一种智能气动排烟窗,包括窗框,所述窗框中部设有中梃,所述中梃上设有气缸和滑动座,所述窗框上铰接有玻璃窗,还包括连杆,所述连杆一端铰接于所述滑动座上,另一端铰接于所述玻璃窗上,所述气缸驱动所述滑动座沿着所述中梃竖直移动,所述滑动座通过所述连杆带动所述玻璃窗移动,所述的气缸与储气罐相连,储气罐与一个空气压缩机相连,所述的气缸的充放气及充放气量均通过PLC控制系统控制,PLC控制系统中还设有时控开关和时间继电器。本发明的优点和有益效果:通过各类探头可以做到风、雨及光照强度的感应并自动启闭,可以多种角度开启,还可与消防系统连接,在无特殊天气及环境时可以每天定时启闭,还可单次临时开启一段时间,实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种气动开启的窗户,其具体用在大型厂房及较高的公共建筑内。
背景技术
厂房或场馆墙体较高,位于墙体或屋顶气楼部位的窗户需要设计为自动启闭,目前多采用电动窗,但使用中电动窗存在开启角度受限,故障率高,电动组件易出问题,结构复杂,造价高,使用寿命低,内部占用空间大等诸多问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种智能化、实用性更强的智能气动排烟窗。
本发明解决其技术问题是采取以下技术方案实现的:
一种智能气动排烟窗,包括窗框,所述窗框中部设有中梃,所述中梃上设有气缸和滑动座,所述窗框上铰接有玻璃窗,还包括连杆,所述连杆一端铰接于所述滑动座上,另一端铰接于所述玻璃窗上,所述气缸驱动所述滑动座沿着所述中梃竖直移动,所述滑动座通过所述连杆带动所述玻璃窗移动,所述的气缸与储气罐相连,储气罐与一个空气压缩机相连,所述的气缸的充放气及充放气量均通过PLC控制系统控制,所述的PLC控制系统与感烟探头、雨控探头、光控探头、消防系统中的一个或多个相连,实现玻璃窗自动启闭及开启角度的自动调节,PLC控制系统中还设有时控开关和时间继电器,实现定时启闭及开启后延时关闭功能。
所述滑动座底部设有轴承,所述轴承安装于所述中梃的滑槽内。
所述玻璃窗上设有安装梁,所述安装梁上设有锁扣,所述中梃上设有与所述锁扣相配合的锁孔。
本发明与现有技术相比具有显著的优点和有益效果:
通过各类探头可以做到风、雨及光照强度的感应并自动启闭,可以多种角度开启,还可与消防系统连接,在无特殊天气及环境时可以每天定时启闭,还可单次临时开启一段时间,实用性强,操作人性化,结构简单实用,环境适应性较强,抗风能力强,造价低廉,维护简便,节能环保。

以下结合附图及较佳实施例,对依据本发明提供的具体实施方式、结构、特征及其功效,详细说明如后。
如图1所示的一种智能气动排烟窗,包括窗框101,所述窗框中部设有中梃400,所述中梃上设有气缸410和滑动座300,所述窗框101上铰接有玻璃窗210,还包括连杆500,所述连杆一端铰接于所述滑动座300上,另一端铰接于所述玻璃窗210上,所述气缸410驱动所述滑动座300沿着所述中梃400竖直移动,所述滑动座通过所述连杆500带动所述玻璃窗210移动,所述的气缸与储气罐相连,储气罐与一个空气压缩机相连,所述的气缸的充放气及充放气量均通过PLC控制系统控制,所述的PLC控制系统与感烟探头、雨控探头、光控探头、消防系统中相连,实现玻璃窗自动启闭及开启角度的自动调节,PLC控制系统中还设有时控开关(正泰KG316T)和时间继电器(德力西JSZ3A-B),实现定时启闭及开启后延时关闭功能。
所述滑动座底部设有轴承,所述轴承安装于所述中梃的滑槽内。
所述玻璃窗上设有安装梁,所述安装梁上设有锁扣,所述中梃上设有与所述锁扣相配合的锁孔。

1.一种智能气动排烟窗,其特征在于:包括窗框,所述窗框中部设有中梃,所述中梃上设有气缸和滑动座,所述窗框上铰接有玻璃窗,还包括连杆,所述连杆一端铰接于所述滑动座上,另一端铰接于所述玻璃窗上,所述气缸驱动所述滑动座沿着所述中梃竖直移动,所述滑动座通过所述连杆带动所述玻璃窗移动,所述的气缸与储气罐相连,储气罐与一个空气压缩机相连,所述的气缸的充放气及充放气量均通过PLC控制系统控制,所述的PLC控制系统与感烟探头、雨控探头、光控探头、消防系统中的一个或多个相连,实现玻璃窗自动启闭及开启角度的自动调节,PLC控制系统中还设有时控开关和时间继电器,实现定时启闭及开启后延时关闭功能。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能气动排烟窗,其特征在于:所述滑动座底部设有轴承,所述轴承安装于所述中梃的滑槽内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的智能气动排烟窗,其特征在于:所述玻璃窗上设有安装梁,所述安装梁上设有锁扣,所述中梃上设有与所述锁扣相配合的锁孔。
