本发明公开了一种保温墙结构,包括无机保温材料、横梁、立柱、无机保温板、浇注孔、混合泡沫混凝土、自保温砌块、外叶墙、拉结件、保温墙和内叶墙;所述无机保温材料覆盖于横梁表面且横梁一端设置立柱;所述横梁一侧嵌入无机保温板,并且无机保温板设置于立柱一侧;所述无机保温板底端设置自保温砌块且自保温砌块内部设置浇注孔;所述浇注孔内部灌入混合泡沫混凝土;所述自保温砌块和无机保温板构成保温墙;所述保温墙内部通过拉结件将保温墙与外叶墙、内叶墙紧密连接;该种保温墙结构紧凑,砌块之间通过灌注的混合泡沫混凝土连接为整体,在保温墙两侧还设置了内叶墙和外叶墙,保温效果更明显。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑技术领域,尤其是一种保温墙结构。
背景技术
随着现代建筑事业的发展,保温墙越来越受到人们的重视,外墙保温和装饰系统是多层外墙体系,能够防止潮气侵入内墙,可用于商业建筑和民用住宅,我国的外墙保温技术研究始于80年代初期,但保温墙占用室内面积。因为是保温墙在房间里施工,所以环保问题也是我们需要关注的。保温墙要求拥有防火的性能混合泡沫混凝土的环保上也能通过,砂浆类的材料现在就不准用于内墙保温,因为其对人体有伤害,房屋保温墙对人们生活具有极其重要的意义,目前建筑保温墙存在许多不足之处,如现有房屋墙体设计不合理,结构不够紧凑,安装一些挂件就会破坏墙体,降低了保温性能,有些保温墙使用的不是防火材料,致使保温墙防火性能较差,会给人们的生命安全带来一定的威胁,因此,针对上述问题提出一种保温墙结构。
发明内容
现有技术不能满足人们的需要,为弥补现有技术不足,本发明旨在提供一种保温墙结构,具有质轻、高强、耐温、耐碱、防水、耐腐蚀、抗龟裂、尺寸稳定等特点,解决了背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种保温墙结构,包括无机保温材料、横梁、立柱、无机保温板、浇注孔、混合泡沫混凝土、自保温砌块、外叶墙、拉结件、保温墙和内叶墙;所述无机保温材料覆盖于横梁表面且横梁一端设置立柱;所述横梁一侧嵌入无机保温板,并且无机保温板设置于立柱一侧;所述无机保温板底端设置自保温砌块且自保温砌块内部设置浇注孔;所述浇注孔内部灌入混合泡沫混凝土;所述自保温砌块和无机保温板构成保温墙;所述保温墙内部通过拉结件将保温墙与外叶墙、内叶墙紧密连接。
进一步的,所述立柱与横梁组成U形结构,并且横梁与立柱之间填充自保温砌块。
进一步的,所述外叶保温墙内部嵌入拉结件,并且外叶墙一侧设置保温墙。
进一步的,所述拉结件一端贯穿保温墙内部且拉结件一端嵌入内叶墙内部。
进一步的,所述外叶墙比保温墙厚,并且保温墙比内叶墙厚,外叶墙、内叶墙和保温墙组成整个墙体结构。
本发明的有益效果是:该产品具有结构稳定,强度高,耐碱性能好,防腐,抗裂等特点,而且施工简单。该保温墙保温、隔音、装饰效果为一体的轻质、环保型非承重性外围护建筑墙体系,主要适用于水泥,石膏,墙体,建筑物和其它构筑物内外表面增强防裂,是外墙保温工程的一种新型建材,有良好的经济效益和社会效益,适合推广使用。

请参阅图1~2,一种保温墙结构,包括无机保温材料1、横梁2、立柱3、无机保温板4、浇注孔5、混合泡沫混凝土6、自保温砌块7、外叶墙8、拉结件9、保温墙10和内叶墙11;所述无机保温材料1覆盖于横梁2表面且横梁2一端设置立柱3;所述横梁2一侧设置无机保温板4,并且无机保温板4设置于立柱3一侧;所述无机保温板4底端设置自保温砌块7且自保温砌块7内部设置浇注孔5;所述浇注孔5内部灌入混合泡沫混凝土6;所述自保温砌块7和无机保温板4构成保温墙10;所述保温墙10内部通过拉结件9将保温墙10与外叶墙8、内叶墙12紧密连接。
作为本使用新型的优化技术方案:所述立柱3与横梁2组成U形结构,并且横梁2与立柱3之间填充自保温砌块7;所述外叶墙8内部嵌入拉结件9,并且外叶墙12一侧设置保温墙10;所述拉结件9一端贯穿保温墙10内部且拉结件9一端嵌入内叶墙12内部;所述外叶墙8比保温墙10厚,并且保温墙10比内叶墙12厚,外叶墙8、内叶墙12和保温墙10组成整个墙体结构。
本发明的在使用时,首层不可避免的要受到交通往来的人体及搬运物品产生的碰撞,同时也会受到偶然或者故意的碰撞,这就要求体系有足够的强度和韧性,能够抵抗外界冲击力的破坏,所以在标准做法的基础上加铺一层网格布,并在抹一道抹面砂浆罩面,按照标准抹面施工工艺将首层加强层施工完成,待面层完全干燥后,清除面层的浮灰和污物。配制抹面砂浆,按照标准施工工艺要求配制抹面砂浆,抹第二层砂浆,按照标准抹面施工工艺要求抹第二层砂浆,粘结剂初凝未达到终凝时,不能抵挡外力的冲击,此时受到外力作用时很容易使粘结剂与保温板脱离,所以在平均气温低于二十度时粘板两天后方可安装锚固件;平均气温高于二十度时不得低于一天,锚固时钉头和圆盘不得超出板面,在同一墙面上,加强层做法于标准层做法间应留设伸缩缝。

1.一种保温墙结构,包括无机保温材料(1)、横梁(2)、立柱(3)、无机保温板(4)、浇注孔(5)、混合泡沫混凝土(6)、自保温砌块(7)、外叶墙(8)、拉结件(9)、保温墙(10)和内叶墙(11);其特征在于:所述无机保温材料(1)覆盖于横梁(2)表面且横梁(2)一端设置立柱(3);所述横梁(2)一侧设置无机保温板(4),并且无机保温板(4)设置于立柱(3)一侧;所述无机保温板(4)底端设置自保温砌块(7)且自保温砌块(7)内部设置浇注孔(5);所述浇注孔(5)内部灌入混合泡沫混凝土(6);所述自保温砌块(7)和无机保温板(4)构成保温墙(10);所述保温墙(10)内部通过拉结件(9)将保温墙(10)与外叶墙(8)、内叶墙(12)紧密连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温墙结构,其特征在于:所述立柱(3)与横梁(2)组成U形结构,并且横梁(2)与立柱(3)之间填充自保温砌块(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温墙结构,其特征在于:所述外叶墙(8)内部嵌入拉结件(9),并且外叶墙(12)一侧设置保温墙(10)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温墙结构,其特征在于:所述拉结件(9)一端贯穿保温墙(10)内部且拉结件(9)一端嵌入内叶墙(12)内部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温墙结构,其特征在于:所述外叶墙(8)比保温墙(10)厚,并且保温墙(10)比内叶墙(12)厚,外叶墙(8)、内叶墙(12)和保温墙(10)组成整个墙体结构。
