Abstract

本发明公开了一种文献资料整理与检索管理系统，包括扫码装置、信息采集器、A/D转换器、条码打印机、编码器、单片机、存储器、控制器、柜门控制机构、文件柜、显示器和PC客户端，与现有技术相比，本发明通过编码器和条码打印机打印条码，条码贴附于文件资料上，从而记录数据，文件的借出与归档采用扫码装置记录数据，文件归档时，通过控制器控制对应的柜门打开文件柜，记录文件放入的位置，通过PC客户端查询和管理，使用方便，具有推广应用的价值。

本发明涉及一种文件管理系统，尤其涉及一种文献资料整理与检索管理系统。
背景技术
通过一定的方法和手段、运用一定的意义表达和记录体系记录在一定载体的有历史价值和研究价值的知识。所谓文献,文,是文本记载,献,就是口头相传的。文献的基本要素是：1.有历史价值和研究价值的知识；2.一定的载体；3.一定的方法和手段；4.一定的意义表达和记录体系。人们通常所理解文献是指图书、期刊、典章所记录知识的总和。文献是记录、积累、传播和继承知识的最有效手段，是人类社会活动中获取情报的最基本、最主要的来源，也是交流传播情报的最基本手段。文献资料的量大，资料文件多，尤其是对于纸质的文档很难管理，而且在检索的时候，很难查找，因此，存在改进空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种文献资料整理与检索管理系统。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的：
本发明包括扫码装置、信息采集器、A/D转换器、条码打印机、编码器、单片机、存储器、控制器、柜门控制机构、文件柜、显示器和PC客户端，所述扫码装置的信号输出端与所述信息采集器的信号输入端连接，所述信息采集器的信号输出端通过所述A/D转换器与所述单片机的信息输入端连接，所述单片机的编码信息输出端通过所述编码器与所述条码打印机连接，所述单片机的信息传输端与所述存储器连接，所述单片机的显示信号输出端与所述显示器连接，所述单片机的控制信号输出端与所述控制器连接，所述控制器的控制输出端与所述柜门控制机构连接，所述柜门控制机构设置于所述文件柜的柜门上，所述单片机的控制传输端与所述PC客户端连接。
本发明的有益效果在于：
本发明是一种文献资料整理与检索管理系统，与现有技术相比，本发明通过编码器和条码打印机打印条码，条码贴附于文件资料上，从而记录数据，文件的借出与归档采用扫码装置记录数据，文件归档时，通过控制器控制对应的柜门打开文件柜，记录文件放入的位置，通过PC客户端查询和管理，使用方便，具有推广应用的价值。

如图1所示：本发明包括扫码装置、信息采集器、A/D转换器、条码打印机、编码器、单片机、存储器、控制器、柜门控制机构、文件柜、显示器和PC客户端，所述扫码装置的信号输出端与所述信息采集器的信号输入端连接，所述信息采集器的信号输出端通过所述A/D转换器与所述单片机的信息输入端连接，所述单片机的编码信息输出端通过所述编码器与所述条码打印机连接，所述单片机的信息传输端与所述存储器连接，所述单片机的显示信号输出端与所述显示器连接，所述单片机的控制信号输出端与所述控制器连接，所述控制器的控制输出端与所述柜门控制机构连接，所述柜门控制机构设置于所述文件柜的柜门上，所述单片机的控制传输端与所述PC客户端连接。

1.一种文献资料整理与检索管理系统，其特征在于：包括扫码装置、信息采集器、A/D转换器、条码打印机、编码器、单片机、存储器、控制器、柜门控制机构、文件柜、显示器和PC客户端，所述扫码装置的信号输出端与所述信息采集器的信号输入端连接，所述信息采集器的信号输出端通过所述A/D转换器与所述单片机的信息输入端连接，所述单片机的编码信息输出端通过所述编码器与所述条码打印机连接，所述单片机的信息传输端与所述存储器连接，所述单片机的显示信号输出端与所述显示器连接，所述单片机的控制信号输出端与所述控制器连接，所述控制器的控制输出端与所述柜门控制机构连接，所述柜门控制机构设置于所述文件柜的柜门上，所述单片机的控制传输端与所述PC客户端连接。
