of tongues of predetermined length disposed thereon.
5. A banknote cassette as claimed in claim 1 wherein the coefficient of friction between the surfaces of said friction and driven rollers and the banknote is greater than the coefficient of friction between the surface of said base roller and the banknote.
6. Financial self-service equipment is characterized in that a financial self-service equipment main body is a cabinet body, and a money box as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5 is arranged in the cabinet body.
7. A banknote collection method using the banknote collection mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the banknote collection method comprises:
